This has been the easiest fix for window service I have ever had. I had a crack on my windshield due to a truck on the highway and Fred was able to help me get a replacement quickly and efficiently. I will be going to this business from now on and I will be giving my high recommendation for those in need of window help.

Wow!!!! Let me start off by saying this company is absolutely amazing. I came in today to get my windows tinted and again I am overly satisfied and grateful for the work that was performed on my vehicle they do such a great job and they take pride in their work the everyone is always friendly you get treated like you’re one of the family. I refuse to take my car anywhere else I will stick with this company as long as have a car. I’ve also sent my family friends to this company and they are well pleased with the work on their vehicles.

The gentleman was very kind and efficient. He also repaired my window quickly and his pricing was Very reasonable compared to another quote I had received. I will be a returning customer.

They ripped up my Interior and theres Scratches on Every single glass as well as Millions of bubbles.. The Tint was Poorly Installed..The Customer Service was out of this World, in the sense that they dont care about your car after you pay them. They Stole a iPad and iPhone but Owner got extremely upset when I went there to complain. Stay clear of this place they over charge for terrible jobs.( They Clearly dont care about damaging your Car or taking your possessions. )

They have been taking care of my windows for years. Every time someone breaks into my car, I come here and they do fast work. They do Tltemporary windows just so you can have a window until they fix it. Their prices are great and friendly staff.

Trust trust trust me.. do not go there they rip you off. They dont do the work properly my glass was leaking and they blamed it on my car. It was fine when it went in. They refuse to do any repairs on it and Im out hundreds of dollars!

I came here earlier today after my drivers side window got broken into and my stuff got stolen. It was already stressful as it is to deal with a broken window and glass everywhere but when I came to Star Auto Glass the owner made me feel great. Horrible customer service, understaffed and plain rude. The window was 300$ over 100$ higher then other local quotes was forced to use because of weekend and time. Was told to come at noon and then called back for 4 pm reschedule as my appointment was filled? Currently waiting at 5:36 w out car. On top of the horrible scheduling the one person working older fellow was eating and said I have to take my lunch as I waited for him to finish eating. I would drive with a broken window for a week in the rain before giving this place another penny. Anything but here would be better priced and customer service.

Great tinting service with SunTek film. I have brand new Lexus CT200H, it has lots of small window, but they charge me same price as regular car. This place is doing great job with honesty. I really satisfied with service and reasonable price. I strongly recommend it. Thank you.Ed

Never, EVER have your windshield replaced her Customer service is the worst!!! My Lexus still sounds like Im in a wind tunnel and the owner claimsthats the way the car is made. Really?...and my windshield still leaks and he gave me the same excuse. Been back 5 times and all he did was add glue to the exterior of the window... If you thought about this place get it out of your mind!

Took my K5 there to get tints all around. Tints started peeling after a month. Went back to have them fix it and realized my windows were colored in on places where they inaccurately cut the tint. I’ll go back to have it fixed once more.

Be careful with this company. I had my car window replaced there and their work is okay. What I don’t like about this company was that they change their quoted price once I got there. So if you go there make sure you ask them if the quote over the phone is the out the door price.

We went to get our back glass fixed got one price of 250 then changed to 387 because the part was hard to find.. we payed because we needed our back window...and today we go back because the part that holds the glass flew off at in the freeway and we tell him is reply was you guys hit someting for it to fall off like how is that possible we were driving and he says he cant do nothing like really

Has big sign in front “Window Tinting Special” I called they, they said no we are not having a special today. I asked “but isnt there a big sign in front of your shop says “Window Tinting Special” They said yes but we busy today maybe some other day and hung up..

Excellent!Since this place was close to where I live, so I gave it a shot to get tinted windows on my 2009 Camry (I have a new baby and wanted to some protection from the summer sun). Fred, the manager I talked to, was polite and cordial, and most importantly, very knowledgable about different types of tinting. He showed me the large inventory of windows they had in stock, and I was able to see the differences right there.When I picked up the car, it looked fantastic. Im a stickler for detail, and noticed that there were no gaps at the edge of the new tinted windows-- it was a perfect fit. Professionally done and seemless!Fantastic and quick serviceGreat peopleProfessional jobI recommend!

Told us theyd be done in an hour, we came back an hour later and they had just started. They also charge 8% to use Credit cards. They also didnt clean all the broken glass and put the panel in the car back incorrectly. We had to fix it upon arriving home. Overall it was fixed but I might try somewhere else next time.

I had spoken to this guy about a transmission for 2002 Honda Insight.I told him how I have been stranded for several months in the bay area and I needed to get home.(homeless, BTW) He told me he had one and he would sell it to me for 250 dollars, and that he would hold it for me. Well, I went all the way to Hayward, and I get there, and not only did he try to tell me he didnt talk to me about a transmission, he tried to sell me a electrical system that had nothing to do with a transmission. I got disgusted, and told him I did not need that part, so he said, Oh, I sold the transmission already for 800. When I tried to walk away, he just kept talking. I wanted to punch him in the freaking face. He is an imbecile, a liar, and caused me a huge inconvenience. I am pissed.

I went with my dad to get the glass replaced on the driver door of one of our cars. The guy sold us a new glass and when we went to check how it was going we noticed that the glass he was installing was scratched and used. When my father brought it to his attention be got aggresive and shoved my dad saying he didnt know what he was talking about and an argument happend right after between the both of them. When if was time for us to take the car home we noticed that the panel wasnt secured right there where rivets missing. Overall really crappy experience DO NOT GO THERE.

The man who is installing glass now was kind enough to let me owe him a balance of $42.had the windshield in stock I just walked in an hour before closing and they are close to finished.so far so good! Thank you STAR GLASS⚡️⚡️

Always helpful and professional work

I work for a Toyota dealer, in the parts department. The person who has ordred parts from us for this shop (which uses the name Hayward Auto Glass, in our DMS system) called in to place an order with our parts department. he was quoted to, and agreed upon, a price. We made the delivery, the following day, as promised, with the correct part. Upon our drivers arrival, he called in and argued that he was supposed to get a larger discount because the flyer said so. I explained to him that if he had an issue with pricing, upon which he agreed upon, before we placed an order, he would have to take it up the with department manger, who was absent that day. I explained that his options were to: pay the agreed upon price, and call the manger the next day to discuss his issue, or : refuse delivery of the part.Several minutes after hanging up the phone, I called our delivery driver to ask what had transpired. he informed me that the person I spoke with on the phone went back to him and said I approved him short-paying the invoice, which is an utter and complete bold-faced lie.We have since deleted this shops account out of our system, and called to inform him that we will require pre-payment on any orders he places with us.Be careful, this shop is shady

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to repair Front Windshield he gave me appointment and price of $135. Once my daughter arrived he stated he had a better glass than the $135 he said $145 for the other we are in a budget so daughter stated no thats fine she will do the $135 then he started yelling and said he did not have the $135 Glass window hes wife seem to be afraid of him just kepr repeating what he was saying in regards to Winshield. So at this point I mom called and he was yelling did not understand half of what he was saying due to a Language Barrier.My Daughter walked out Did not want to deal with this Supposeably Business Man!!! Hes nothing but a scammer!!! Very Unprofessional!!HIow do u schedule appointment and u dont have the Glass Window!!! Really you repair Windshields!!! Scammer!!! Its cheaper than anywhere else but not worth it.He seen my young Daughter and tried to take advantage of the whole window situation!!! Jerk

I already wrote this on yelp/yellow pages but they do NOT deserve a high star rating so here is my review.Please STAY AWAY from this place. They are a scamming no good company that will not honor what they say over the phone.The TLDR version of my review:I was promised a different brand tint and they installed the cheap brand. It took 6hours to finish the tint job and they only gave me a 1 year warranty.Full length review:I was shopping around for auto tint and Fred had the cheapest price around and were available right away. I was quoted $180 for the entire car which is the front and rear windows on my new dodge dart 2014 sxt sedan. When I arrived to the shop he said that it really costs $280 for his Suntek branded tint. He then goes on to tell me that the other tint he has available is $150 total but it will bubble and fade and purple in less than a year.When I was about to leave because the price was ridiculous for tint, he caved in and said he’ll install the SunTek tint for me for $180 with 35% in the front and 5% in the back. He said he’ll call me when the tint is ready in about 4 hours.5 hours passed by and he didn’t call me so I had to call him. He answered saying the car was ready without even apologizing that he didn’t call me back when he finished. When I arrived, I noticed right away that the front tint was 50% visibility which means it looks like there is NO TINT at all in the front and I specifically said I wanted 35% visibility. He argued with me that this is what I asked for and after I threatened to call the police was when he finally responded to fixing his mistake.Note that the cheap no brand tint only comes in both 5% and 50% tint which is what is installed on my car.He goes on to tell me that he’ll finish working on all the other cars in the garage until he is ready to work on mine which will take another 3 hours. At this point I was done with Fred’s shenanigans and argued that I was here at 9:30 and my car should be done first before all these other customers.In the end I waited and watched them install the tint IN THE SUN. They didn’t even pull the garage cars out to install my tint. I am sure they installed the exact same tint all over again and switched the box to to Suntek while I wasn’t paying attention because the tint didn’t get any darker.I was done wasting half of my day here so when he told me there was no warranty and refused to give me the Suntek warranty registration card because “We only have 1 piece of paper and it’s only a sample”.Please please please STAY AWAY FROM FRED and Star Auto Glass. Do not give them the business they do not deserve with their scamming ways.
