I had a terrible experience and would never hire Chipman again, nor United who supports such operation. These guys caused damage to my property and belongings. They lost boxes by leaving them unattended in the City. Their movers were ethically questionable and tried to get more tip money because the member of the crew we paid nicely never shared nor informed his crew of the generous tip we provided. It was an absolute nightmare of the utmost!

Worst move possible! We recently relocated with Chipman Relocations from California to Texas. The move took them ten days, the last day possible of our delivery estimate when they initially said it should just take a couple of days. All people involved on their side were very slow to respond when they did respond at all. We worked with Dale, Darma, and Jesus.Finally when we did receive our items, they damaged our just renovated home as well as many of our items. They put a ten inch scratch in our new hard wood floors, damaged moulding and walls, and broke many items which were moved with them. But worst of all they half assembled our childrens cribs. We did not find out they had done this until we put our one year old into the crib and he fell through! We were just lucky our son was not seriously injured.I would strongly advise making another choice when choosing a moving company.

Their guys were very fast and efficient and they are an exemplary team with their packing strategies. Totally pro and nice guys as well. Couldnt have asked for more. I wasnt that exhausted since they did most of the job.

They are well-organized and perfectly planned every specific move, right after I did my booked they simply made it fast and I commend them for being so seamless and accomplished all the transportation without creating a mess and any scratches on my furnitures. This company deserves to be trusted.

My dishonest apartment managers, during my two week relocation due to asbestos removal from my apartment, got in cahoots with Chipman. They tried to hide the fact they had my stuff, refused to show them to me, even after being provided with court paperwork to obligate them to do so.When I got my stuff back, cockroaches are coming out of the boxes and boxes are missing.If you want a headache and dishonest movers, that is what you will get.
