I have never seen a business so horrible as this. They tried to charge me $37 to send a fax of 6 sheets of paper!! I had the files on a jump drive. They said it was $2 every time they click on a file and $2 every time they hit print. The most absurd thing I have ever seen. It took the employee less than 5 minutes to send this fax and they wanted $37!!! I refused to pay it and they threatened to call the police. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON!

Great customer service, we had an emergency and they got our order done within an hour! Very nice too.

Tried to charge me 10 dollars to send 2 letters to Canada. I bought 2 Canadian stamps today from the post office for 2.15

Shipping from this location is easy.Notary service is quick.All the bells and whistles of a big company in a nice friendly and convenient location. Thumbs up to you Diane!

I found Diane to be extremely helpful and super nice. She checked (compared) all the different shipping rates and timelines for delivery to make sure I got the best deal in a time frame that worked for me. She was super friendly, and the store seemed pretty well equipped to ship almost anything (some guy dropped off a truck bumper to be returned!) .Sure made it easier than dealing with the post office, a place with one option.. .

Safer than home delivery.for sure.

I would give more stars if i could. i will always come back here. the staff is so kind and so helpful! they helped me save money and packaged my stuff so nicely! 10/10 would recommend this place.

This place has terrible customer service and is down right rude to a customer. I sent a package to Boise when I prechecked the price online it said it was going to be 20 max, they charged me 40. I asked about all the surcharges they added and just said it’s what they do. When you call to ask a question they are short and rude. Would never ever reccomend going to the store to anyone. I wish I could write a negative five stars.

The lady was clueless. She didnt know the password for their wifi and didnt know how to send one of my UPS packages (I assumed they would know everything about shipping with different carriers because its a SHIPPING STORE 🙄). So I had to go to a different place to ship it. It took a total of 2 minutes to complete the transaction at the 2nd shipping store. The lady was stubbornly unwilling to help me, soI wont be returning. Ever.

Be prepared to spend atleast $10 more than going to the post office. Customer service is absolutly terrible.

Ive shipped here several times. Each time Im so shocked at how expensive the cheapest option is. It came to my attention today that they are charging you extra to have them ship it for you. I understand that its a business...however they arent taking the packages personally to the post office. The trucks still come to them. They priced out a package today as $13 being the cheapest. At the post office it wasnt even $5.

Its open when you need it. Its friendly, efficient and cooperative.
