I love the store and the employees are nice and as helpful as they can be. That being said, they almost never have PC parts in stock but have boxes on shelves which causes confusion. Stood in line for 25 minutes one day just to be told they dont actually have the item in stock yet. Thats more of a corporate problem.

Dont sell them anything if they offer you store credit, theyll make up an excuse so you cant get the cash you were expecting instead. Was told they stopped giving out cash cause covid and the sweat getting into the cash or whatever, but I could get the cash at later time, called up and got told Store credit cannot be turned into cashTL:DR. Was told I could transfer my store credit to cash for selling my old phone, then later found it out to be a lie.

They dont have a PlayStation 4 console how can you be a gaming store without a console

I purchased an Xbox One controller from the Gamestop website and picked it up at the store the in Helena yesterday. At the time of this posting, curbside store pickup was the only option available (other than delivery). In-store shopping was not allowed which was a bummer only because I would have liked to see if there were any other color options in stock. Attempting to find that out through the website proved to be a bit of a headache.That being said, the staff was great. Helpful and very friendly.

Went to do a pick up using my debit card only to be told they do no accept debit only credit or giftcards on 4-29-2020 at 7:49PM. I know they take debit as I purchesed my xbox one x, astro a50s and elite geb 2 controller with this same card. Absolutely rediculous.

Wont be shopping at gamestop anymore thats for sure. I Paid $40 for hunt showdown, a new game that just came out on the 18th (today is the 22nd), I play the game and hate it, and I ask to trade it towards another game THE NEXT DAY.Now, I wasnt expecting to get my whole $40 but i was not expecting them to say we can give you $12 towards another game I am speechles .Guess thats what I get for buying new retail.

This is one of the worst and most unprofessional game stops I’ve been to. The female manager is rude and kinda an airhead, how she got the job I have no idea but geez come on! Being an adult is over rated is what she told me, so she probably just hasn’t grown up. Now I have to drive to another GameStop to do my trade ins. Good job manager 👎

I asked to buy Atomic points for Fallout 76. The guy at the store went and got me some xbox points ( I didnt realize he grabbed me x-box points, nor did he ask which consol. I realize we were both at fault. I tried to ask for an exchange, Gamestop in Helena, MT would not exchange. I contacted Microsoft, they wouldnt help me and said it was point of sale at Gamestop and theyre responsible for the transaction. I contacted Gamestop again. Still no Help. So I paid 40$ there for nothing, basically.

Gamestop. A store where a wife can buy a new release for 60$, then when you try to return it with receipt for store credit they offer you 25$Go to Wal-Mart. They accept returns. Gamestop is going to rip you off.
