I will not go back! Waited an hour for my apt. They took 4 people before me. Did same last year. Ill not use this provider again. Very upset.

I have always had great experiences at Eye Specialists! I never had prescription glasses before, and I don’t think I can ever go to another location. The customer service and care is unmatched! I would definitely recommend Eye Specialists to anyone!

Cant say enough about the amazing customer service!! The optical manager, Matt Sutter, spent several minutes with me on the phone as well as in the office when my son broke his glasses. Matt showed us where we could get his current frames elsewhere instead of pushing a pair on us that he had in stock! He just wanted us to be happy, even if we didnt buy from them!! Cant thank you enough Matt! We are recommending Eye Specialists all over town!!

If I could give this place zero stars then I would. The front desk lady is extremely rude and hung up on me twice. Then the doctor literally gave me the same prescription that I have had for years and it is not correct so I got a second opinion and my eyes had changed alot. The doctor was just lazy and did not want to put in the time to actually check my eyes. Not a very user friendly place.
