Cannot say enough good things about this company. Last winter our furnace stopped working when we had a major cold snap- Borders came out on the weekend and though they didn’t have the piece to repair our furnace, they set us up with space heaters and made sure we were comfortable and safe. They returned promptly when they had the piece and did the repair at a very decent price. Most recently, our AC stopped working during this heatwave. We called yesterday and were about number 60 on the list at the end of the day. Today they called, arrived on time and by 1230 completed the repair. Their technician, John, was hustling. It’s brutally hot and he worked so hard. We are thoroughly impressed with this company, their employees and their work.

Border did a great job installing my Furnace and AC in 2017. Ken from Border has done the annual maintenance (new filters, check up} regularly. I must say that all my experience with Border Sheet Metal & Heating has been above and beyond my expectations. They hire the most professional, knowledgeable employees in the industry. I am happy to do business with you!

I had Borders install AC in my home in June after getting introduced to them through the Costco referral network. My initial review of them was great. We fired up our furnace after and early cold snap in sept. Furnace did not work, no heat. I called Borders and explained that they were the only people to touch my furnace within the last 3 months and i would like them to come look at it. They refused unless I paid them drive time and a service fee. Not happy. I called a local company to come tell me what was wrong. The heater is not draining and water backing up in the system. Borders rebuild the drain and tied the AC unit into the furnace drain. It was not done properly. Called borders back. LeAnne refused to believe it was her companies fault, saying my 5 year old furnace most likely needed to be replaced. LeAnne blamed me for not paying to have them out to check their own work, talked about how shes been doing this for 30yrs and could not accept that her company made a mistake. Great presale, horrible service post sale. I dont trust them at all.

We bought our house not knowing the current furnace was 100% out of commission. I called around to get quotes, but they were the only company that would give us the time & day. Since then, they have made sure we were taken care of & warm. I would recommend them over & over.

After my furnace went out in the middle of the night in January, with 3 small children 6 and under Borders come to the rescue. They loaned us space heaters to get us through the next 2 days. Furnace was installed and worked great. The honeymoon ends there. Three years later I called to ask about my warranty because the furnace wasn’t firing. The woman that answered the phone told me it was out of warranty. I said I did t even tell you my name. She said it was probably still out of warranty. I asked her to check. She asked what my address was and then said “if you even still live there”. Then told me the warranty expired. Fast forward to yesterday. I called about having maintenance done what the cost would be. She told me she was booked. I then said I didn’t even give her a timeframe. She reiterated that she was booked. I asked how far out and she just said February. Then I asked how much it was she said again that she was booked. I asked, “so you’re not even going to tell me how much it is?” She replied 101. No dollars, no cents, just 101. I’m not sure why this woman has a customer service job when she has the worst attitude of any person I have ever encountered. If you’re having a bad day being a viper to people inquiring about your services isn’t the way to deal with it. She must be someone’s wife or else she would have been canned years ago.

This place is the best in town. Greg and Lea Ann are great to work with and show pride in their business. You name it involving ducting and HVAC they have done it for me. I would not go to another HVAC company in town. I have done business with all of their competitors and not impressed. Stay away from Bills and Trademark.

The technician hit a snag because the problem with my furnace was an outlier, but he did his research. By the time he left my house for the 2nd time, it was fixed and my house was warm. I will use this business again for any cooling or furnace issues.

They came out the same day since our heat was not working at all and it took the guy 15 min to fix it. They guy was very polite and nice. They will be who we call again if we need to.

Full Heating and AC done with border last month, and couldnt be happier with the service they provided. They even had a tech stop by a few days after the install to touch base and calibrate our unit. Class acts, and great product!

Ive been doing business with Border Sheet Metal for five years. Im not sure why Ive not written a review til now because it has always been well deserved. Everyone Ive ever dealt with is fantastic, right down to the wonderful woman that answers the phone and schedules appointments. Theyve always taken care of my primary residence and today was their first appointment at my rental. And again the service was phenomenal. The heater is very old and Bryant gave it some TLC and says it should be good for 4-5 more years, but did tell me to start saving my pennies. I will. And when that time comes Border Sheet Metal will be installing the new system. Guaranteed. Thank you to all of you for always going above and beyond. Great prices too!!

Ken provided outstanding service during annual maintenance of our HVAC system. My fireplace practically looks new and functions so much better after his thorough cleaning of the logs and components. He took special care to keep his work area clean and even gave my husband good tips on local fishing holes. We can highly recommend Ken at Border Sheet Metal.

Lennox i thought was a good brand and is not. Borders came to fix it once and worked fine for 3 months. then started doing the same thing and borders wouldnt come and fix it. it has a five year warranty it broke within a year and still hasnt been fixed because of border sheet metal.if border wants to come fix it and not try to upsale me on a new $700 thermostat that would be great. until then i dont recommend borders sheet metal and heating.

Product unreliable, unhappy with service, will never buy again. The heating season is here and with it same old problems. Family owned business can cause conflicts that leave you out in the cold. This unit had more then one problem it maybe a lemon but that should not be my problem.
