I would highly recommend Lewis Automotive. They gave us top dollar for our trade in. Eric, Anthony, and Matt bent over backwards to help us get our truck. Three weeks after the purchase we had an issue with the truck. Called them up and they took care of it immediately and resolved the problem.. They truly take care of their customers and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Nick Roach was amazing to work with on the purchase of our new vehicle this past summer. He was friendly, quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and overly accommodating. He drove over 5 hours in one evening to deliver our new car to us and then drove back to Hays in the vehicle we traded with no air conditioning! Also a week after our purchase, he mailed us another key at no charge and a few things we accidentally left in our old vehicle. His customer service is second to none and we would recommend working with him without hesitation. We will definitely be a repeat customer!

While driving our 2020 Ford Explorer with 12K miles on I 70 outside of Hays multiple warning messages started popping up. The owner manual didnt explain any of them really but suggested getting the car to a dealer as soon as possible. Fortunately Hays was a just a few miles away. We pulled into Lewis Ford and the tech and service manager identified the issue using the diagnostic tool. Unfortunately they didnt have the part but found a dealer about 45 minutes away in Great Bend that did and got a us a 2pm appointment that day. Lewis Ford was great. The rest of the story is that we got the car to Great Bend a half hour early and we were back on the road at 5:30 after the speed sensor was replaced. Is 3 and a half hours to replace the speed sensor reasonable? IDK We felt lucky to get an appointment and not have to stay overnight. We drove more than 2000 miles on our trip with no further problems.

Overall a good experience. Salesman was knowledgeable and polite. He showed me the facility and it looks top rate. Offered me a fair trade-in price for my trade and they made sure all the rebates were applied to the vehicle is was purchasing. The only disappointment was the vehicle was sold as a new vehicle with 3500 miles on it. Thats not new in my opinion.

If you have the chance to work with Kelly. Do it. He is amazing. Hes super caring and will help you understand everything. This was my first time ever buying a car from a dealership and it was pretty nice. But the financial manager could be better. I didnt receive really any help in that area. I think they could do better in that part. I had to ask multiple times what the interest was, payments and also how much the car was. I kept saying no to his questions and he kept trying to get me to do the warranty which I couldnt afford. But he kept pushing me to do it.
