I went in to get my covid test in order to travel. I try to come in early, theres signs all over the store about different things. I didnt see the sign on the other side of the building in what you actually walk up say that you have to drive through for a testing. When I came up to the woman she was extremely rude to me and got mad at me for not seeing the sign. Again theres a bunch of different signs they have up and this ones not even in the store or near the pharmacy which would be helpful. I get back in line and wait to get my test done, it takes a while which is fine. I have another person I know doing it right behind me, and they denied them the test saying that they were closed, when it wasnt even time for them to closed. It just seems like the staff could do better job with putting important information out, and being a little bit more courteous to their customers. Super disappointed and never using the store again. I even had some stuff to buy from there and I didnt want to go back in because I didnt want to look like I was sick and trying to infect people even though Im vaccinated, and not feeling sick at all.

The Hayden Walgreens can now fill prescriptions that are prescribed by VA approved urgent care facilities within the community thanks to Lisa the stores manager! And Chris the Walgreens pharmacy tech expressed that he welcomes the opportunity to serve our veterans!! You guys are awesome, thank you!!

Twice we have ordered a product for pickup. And twice it was canceled for out of stock. So why is it listed as available?? Takes a chunk of time to research availability and location.

They sent my wife home with the wrong dosage of her medication which could have been very serious, we called them about the matter and they were very rude and disrespectful about the whole situation when it was 110% their fault. Nearly every time I deal with them it’s unpleasant

Great customer service as always. Now with the covid thing going on you almost get a personal shopper when you walk in I would guess to speed up the transaction but it was helpful I like efficacy

I would not recommend using this pharmacy. Go to Appleway, they are way more competent. We switched because they were closer to our home, but every time we needed to pick up a prescription something wasn’t correct. This was for months and months. This last time they billed incorrectly and wanted me to just deal with it. Switched back to Appleway and will never go back to this Hayden location.

Been loyal to Walgreens since 1984. Other places I have lived the pharmacy was just fine. Here, not fine. Sick of their incompetence. Going to Rite Aid when my new policy is effected. Customer service is my bailiwick in upper echelon resorts and hotels. They (most of this untrained staff) are clueless.

I just wanted to share that my quick experience at this store was wonderful!! The cashier and (I believe one manager) were so kind to not only me but the customer ahead of me. Little things make people’s days! Thank you Walgreens employees for that:)

I have been using Walgreens for 3 years. Great store, nice people. Dont know where the people on here have been shopping. Moscow or Cuba maybe? I think there is a personal vendetta going on.

Ordered photos online. They were ready same day, and faster than estimate.

What a great place to shop! Everything i needed was stocked and the prices are hard to beat. I was pleasently surprised.

DO NOT use this Walgreens pharmacy. They filled my prescription wrong and accused me of lying about it. They even went to check the cameras. Then once the man who’s balding figured out I was telling the truth he was short with me and rude. My sister also had issues with them accusing her of picking up her prescription too early and they flagged her account for no reason. I also see by the reviews that I’m not the only one who’s experienced this.

Would give them half star if I could. Wouldnt fulfill a prescription when it was covered in full.

Eric at Walgreens was super helpful to me today. Im in a big hurry and I just need one photograph. Ive been driving from store to store to get this done. I get to Walgreens and Eric helps me and Im in and out in 5 minutes. So Im taking another five minutes to write this review say thanks to Eric and give a 5-star rating to this Walgreens. Used to like this store, but since I was sold the wrong medication and the pharmacy technician refused to make it right. (Some man named Chris with poor personal hygiene and worse manners.) I wont be going here anymore. I hope the other walgreens have better staff/customer service. Otherwise, I will be taking my business to a different company.

Took my photo film here to get developed. They told me it would take up to two weeks. Every week I am in the store asking about my film and its been 7 weeks. At one point they lost it for two of those weeks. I am still trying to find my film today. Every one of the staff members has felt bad (the film is with a 3rd party) and pleasant to work with except the manager whom has been very short and rude. This has completely ruined my experience and I was always previously loyal to this store.

The store is fine. The pharmacy is a not very friendly or helpful. They make assumptions about things before even calling or trying. Sometimes I am screwed sometimes due to them being the only ones who have certain medications on stock and need it immediately, but if you can hold out a day or two and have a regular pharmacy elsewhere, I highly suggest it and avoid this pharmacy.

The pharmacy is terrible, extremely slow and no customer service. However, the photo dept is quick, efficient, and very polite. The photo kiosk was simple and easy to use to purchase my photos I needed printed. They even provided a cord to connect and upload my photos!

Slow is an understatement. So I am pregnant, sick and been up for 2 days straight with my sick child whom Im getting medication for so I go to the drive through. Im told not asked or given any consideration to that I cant sit with said sick child in my car for MY convenience because its going to take them a year to fill a flonase prescription. The pharmacy is consistently very rude to customers and take their sweet time doing flu shots. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else!

Pharmacy tec Has an attitude rude..Grey beard rude and slow.I stopped my script..I WILL NEVER SHOP A WALGREENS AGAIN.Then I went to 700 west across from the hospital.Nice peiple polite friendly everything I needed with a smile..

Everyone is very polite, especially a tip of the hat to Chris, he always is smiling, happy to help, even remembers me as a customer and my prescriptions.

Horrible customer service. Not willing to find a solution for filling prescription to coincide with other prescription to avoid extra trips to town. Have messed up multiple prescriptions over the years. Today is my last day to use them!!!

Worst Ever-Lost and my whole familys flu records - no record of them what-so-ever; then the pharmacy tech shrugged it off and hung up on me. Horrendous record keeping - completely unreliable. The phone tree also hung up on me.

The first time I went here to pick up a prescription the lady told me my total was two ten, me being an English speaking adult took this as $2.10, which was unsurprising as I have purchased health insurance; however, my card was charged $210 which is said two hundred and ten. I thought maybe this was caused by a rush or a miscommunication on two parts, so I let the expensive lesson go. Trying to refill my next script was a nightmare, the automated system was terrible and I waited on hold a total of 15 minutes when I was next in line according to their answering machine only to be hung up on without a greeting.I have never had these problems at the Coeur D Alene location off of Appleway.
