These guys suck. We purchased a custom garage door from them and it looks nice but does not function well. Every Time it opens or closes it violently shakes. We have had them out several times to fix the problem but it has only gotten worse. Recently the door is not functioning and we called them to come out and fix the problem and they will not come out sooner than 9 days. I told them they built the custom door and it is not functioning but they said 9 days is the best they can do. Further the minimum service charge is $349 after we spent $5K on custom door that is 2.5 years old. Dont believe there adds they are not reputable.

Andrew was on time, professional, and communicative throughout the installation. He worked hard and efficiently. I highly recommend RW Garage Doors.There was a small defect in one of the panels. Andrew made note of it, the office followed up, and the replacement panel installed within the week. This is a wonderfully reputable company.

These guys installed our garage several years ago. I called for support when a spring broke and the door stopped operating. They were able to make an appointment that very day. Mike the technician was competent and professional, and my garage is working again.

Poor to non-existent communications is the best thing I can say about these folks. I spent 6 months waiting on what was supposed to be a four-week order. Then, after being assured that theyd get it right the second time around, waited another almost three months. In the meantime getting no call-backs and irregular email responses... After threatening legal action, I finally got a call back from their GM, Jake, who while apologetic couldnt do much. Hopefully my experience was a fluke and yours will be better. On the plus side, when pressed, they did issue a full refund of my deposit.

We had our new Garage Door installed by RW Garage Doors last week, and we are very happy with the end product. As with everything during Covid, it took a while to get after we ordered it, but the experience with Corey, the salesman Dennis, and the installation team, even the front office was professional. We went back and forth a couple times as we decided what we wanted and Dennis & Corey were helpful to dial in the price vs. product we needed. The door came the week it was promised, and the install team did a great job. What a difference the quiet opener & door make!!! It looks great, it is very quiet, and we really like the insulated door with the windows that makes the garage so much lighter inside when the door is closed. We even changed our mind last minute on the hardware, and Corey & his team took care of it very quickly. Thanks for a great job RW Garage!

I normally dont do reviews!, but in this situation I feel compelled to do a review on RW garage doors. I would like to start off with, the garage door Technicians are very friendly and very knowledgeable. But most of they pay attention to the smallest details . My experience with them is ideal for anyone. I ordered a custom made glass garage door for my patio. It Transform my patio in to a very beautiful place to sit back and relax and I am able to look out from my patio in see my backyard. I will highly recommend them for any Garage door applications. 😁🥳

When I shut the garage door by pressing the button installed on the wall, it kept on popping up. However, it shut perfectly by the remote control.M. Dermont came over checking and adjusting everything. Eventually he ruled out all possible issues but the wiring. He replaced the wire and problem was fixed. Very engineering way to solve problem.

I decided to replace my garage door because of gaps. I went to the store and asked a couple of times if the door would be sealed. When they came to do the measuring, again I said multiple times that I needed the door to be sealed because of rodents. In all interactions, the they said that I shouldnt worry about that, even after they saw that the floor isnt leveled.They came to install the door and, to my surprise, there were big gaps below the door. The work sheet had no mention of my request.After I complained, they came back and installed some extra rubber to deal with the issue. The rubber doesnt fix the gap, gets a little stuck while the door is closing, and makes the door not close fully. I imagine Ill have problems with it soon.DO NOT RECOMMEND. Expensive and bad service.

Terrible customer service. Installer was over programmed. Botched install. When door was stuck open they could come and repair in 4 days! Unacceptable to leave my house open for 4 days. They do not answer their phone. Now it is stuck shut and I cannot get my car out and cannot get through to them. Used them because I felt Costco would only use a reputable company. Very disappointed and would not recommend them. Use a local company not these people.

Update on fleecing: RW agreed to re-start the project with an Ogee profile Im happy with, for an extra $1,000... The doors turned out nice. Lesson learned: be mindful and precise about details and expectations.Fleeced by RW Garage Doors -- who assured me they could replicate a pair of carriage doors for our Victorian. They started the project before sending me final specs, which didnt match, and when I tried to back out they wanted to charge me 1/2 (about $3K) of project value. So Im stuck with $6K doors that Im not really happy with...

First, the service of this company is bad. I had a lot trouble when installing the garage door. They messed up with the color and we had to go through a lot of trouble to change it. I already wrote a review about this right after finishing the project a couple months ago.Now. the quality of the garage door is also bad. Just several months after the installation with very light usage, the system starts showing some system error saying sensor is obstructed and error code xxx, although there is nothing in between. When I called this company, they says that sensor is not covered in the warranty and we have to pay 130$ charge to fix the senor. It is ridiculous that something is broken within a year, and there is no coverage of the entire system.So both the service and product are very bad. I dont know how they are contracted with COSTCO. Dont get tricked and assuming they have the same good service and product as COSTCO because it is COSTCO contractor.

Micheal came on time to replace the garage broken spring. Service is excellent, straightforward and repairman is knowledgeable. He also program our cars to work with the garage opener. Our garage door sounds wonderful

The whole process from choosing the doors to ordering it and the installation has been a wonderful experience. The staff was pleasant and the installer came on time and did a beautiful job. RW Garage Door is awesome. Id recommend who needs garage doors to do business with them. We had issue with sizing of one of the doors, which Brett Martinez worked with us to resolve. I was provided several choices at different price ranges. Throughout the selection process with Brett, I felt that he put our preference and budget as top priority. The technician, Eric, who came to install the doors were efficient and courteous. Last but not least, the pricing was great, they beat out several competitors, including Costco.

They gave me a time frame and followed up with a message 15 minutes before arrival...at the beginning of the window.Ed was very professional and quick. When he didn’t have an unusual part in his truck, he called another staff member who brought it quickly. Their rep was very professional and competent and I’d definitely recommend them.

We signed up at Alameda county home & garden show. Deal was great. Then went to showroom to decide on color and style. A few weeks later, RW called and said doors are ready. Then Travis is the technician to come on Saturday to install. I am amazed how he did all by himself in about 5 hours. I am a detailed person and I am very happy about doors and installation quality. This by far the best home improvement project we have done, by RW garage doors.
