Really yummy, and great selection of a lot of ingredients Im used to seeing in Europe, but are hard to find most places around Helena. The sandwich was a smidge small for a meal to fill me up, wish I had a better idea of the size with fillings before paying so I could have gotten a meal deal with some Sun Chips or something like that. Whoever served me was super helpful however, and had a fantastic attitude, and helped me build a very yummy sandwich! Wish I could give 4.5 stars, but I couldnt bring myself to give 5, just because I drove 10 miles into town to get something unique for lunch, and got back home still needing a small snack. I did however want to give my feedback and say overall very nice to have the option, and that your food is great. I will be back! 🙂👍

Nice place. Bagels made in house. Toasted and prepared to order with espresso type coffee to go with the bagels. Went back the next day to get some bagels to go. Good experience.

Always a favorite weekend stop for the fam! Warm drinks, bagels + cream cheese gives us all a boost of happiness for brunch. Staff is always friendly and quick. The varieties of bagels to try keep us coming back.

Fantastic 🥪 on a 🥯. Got and 3 today and they were fantastic. The egg was prepared perfectly amd the peper jack bagel that top notch. This was my first visit here and I will definitely be back.

The lady working the counter, alone, on a Sunday, was amazing.The management that scheduled a single person to work on a Sunday morning for an hour before backup arrives, is not.

Good food, Just that Jessica lady that takes your order can be kind rude and unprofessional.

The bagels are always great, however they barely make enough of each kind to even get one of each flavor most of the time. The time spent waiting is often unreasonable as well.

A little pricey but good food

This is the only place to get a great bagel in Helena. They are always willing to get you what you want and get you on your way. I love th bagel breakfast sandwiches and the seating is really nice. The staff are friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. Its a great place to grab a quick breakfast on the run or sit down with friends or co-workers. They also have a pick and choose what you want side that you can bring a large back back to the office for your buddies. They aim the please and you wont be disappointed if you are the area stop in.

Hard to find, the sign is not lighted and the light at the window is out. In the dark this place is invisible. The bagels are good. They have an iced tea behind the counter that is quite good. The prices are in line with the quality.

The food is good but they often toast the bagel when I ask for untoasted. The workers are nice but the quality of food service could be better

Very friendly staff. Smells wonderful in here. Plus the have really good breakfast. Coffee is excellent. And whilst you eat you can do Laundry. This busy mom really like that. 😊

Open early. Great bagels (usuallyvery fresh), good coffee and a nice place to hang out with friends as you do your chores at the laundromat next door. I mean, whats not to like about this?

Great bagels! They dont like when you put specifics on coffee, but they comply none the less. They are friendly, & serve with a smile....you cant beat that!

It would really do the business some good to hire more customer service oriented employees.. The quality service is hit or miss.. some of their employees are great, others not so much... it takes awhile to get quality service and food. We love the atmosphere and the food but, really disappointed in the customer service weve received lately..

I moved here from Chicago, 30 years ago, and consider the Bagel Companys boiled bagels to be as good as anything I left behind.The staff is always cheerful, and whatever bagel and schmear you choose is easily the best in the state.September 2017 Update - First cold rainy day if the season and The Bagel Co. lives up to the hype. Crunchy shell, soft chewy bread guts and delicious Garlic Chive cream cheese. Amazing.

Not impressed. For $8 you can get a turkey bagel with one slice of turkey and a thinly sliced tomato. Not worth the stop.

Bagel co makes the best bagels in town. They also roast their own coffee. Come before 7:30 for the Early Bird special.

This place has great breakfast sandwiches, and they are very quick.

Need more staff. Had to wait almost 10 minutes before even giving my order, as staff left the counter to fill a previous order. Staff does not look clean; therefore I worry about my food being clean. They should wear hair coverings and gloves and do something to themselves so they dont look so tired and harried.

Coffee and laundry. Very good combo.

Bagels are okay tasting but prices are bit high. It would be nice if they added more seasoning or flavor to everything on the menu, very bland and uninspiring, #sad.
