Friendly helpfull staff. Just warning in my town you can buy 7-8k worth of their products in 6 months but after the sale? You can’t get rotation or your wheels changed in any timely manner. Your told an appointment is 20 days out if they are even taking them when you call. I will pay more to get great service, as paying their competitors to service their tires gets very costly . Don’t be fooled by a worthless piece of paper telling you about their free services with your tires they don’t honor it, their to busy selling to the next guy!

Best place to get your tires, or rotations, or flat repairs, extremely knowledgeable staff, they are always busting their humps to get you on with your day as quickly as possible. Clean store, they do great work, good location gas station food right behind them, or Thomas Hammer coffee right infront to help pass the time while you wait, or jimmy johns as well

I bought four tires for my flatbed work trailer, everything was great. Then my daughter used it to haul furniture. Well one of the tires literally came apart like it was a recap.(Two days later) Fortunately the spare worked fine. I let the guys at the Hayden store know and they gave me a new tire without hesitation. I realize that the tire coming apart had nothing to do with them, it was a manufacturing issue. Great bunch of people at the Hayden store.

I have been doing business with discount tires for 15 years or more. Always have had no problems with tires. And they are there to help you figure out what you need and want. One time I wanted certain wheels fore my truck. Went to 2 other tire places and I wont mention who they are. But they were well not being very helpful and blowing me off. So I went to discount tire and the sales man went above and beyond and searched for what I wanted and orders my wheels and love them to this day. Discount tires I recommend to everyone. That is what made me keep doing business with them to this day for how they treated me.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. We made an appointment to have tires rotated. We arrived a few minutes early and they were ready to start immediately. Suggested work would take 45 to 60 minutes. Completed early. We are traveling from out of state with large pickup truck with truck camper. They needed to work outside as our unit was too tall for bay. They were very helpful and willing to adjust to get the work done. Would highly recommend.

I called to get an estimate on mounting and balancing 4 tires, I was quoted $68. Showed up to drop them off and was told it would be $148. I was worried that it might double again when I would come back to pick them up. So I took them to Auto Works and had them take care of it. Drew got it taken care of for less than a $100 and was much better to work with. I would definitely recommend Auto Works.

Friendly service just like at any other discount tire store Ive been to! Brought my new atv tires in and only $16 later theyre on and done in about 15-20 minutes.

I ordered and paid for wheels and tires and set up the appointment on the website. Got a call the next day saying the wheels that were on their site were discontinued. They asked what other wheels I liked and I gave them a list of three. They called back later and said all the wheels that fit my car on their site were either discontinued or on a long back order. Why sell products on your site that are not available? Your just going to have to refund the money. Classic bait n switch.

Wanting to keep my business local, however due to price gouging I was forced to take my business to another discount tire. Amazing how a large company has such large price fluctuations between locations. Was quoted a little over double the price for the same service at the CDA Discount. I ended up getting the cheaper price at the Spokane Valley store. My advice is to shop around before picking the location you will shop at.

Unsatisfactory service at Discount Tire, Hayden ID. Was helped by the store manager Jeremy Robert, and he was extremely rude and seemed to rush my purchase. I have always had amazing service at DT but left the Hayden store very unhappy. He told me a single loose mount tire would take hours to mount. When i returned, the wheel wasn’t even balanced. Luckily it was just for a trailer spare and I didn’t feel like dealing with anybody else in the store.

I’ve gone to this shop for my tire needs for 5 years now and always have gotten great service and products there. Recently I had some freaky circumstances with my tires and this shop took care of it all and got me back on the road in a jiffy! Thank you, Gordon and Ryan! I highly recommend this shop.

Discount tire always doing great work bought a tire years ago as a spare about ready to go on a long Rv trip and noticed the reads were separated from the tire took it down to discount and replaced it super quick and filled up the air in all the rest of my tires they are awesome the only place to buy tires 👍👍👍👍👍

Unable to follow simple instructions to place one used tire and wheel in the trunk and place a new tire on the spare. This was agreed to by the salesman but not performed. Last time I purchased tires the key for my tire locks was lost. VERY DISAPPOINTED

After a 10 hour shift at the local jail a couple of deputies noticed I had a flat tire. The officers directed me to maintenance where I could fill my tire with air. Discount Tire closes at 6. My shift ended at 6. I show up at 6:15 they welcomed me in and repaired my tire at no cost. Why would you ever go to any other tire shop...really. Thank You all ---Shane Souza

So I am very impressed with the customer care. My mother on her birthday was super stressed out because her RV/home was giving her issues and on the same day she got a flat. She realized it was pretty much time for all four tires to be replaced and it left her feeling over whelmed. I called the discount tire she had gone to to get some air in her tire and spoke with RYAN. I asked how much some new treads would cost for her vehicle and if he would promise to take great care of my mom. My bro and I chipped in as a birthday present for her to get her some new tires. Ryan got her in the next day and gave my mom the best customer care ever!!! Thank you thank you thank you Ryan for assisting our mom and being open to take care of her so fast. She told me it was awesome. She got there and all was done quickly and to a T. I d like to also point out I called a few min after they had closed and Ryan was super cool about giving me a few min of his time to listen to the situation. Ryan you rock! Amazing staff and work.

Been going here for years. I have a lifted F350 dually and wanted to replace the 35x12.5x20s I have on the front. I learned that 9.5 OD width wheels should be 8.5 ID but mine are apparently 8.25. According to DT the tires on my truck apparently need to be 8.5 so they wont install which is fair if thats their policy (BTW 1/4 means 1/8 on each side of teh wheel which is nonsense but whatever). The important part is that the call I got was: sorry your rims are too narrow for the tires you want, please come pick up your truck....no options, suggestions, solution - nothing. They werent that busy either. I call 4wheel - no problem bring them over. Case closed - business lost for an extended family with 7, soon to be 8, vehicles.

Got new snow tires on their website and made an appointment to install. They called me and let me know theyve got the tires and confirmed the appointment.They were very professional and efficient. Came in for air check this morning and the tech updated me on my tire tread and that there was a staple in one of the tires that has been low.Very friendly and heloful.

Eventually, if you really stick with it, you can get a good set of tires for a decent price. Compare prices and identify that you found them at a better price. Submit the link to the better price. Apply for the Discount tire Credit Card to get a further discount (though nobody is sure if the DT rebates will really apply). Call and make an appointment and explain the whole Found A Better Price Corporate thing. Call again to check on your appointment and make the appointment again with the person who actually follows through with making the appointment. Double the time it takes for the tires to be shipped. When you go to the appointment be prepared to activate the Discount Tire Card for the 3rd time over the phone (because Synchrony Credit isnt competent on the phone or online) and then you are ready to have your tires installed for $23 each, and select the warranty at $40 per tire, and then review everything before you leave. Very good service, many convenient locations, friendly reminders for air pressure checks and rotation by email... Whew!

Ive been coming to Discount Tire for over 21 years now and have yet to have anything but the most amazing service of my car/truck/boat/trailer-driving life. These guys really know their stuff and price is always right. Cant beat a well-run organization.

They were able to fit me in today due to a cancelation. I cam in and they where busy. The car came back late and they were as fast as they could be. Staff was great to work with and due to the weather and value you couldnt expect anything better. Lobby has chairs spread out and staff had masks on. If that is important to you they are really careful.

Randy was a great help. Even thought the didnt have the tire to get us home, he told us where we could look for it. Excellent service!!! Will remember him when looking for my next set of tires!

I used to go to less schwab. But after years of ignoring their bad workmanship and a one-time fiasco that had me question their competence. I decided to try discount tire. So glad I did. Not only are they 2/3rds the price, Im not having to deal with what seemed like constant balance issues with my tires.

I usually have positive experiences with Discount Tire; good work/products in a timely fashion at reasonable prices, professional, friendly staff. Therefore, I was surprised that, after recently having a flat fixed, I started sensing a wobble from the wheel with the fixed tire. After getting back home, I took out my lug wrench and was able to get between 1/4 and 1/2 turn out of each lug nut!Seems as if the technician failed to apply ( and verify) the proper torque. Good thing that nothing serious happened ( especially driving on I-90!).

Management changed sometime here at the Hayden, Idaho location in the last couple of years, service improved, and now Im back again as a customer. I was treated fairly on a recent package tire purchase. The one piece of advice that I can give folks, especially going into the busy fall tire season, is make sure you schedule your appointments well in advance, or you are going to be waiting...especially when the snow starts to fly.

Couldn’t find anyone in Spokane who could mount a 24” wheel to a 38” tire but luckily Ryan helped me out and got me in and out. Each tire and wheel came out to over 150lbs and they still managed to mount and balance without a single scratch of scuff. Worth the hour drive from Spokane for the solid dudes working in the shop and customer service they got over here in the Hayden location. 10/10 would recommend!

Ordered some Michelin Defender tires for my SUV. They got them next day and I scheduled an appointment to have them installed in the morning. They said it would take them 1 hour to install all 4 tires. It only took 40 minutes. Great job guys.

Fast friendly service, No smiles just masks lol

Recently (OCT 2020) I replaced all 5 of my TPMS units in my 07 Toy 4Runner with DILL REDI SENSOR. I was 100% positive I had the right sensors for this vehicle. Since that time I have had no luck getting them programmed. I took my 4Runner to a couple of Les Schwab shops, Perfection Tire, and even Toyota. No luck. Each time the story was basically the same, nobody could communicate/program the sensor. Just to note Im not trying to bash any company here. In fact every shop that I brought my 4Runner to, I know for sure, sincerely did their best to try and solve the problem. In fact one of the Les Schwab techs even took the time to talk on the phone with the Dill Tech trying to get it figured out. Still no luck. At this point I figured I must have received some defective sensors and that I have two options. One is that Ill just have to live with the annoying light always being on, along with not having the TPMS function working on the 4Runner. The other option would be to have a tire shop replace them all and start fresh. I had bids ranging from $300 to $800 to do this. Because I was about to make a cross country move - towing a cargo trailer, I decided to go with the replace them all option. The whole thing was really frustrating and stressful. Break the budget and fix it or ignore it and risk it. I decided to book an appointment and fix it. I reached out to Discount Tire in Hayden, ID - which I had not previously done so. I talked with - Bordyn Grieser - Senior Assistant Manager, explained the whole situation/experience to him, he gave me a quote for the replacements, and I booked it. I checked in with Bordyn when I arrived, and he decided that before we bring the 4Runner into the shop, hed like to check the senors with their reader. I was thinking to myself thats pointless but go ahead. BAM! In less than 15 minutes, without going into the shop, without breaking the tires down, and without having to spend big $ replacing all the units, Bordyn had the sensors working. Including the spare. Words cant even express the relief this was to me. One less thing Id have to be concerned with as Im driving across the country. I called the Tech at Dill to let him know as well. Months of trying to get the situation fixed had just been remedied. Thank you Bordyn for your professionalism, ethic, and knowledge. You made my day.

This store is absolutely badass, not only are the quick and courteous but they also have an extremely clean lobby and the employees seem like they live their job. I came in with a screw in my tire, full on expecting to pay for the fix and to my surprise there was no charge! Will be coming back in the future for tires for my other vehicles!

Customer service is great here with courteous employees. With the rushes of people needing tires, they are still always polite. Also the prices are very competitive as I havent been able to find what I needed cheaper anywhere else.

It took about an hour to replace the tires and rims

Took both my trucks for a rotate and Ballance. The only thing they got right was the rotation they didnt Ballance my tires, cause the wheels that had no wheel weights still didnt and I had marked the weights that were on my truck and surprise the weights are the same ones I marked that are still on the truck and I told them to keep the tire pressure at 65psi ya, it was at 75psi. Truck number 2 the rotation and Ballance, they rotated tires not sure if the the Ballance got done or not forgot to mark the weights, greasy dirty hand prints all over the door and steering wheel and tires at 80psi when noted on the sheet 60psi and didnt put the nice valve stem metal caps back on, in stead gave me nice hand full of cheap ones.Noticed tire pressure and valve stem caps, grease prints at the store noticed the weights at home. Never again will I be going back to this store.

Willing to work after hours if called ahead. Be sure to ask about wait time and plan a ride ahead. No courtesy vehicles and often are not clear at the sale of tires how long youll be stranded. The shop staff work quickly. Management is abrasive and laugh at you if you ask too many questions. Affordable prices. Ask for a bargain.

I got new rims for winter tires, and Discount Tire told me they wouldnt mount the tires unless I spent hundreds to install TPMS on the rims. Unfortunately, while Discount Tire will install and charge for the TPMS sensors, they didnt reset the error code or hook the sensors up when I swapped to my summer tires. Because my TPMS warning light is ALWAYS on, I didnt notice when I had a real flat until I was rolling on my rim. When I took my car to Discount Tire to replace the flat, I told them about the TPMS issue and THEY STILL DIDNT FIX IT. Im glad I was able to pay Discount a ton of money for a useless piece of tech that can keep my dashboard nice and lit up. Its almost festive. THANKS DISCOUNT!

Store was clean. Miserable expiriance still waiting for my tire rotation did not realize it takes less time to brake old tires off the rim, mount, balance and replace with new ones than to do a simple rotation. I learned I will never use discount tire again.
