He was prompt, professional and followed through with his commitments. The electrician, Justin, is among the best I have encountered in my life. He is very professional, experienced and knowledgeable as well as being personable. I have two lifelong journeyman electricians in my family therefore understand the complexities that he deals with daily. Steve completed the natural gas hookup and it is highly qualified and knows his trade very well. I recently retired after 45 years in commercial/business banking therefore have experience in assessing businesses and their key employees. From the initial consultation which inspired confidence that there wouldnt be any big surprises in fitting to the actual execution of a clean professional install.The furnace has been much better than the previous one running much less often and heating quickly. We are SO impressed with TM Heating & AC! Perrin came out and walked us through what we needed to have replaced and gave us many price and level options to choose from with no pressures. He gave us a final price and set up an installation date and time to have our AC, furnace and water heater replaced since they were all 20 years old. On the date agreed upon we received a phone call from the crew letting us know they were on their way and would arrive right before 8am! Thats unheard of!! Usually companies string you along all day before they arrive. Chase, Steve and Stephan all arrived at the same time and we cant say enough about their professionalism and friendliness. My upstairs and downstairs air conditioning units decided to go out on me this summer at the same time. I had used Trademark Mechanical to fix my heater and was very pleased with the service, so I contacted them for this problem. Dustin called me before he came and arrived in a timely manner. He quickly diagnosed the issue for each unit and gave me a quote for the cost to fix them. He was outgoing, patient, answered all my questions and was very through in his responses. Had an unprofessional estimate experience with these folks, after waiting months for an estimate appointment with someone who unfortunately seemed to have very little experience. They soured when I openly told them I had received a second opinion after they wanted to tear up the house for a simple repair, and their professionalism quickly went downhill from there. Trust your gut, if their advisement/estimate doesnt seem right, get a second opinion. You should never have to put up with rude/defensive behavior. Its saving me thousands and a lot of heartache.

After our AC stopped working on the brink of the hottest part of this year, after calling several firms with several days wait for service, my neighbor recomended Trademark Mechanical; if fact she called them and asked that Trademark call us! When I was having trouble with my furnace on a cold Friday at 5:00 pm. I made a call to Trademark Mechanical and AJ Rollins arrived to take care of our problem. It wasn’t an easy solution. It had intermittent problems and wouldn’t act up with him like it had been for us. But he stuck with it and kept testing components until he found the real problem and restored our heat, AJ and Trademark Mechanical far exceeded our expectations. It’s great to have a real person answer the phone and show up when you’re really in need of help.

I had called Trademark as my air conditioner was not working. When the technician got here he simply flipped the breaker back on. Someone had turned it off through the winter. Since he was here i figured I might as well get my money out of the service call and have him service my hot water tank. When he was done with the job he charged me for the first service call and then the second service call plus additional labor. The first service call aloud for a half an hour of free labor, he was here for 45 minutes. I question him and asked why would there be two service calls he was only here once, he told me it was because there were two different items. I also question why I can just charge for the one hot water tank. Anyway he ended up charging me hundreds of dollars just simply to clean my hot water tank and look it over, Which I could have easily done, I just want to get some use out of the service call.It has actually been over two years since this happened and I’m still irate about it. Someone asked about a good company and I made sure to tell him about Trademarks horrible business practice and then I got upset again. Rip off artist! Now you understand why they all can afford to drive a brand new fancy vans

I signed up for an estimate for ac. I received an email with the incorrect town. I called to correct this and was sent to a voicemail. I did not get a callback or follow up of any kind. My appt. was for July 14 at 2 pm. I really don’t know what to think about the lack of service and follow through. #hotanddisappointed

I called to request repair for my ac unit and as Justin was looking at everything asked about cleaning the furnace as well. After a few minutes Justin noticed that my 16 year old furnace was looking its age. They called me 15 minutes before arriving, we talked through the problems with A/C and why its not running. The tech Dustin G. was very easy to talk to and listened to me and what I knew. He got right to work, narrowed down the diagnosis and found the problem very quickly.Was a bad condensation pump, he had one on the truck and replaced it. Then gave me a few tips on how to make the pump last longer for future.Paid him with credit card and he emailed me his work order and all pictures of before and after within 30 minutes of leaving.Thank you Dustin and Trademark Mechanical

Justin is a very capable tech. He easily found the issue with our furnace and when the repairs came in he fixed the problem promptly and quickly. We are in the process of selling our home and after making an appointment with him for the repair we receive a request for showing of the home. He was very flexible in pushing back his work 45 minutes to not interfere with the showing and was still able to complete his work in the aloted schedule. I would highly recommend him for any furnace work.

Tony is very unethical. He just backed out of a new build job on the day they were scheduled to start. He claims covid and supply issues are the reason he has to back out, but that wasn’t the case when he took and cashed our deposit, and sent an updated contract to us 12 days ago. Now we have to try and find a new contractor in the busiest market in the US. So rude.Edit, it’s not that you didn’t “meet our expectations”, like we are some picky client— it’s that your unwillingness to complete the job you previously committed to do(fully designed, pulled permits on, and took a deposit for), and waited until the last minute to tell us, is leaving us in a complete lurch. As an exercise in understanding what consequences your actions have caused us, call around and see what the wait time is right now to even have another company LOOK at new jobs. There’s really no good explanation for why you’d simply drop our job altogether.

Trademark Mechanical installed our HVAC system in 2019 and maintained it since that time with twice yearly preventative maintenance visits. Ivan Alonso visited our home recently and was outstanding to work with. He did all the appropriate checks on the system including temp drop and static pressure, replaced the air filter and even removed a dead mouse from under the furnace. Very nice guy and high recommend him.

Trademark Mechanical showed up within 45 minutes of my initial call. Their technologist Ivan Alonso was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough inspection of our system, diagnosed the trouble and had it repaired and verified the effectiveness of his repair in an hour and 15 minutes. He also took the time to explain the problem, and offered suggestions to prevent recurrence. It is supposed to get down into the single digits tonight, and it is nice to have confidence that my furnace is up to the job. The rates were very reasonable. I would recommend this company to family and friends. I will also be using them if I need a new furnace.

I was new to the air conditioning idea when Trademark salesman Perrin arrived at my home. What a gem he is! Knowledgeable, Honest, Patient and thorough! You can tell he was a service technician...He knows the ins and outs of the systems they have available. His can do attitude had me at ease. Perrin also told me about Trademarks standards of excellence that makes me want to work with them.

Overall their service was fine - not bad, but nothing to get excited about. My issue with them was that the guy didnt turn our heating system back on when he was done. I totally understand forgetting a little thing like that, but he didnt even tell us that he turned it off in the first place; had he told us that, I would have thought to check and make sure that he turned it back on. Unfortunately for us, he didnt tell us, and we were baking all evening, which kept our house warm, causing us to not notice that that the system was off until 2 am when our babies woke up crying because our house was 10 degrees colder than it normally is. Again, I understand making a simple mistake, but at the absolute least he should have notified us that he was turning off the heating system in the middle of winter.

Delta was on time, very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem with the HVAC system, the damper to the bonus room was not opening/closing properly due to a broken motor for the damper. He returned the next day with the replacement motor, and quickly replaced the broken motor with the new one, tested & retested to make sure it was working properly and finished his service call. Excellent technician!
