If I could give Walmart a rating of ten, I absolutely would. The kindness and courtesy of all of the employees rises beyond expectations. Especially the help they provide for me having a disability. The smiles I see behind the masks is simply priceless. 😃

I enjoy being able to order my groceries and anything else Walmart carries, and set a convenient time to stop in and pick everything up. They carry grass-fed beef and butter products, Primal Kitchen brands of dressings made with avocado oil, Simple Mills almond flour chips and snacks and baking mixes.

Updating my review to cover the current situation at the store:I don’t know if it’s due to staffing or technology issues, but this Walmart currently employs very few their self checkout registers, resulting in a typical wait of 15+ minutes in line on a typical weekday to even get to the registers. Until this changes, I recommend avoiding this Walmart.Old review:Friendly staff and good prices. Pretty typical Walmart experience. Use the app for a store map to find things better and for fuel discounts at the Walmart gas station.

Typical Walmart. I will say that this location seems to struggle with keeping owns in stock, especially grocery items. They do have a gluten free section, but all of the gluten free things available are not located in it. So if you are shopping for a celiac member, then it may be best to ship online and do a store pickup. I say this because it is easier to identify the gluten free and allergy information online. The staff has always been polite.

They usually have everything I need EXCEPT the last 2 times I’ve been in they have no YELLOW MUSTARD…. not sure if it’s coincidence but ya I’ve been out of yellow mustard for 2 weeks now.. other then that this is a nice Walmart. I just moved here from out of state so it’s nice to see nice good people here

The Pharmacy here is a disaster, much like the front end management. There is a sign posted in the Pharmacy “Senior hour Tues 6-7” I am out of my blood pressure medication, and wasn’t worried about getting it today, because when I dropped off the slip late yesterday afternoon, I saw this sign. So I made a special trip over there right at 6. Nobody there. I asked a couple of cashiers and all I got was, “we don’t think we do that anymore”!Also don’t try to have them bring out your meds to your car as advertised, because if they do answer the phone, they might just hang up on you right away, and you have to go in anyway.Also if you want to go to a WM with long checkout lines, this is the store for you. I worked in the front of a WM, and I can tell you that a well run store won’t tolerate that.

Had just the right storage container I was looking for.

Do not rely on the website showing what truly is in stock at the store. I have called in to ask if the have a particular item and am told yes and the website shows its there but go in and am told no we havent had this item for months. So frustrating!

Walmart supercenter has never let me down they always have what I need in stock and if they dont they check on it for me and then theyll let me know when the best time to come to the store and find it still on the shelf which is a great help because going back and forth always looking for the same thing and it not being there really burns me up but now that I know how to find out when the best time to come and buy the items that I need is great All right you have to do is ask. I hope that Walmart never shuts down it is my favorite store to do all my shopping in I always take my friends with me and I always let my friends know where the good deals are at in the store. I have put the word out so much that sometimes when I am shopping there I run into my friends they also tell me how good the store is. Youre doing a good job Walmart dont stop there is nothing I could say to make it better. Just me always a Walmart shopper.

They have a lot to learn about curb side pickup. They have it in the middle of their parking log where everyone drives to find a parking space. It is a mess, but the employees work very hard to make the smooth.

Been burned by their hours twice now. Shame on me. Last time they had 7 employees standing around 1 register and the cust svc desk was closed. Shop local small businesses!

Normally WalMart is pretty good. But these last few months we are lucky to find anything we need as the shelves are empty or nearly so. Just a FYI though, they are currently remodeling and have been doing so for a few weeks so the store is a bit chaotic. Though they are keeping it clean and look to be doing their best to keep things orderly

Have attempted to go to Walmart at 8pm to find they have closed early. I verified the store hours before going the 2nd time, and they apparently do not maintain public information related to such.Probably for the better... The one item I needed was $18 at Walmart, was able to locate the same item for $4 at Target.Check around folks.. Walmart is no longer the go-to place, please do your research/price comparison.They move in, drive out as much competition as possible, then jack up their prices.

I came in on a Tuesday, and dealt with a lovely guy named Zach, a vendor for walmart. I had a straight talk phone, so he told me to come back and see Rick. I came back the next day, and the straight talk guy Rich, took care of me. I will tell all my friends to visit Zach or Rich.

One of the cleanest Wal-Marts I have ever been to. Lots to choose from amd a good subway in the store.

Not sure why they have decided to rearrange the store, but it is chaos and it makes no sense at all. Very bad experience. I dont have high expectations going into a Walmart as is, but this was just a mess. Took much longer than it shouldve to get 5 things.

Supplys and choices not as good as it was. No more checkers to check your groceries through the check out. Not enough help in store for shoppers.To many Walmart employees shopping for customers they are in the way a lot of the time with their big carts if you have 2 or 3 in the same area you get a big traffic jam in the store.

Everything was good to go, they need someone to tend to the fishing and hunting counter. It took awhile to get their attention. But overall its good to go!!

Nice store. Big, so you can easily move about. Clean. Staff is friendly. Dont like self check out. Also, and this is at most Walmarts in a 50 mile radius, they are either getting stock in or they are low on or have no stock. It is feast or famine. And this is probably beyond their control.

I shop this Walmart a few times a year, but hate it almost every time. The store is usually disorganized and not always easy to find things. I have waited over 30 minutes a time or two just to get someone to cut a bit of fabric. And the shelves are often in complete disarray, so finding a size or style can be daunting.But, my biggest complaint is the bathrooms. Walmart is at the far end of my shopping trip, and I always seem to need a restroom by then. I have never failed to find this bathroom a mess, and this visit was no exception. There are 4 stalls and not one had toilet paper, though there was one partial roll rolling around on the floor. The place always smells funky, and it was not busy. There were three employees standing around a checkout counter nearby, chatting and laughing.This has been the case many times, even last year during covid. I know it might not always be easy to keep a bathroom in a store this size perfect all the time. But, late on a Thursday when the store is not busy, it shouldnt be that hard to at least make sure theres tp in each stall.On top of everything else, there was not a single checkout open, only the self check.Honestly, if you can find what you need somewhere else, do it. I probably will from now on, because Walmart really does not care.

Well designed layout in the store. Easy to find what you need. Appeared to be well-stocked as well. With self checkout, in and out in minutes. One of the better WalMart experiences Ive had recently.

I always come with an open mind, hoping Ill find what I need. After all, it is Walmart. If its not here, its not anywhere. I always come for things I need, never find them, then walk out with things I dont need. Its just a money trap!

Like all Walmarts it wasnt very well organized hard to know where to go when looking for only a few things. Ended up walking the whole store just to find out that their stock was nothing and distroyed.

Waited for an hour and a half to pick up an order. I watched people arrive after I did, get their order and leave. Its not an employee problem. Its a management and corporate problem.

Enjoying ordering my groceries online and having someone bringing them out to my car. Employees are nice. Depending on who gathers the order, sometimes there are only one item in a bag, which is wasteful, aside from that no complaints. Also ordered non-grocery items and had them delivered. Very timely.

Its Walmart. Pretty much the same everywhere you go. The ladies that work in the fitting department are awesome! The management leaves a lot to be desired though. Sometimes when an employee does a great job and goes above and beyond for a customer, I like to find a manager and let them know what a great job they did. Generally managers light up and are really happy to hear something positive from a customer. This particular manager didnt really seem to care that she had some great people working for her. Its not a big deal, but I dont think the ladies in the fitting department got the recognition that they deserved. Also I sure wish people would stop panic buying all of the toilet paper though. I know that this isnt Walmarts fault but it would be cool if they ordered extra.

Not good. We were out of town and stopped at a different walmart and the pharmacist wouldnt let me purchase the needles without prescription. I didnt know we were out till this morning. Now i dont know how my dog is having insulin tonight and tomorrow morning.. thanks a lot walmart.

Shelves are not stocked well at all. This is not a new issue. This store was that way before we ever heard of Covid-19. And whats up with the checkout? It has to be the slowest in all of the Coeur dalene area. I could understand if the lines were long but its just slow checkers.

Walmart doesnt really need a review because its about the only places around here you can get nearly everything, well once people stop hoarding things still, but since my phones promoting me Ill do one ;) As much as I detest shopping at Walmart due to so many rude shoppers - yes there are other people in the world besides you and please stop yelling your personal business across the isles, I will say the employees Ive dealt with there have been very good. The pharmacy people have all been very nice and willing to help if you have questions and so have all the other employees. The store has always been clean when Ive been there too. Not much else to really say about Walmart except, if youre an impulse buyer its really a horrible place ;)

Horrible management, no one is ever on the floor to help. None of the employees know where anything is. The way they rearranged the store is a joke; nothing but confusion, chaos, frustration. And yes, Im shopping at Super 1 now.

About average for walmarts except one shinning star. I always do the online ordering and pick up my order. They are usually very busy but also pretty fast given the circumstance. There is one young man that works here to bring the items out. He is always running to do his job but also always smiling. There are others that are good too and some that they should replace. Not sure if I can give a name out but its not to bash him but to praise him. His name is Braden and others should see how a good worker can be.PS, I would have given 5 stars but some of the other workers and the management brought the score down.

Its always got something in the way. Feels disheveled when you come in. The staff is mostly willing to help. Im just not into you anymore Walmart. The staff brought you up from a 2 star rating.

Completely inconsistent hours and the staff at the door act resentful that they have to tell you theyve changed hours. No bother to change the Google reported hours. This location has gone to the dogs, Ill be changing my pattern considerably just to avoid shopping here anymore.

Please ask your order pickers for call in orders to have some courtesy and ask if they need to move out of the way briefly. 3 times today myself and other patrons stood for a long time and finally asked if they could move so we could quickly grab what we needed.

I just started at the Pharmacy because of my insurance. A wonderful staff helped me get started. I dont know why I didnt go here before. Plus the grocery area and whole store is complete and prices are great

I pulled into my grocery pickup spot and less than 30 seconds later there is a awesome young man by the name of Mason standing at my car with my groceries, however he was busy as can be and as he looked me in the eye and politely said thank you. I actually felt his sincerity. As he was walking away I asked him if you by chance have a dog treat in his pocket, he said, Im sorry I dont but I would love to run back in the store and grab one for your dog, he dragged back into the store asked you not have me wait any longer than I had to, he again walked up to the car look me in the eye and again sincerely said thank you.Very pleasant experience,Thank You Mason.

Terrible! 3 1/2 mo. After I bought a Hamilton Beach Microwave, it stopped working. Went in and talked to Customer service at Walmart and they told me I had to contact HB. I also purchased the 3 year warranty walmart provides. So I contacted HB, and they told me to take the microwave again back to Walmart stating they had a private exchange agreement. 2nd trip back to Walmart, customer service knew nothing. So I was told when I arrived to call HB if they gave me trouble. So I said I would call HB, and they said oh just go get another one and we will exchange it. So I did and then they told me I won no longer have the 3 year warranty that I paid for. Huh? They said you could only get a refund on the warranty within 30 days. I again told them I wanted the original warranty to be applied to the replacement. So basically because I was using the 1 year manufacturer warranty and per their agreement to just exchange instead of repair, Walmart made their warranty null and void. Crazy. Seems to be a bit of a scam. The customer service lady told me I really shouldnt get their warranty anyway. Huh?Then I asked for the manager and basically got snubbed and a take it or leave it. So when I got home I called a higher level manager and after showing him that this was ethically wrong and the Walmart warranty is meaning and deceptive, he admitted it was. So he ordered customer services to issue me a new warranty. So the gist is, even of you have a Walmart warranty, if you bring in a appliance or ? even before the 90 day period, they will not reissue the warranty onto the exchanged duplicate item even though you paid for it. Something wrong with that logic. Ultimately they had a could care less attitude.I felt totally ripped off. Will never get an appliance or warranty from Walmart again.

Couldnt get anyone to help me at the sporting goods area. They have a button you push thats supposed to alert Walmart that you need assistance in Sporting goods. Waited 10 minutes 😫 no assistance.

Thank you so much to the Hayden Walmart bakery department for doing such an amazing job with my birthday cupcake cake.They went beyond what I had asked for. They came up with so much more details then I had thought about and for a great price! It was a very big hit with everyone. I had to take pictures of it so we could share with others that couldnt come over.

I love this Walmart. I prefer it over the one on Sprague. They have a lot better styles for clothing and it has a little bit more of an open atmosphere

I could wander aimlessly around a Walmart for days and still be interested. I LOVE going in with no shopping list and exiting with a cart full of random items I didnt know I wanted at first but dont regret having now. They have a little bit of everything and if you cant afford brand name they almost definitely have their own version that isnt quite as quality but will do the exact same trick. Always worth the hour drive ESPECIALLY on payday

I do most of my shopping here. You really cant beat most of their prices. Plus you can shop for multiple types of things other than groceries at the same time. Which helps out not having to stop at 4 other stores when you need pet food, school supplies, hygiene products, ECT. However, not everything is in stock. There are a lot of times I have to buy items at other store because they are out of it completely! It is quite often that this happens in the grocery department.

Of the 20 things I came to pick up, which I normally get from Walmart, they only had 2. At 330 on Friday afternoon the store should be stocked better than that.

The service is amazing... if ya cant find an item go to the Service Desk and they can usually help you find it, if they have it! Everyone is so nice and the store is always clean, and the prices are usually the lowest! I had forgotten to get my credit card back from my teenager and the Service Desk associate helped me apply for new one and now I get so many more perks through Capitol One! Great experience 👍

Ok so this is going to sound weird but Im under the impression Walmart is trying to convince everyone we live in a third world country. The shelves are almost bare constantly and the fresh produce is bruised or wilty. Potatoes are all soft which means theyre hella old. Its not like that at any other store. Why is the #1 grocery retailer doing such an awful job keeping their store stocked with actual fresh produce? And shelves stocked with everything else? Employees are friendly and everywhere so it cant be lack of help. Whats going on Walmart?

Disaster aisles. Mis marked items. Items in the bering spot. And I know its walmart, but the workers look dead behind the eyes. No smiles. Not even a pleasant hi.Can someone give these people some paid time off? Please!?!

Decided to try drive up since my usual store didnt have product I wanted. After several hours the single item was still not ready for pick up. I went inside. No clerks to help locate item. After finding it, cancelling online pick up was difficult. Cashier no help. Went to cust service and waited. Only helpful person in the store was cust service.

Using the WM app, i located my items and used the self check out. In and out of the store in less than 12 mins. Parking wasnt hard to get a spot just 40 yards from the front door...i didnt want to have a door ding, so i parked in a few open parking spots about 6 spots from the drive way in front of the store.

Went to pick up meds from the pharmacy and was treated with respect and kindness. Thanks again for all your help !!
