Ive been shopping at this location for many years. The store is very clean and well organized. They are my go to for beauty because they have a huge selection, quality brands, and really great sales on cosmetics, health and beauty products. I also love all the neat garden decor ( also on sale often), and look forward to when Spring comes so I can buy solar lights and other decorations from this Rite Aid. (They also have amazing sales on vitamins!) They carry a good selection of grocerys saving me time if I need to pick up a few food items on my way home from work.Customer service has been outstanding 100% of my visits. I highly recommend this location !

Over this store. Way way over it. I have been a customer here for 10 plus years. Todays rude, unhelpful, pharmacy person was the last straw. Clearly you dont need my business.

People are very professional and pleasant. They always ask if they could help find something for you. I would not go anywhere else. The store is very clean and products are priced just right.

Went in for flu shot 1/11/2020. The male pharmacist was very friendly and helped ease apprehension my wife and child had taking their shots. In fact, we were greeted with smiles and hellos coming in and leaving the store by front and roving employees. Just an upbeat experience all round.

I have watched the older gray haired lady snip at the younger gal with the slight accent (who was clearly a beginner and trying to learn) then she snips at the bald head guy. The bald guy is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS rude to all members of my family. The new younger pharmacist isn’t any better. My husband and I “rock paper scissors” who has to go get prescriptions bc they’re so awful. We will just change. It’s not right to dread going to get medication! In commercials they act like they care for their customers!

The pharmacy couldn’t find my pills, after spending 30 minutes explaining that I’ve never gone anywhere else, they told me they’d talk to their pharmacist and get back to me. I waited all day waiting to see if I could get my pills. They never contacted me. I called back just to find they had been ready all day, nobody bothered to let me know. Having ten minutes to get to the pharmacy I asked if they could stay open 5 minutes late to ensure I got my pills I had been waiting for all day. I got attitude and disrespect and “yeah I’ll be here a couple minutes” before hanging up on me. Never coming back to this location.

Long but worth the read:I’ve been going to this specific rite aid since I was a baby. Now I have a child of my own. After having my child I got back onto birth control. I used Rite aids pharmacy to pick up my medication. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all now. They have hired new people. Like a new, older man (who has no idea what he’s doing.) Usually for birth control they give you 3 packets in advance. I only received one. I was discriminated against by the new employee. I’m a young individual and apparently it was very shocking for me to receive birth control to this older man. The absolute shock and disgusted looks I received all for getting a refill on my prescription. It was his first day but he didn’t handle it politely at all, it was humiliating. The next time I went in I was accused of not having Medicaid by the same man until his boss yelled at him several times to “just give her the prescription”. They were only able to give me 2/3 packets of what I should have. This idiotic pharmacy has it in there system and told the insurance company that I have enough to get by when I have literally 3 pills left. I can’t even prove my innocence. I just wanted my prescription refilled quickly,politely, and correctly. I’ve never complained about any business but this is my breaking point. DONT GO HERE. They have poor judgment and service now. Hopefully they’ll fix things.

My sister-in-law had so many problems with this pharmacy she switched all her prescriptions to Medicine Man. My wife picks up her sisters prescriptions for her. Prescriptions were not ready. Prescriptions were lost. Prescriptions were filled when they should not have been. They dont seem to know what they are doing. We came to have no confidence in them.

The retail end does a great job, the pharmacy has become a sick joke.Ive been a customer here since 2008, and have always had fantastic service at the pharmacy. Now a whole new crew is behind the counter and I havent had one pleasant transaction since they took over.I never received a call for my prescription, so 6 hours after it was called in, i decided to see if it was ready. I waited in a super long line (odd as well..) to only be told it wasnt ready and would be 15-20 mins.No problem. Ill go run some errands. I come back 2 hours later only to be told that it isnt ready and will take 30 mins or so... hmm, odd. Feel like I was just totally lied to before. Many of the other people in line were experiencing same issues. Very sad Time to take my prescriptions elsewhere.

Pharmacys have become such rude obnoxious places in the last several years. It is a matter of finding the least offensive. This is not it! You can do everything possible to minimize problems and wasted time for you and the pharmacist and still they literally work for ways to cause unnecessary problems. As bad as all pharmacys are I recommend looking elsewhere, particularly if youre not a glutten for punishment.

Figured it would be fastest to drop off my husbands prescriptions, get my daughter from daycare and swing back to pick them up. Its been over an hour and still sitting here. Even explained he just had surgery and needed pain meds and antibotics..... glad he is sitting at home in pain, and they are just nonchalant and dont care. :( Will never be coming back here again. Should have went to cda as they actually care and are quick.

I like their pharmacy and the HIGI station to check my weight. Its a clean, well laid out store with friendly employees.
