I went to Wayne Miller coins last week and they did not have time to help me. I Im in a wheelchair so I dont walk but a few steps. Explain my situation to them and they said theyd meet me in the parking garage. They just forgot to mention which day. I have quite a few things I was certain that Wayne would be interested in.

Sold some gold there they have some nice coins and will buy silver too.

Over half of the merchandise was still on the floor, most of the cases were empty looks like they opened last week. Dont mean to be mean I love my coins.

I was looking to buy some silver for an investment. I really wanted the something with potential to go up but wasnt looking for some rare piece that could be worth a whole lot more or not depending on when it came time to find a buyer.I walked in to Wayne Miller Coins with some cash in my pocket and Wayne greeted me. He asked what I was looking for and I said ounces of silver. He grabbed a container of Buffalo Rounds and said These are the best buy in silver. He said it in such a way that I was sold.I bought my rounds and that left happy. Wayne had a presence that said he knows his stuff. Im happy to business with that type of person.

I never felt like I get a fair price for my gold

Mr miller has been great to me.he has shared his experiance and he even gave me a copy of his book on morgans.He recognized a novis and has helped me every step of the way. He would get 5 stars if he gave me a free peace dollar😊

Wayne Miller is a legend in the coin business! He helped me get my start in coins nearly 40 years ago and I am still a regular customer to this day. Wayne is extremely knowledgeable about coins and also very generous to local charities and the surrounding community. Wayne Miller is a fair and reliable coin dealer. We have done business with him since the 70s. He always gives the best current prices and buys back with no problems or hassle. You would be wise to deal with him. Yes, his shop is a little messy but I bet you 100 to 1 he knows exactly where everything is! We will continue to trust and do business with him as long as hes in business!!

Me and my fiance went in dressed up for an event and sold Wayne an ounce of silver, in and out no problem. We come back three weeks later in our casual clothes with 2 more ounces of silver and he told us that we needed to be 21 or older to sell him silver. Looks like you gotta be in uniform if you want any help here.

As inept with organization as he is with customer service. Seems to be more interested in the computer than his in store customers. Plain rude. I have been buying my precious metals and supplies online and will continue to do so. Will not step foot in Wayne Miller’s Coins again.

This is the most customer unfriendly coin place I have ever been to. And I have been to quite a few. They act like you are intruding on whatever they are doing. I am sure if you have $100 bills hanging out of your pockets you might demand more serious attention. But for the average Joe coin buyer, you would be better served to look elsewhere. I can only assume that their main business is internet transactions and estate purchases. They do have a huge inventory but I get treated better elsewhere.

Mr. Miller is a VERY unprofessional and rude person to deal with. Went into the store with my friend to conduct business on some Canadian coinage and were told by Wayne to make an offer. After over 3 hrs in the store, we selected well over 100 coins and made an offer on the majority of them, which were in G-VG grades. We were told that we had pissed him off and he wouldnt even make a counter offer, and he never even looked at the selection! The second group of the coins selected were of better grades and we werent even given the chance to make an offer....Wayne took the box from my friend and told us that we had wasted our time. We had selected some paper money as well and when we asked if we could buy the bills from him, he replied with Are you going to offer me 1/10th of face value or something?I guess Mr. Miller has made enough money that he doesnt value his customers at this point. We simply made an offer that was what we believed to be fair while allowing us to add to our collections and/or sell some of the coins at modest profits. DO NOT expect to go into his shop and expect to be able to get a deal. We will not go back there and in the mean time, we spent over $1000 at other businesses in Helena and are happy with the local pawn shops we stopped at :)

I have always had good luck with Waynes coins. whenever we visit Helena I always stop and pick something up

Fair and interesting

I read other reviews before i went to see this gentleman. That being said, I was expecting the worst. He was indeed barefoot, and the place was in array, however he was very kind and gave me a great price on the coins I brought in.

Wayne Miller Coins, and Mr Wayne Miller will give you an honest and fair value for gold and silver coins. He earned my trust when I brought a sample of my parents coin accumulation in for him to evaluate. Later I learned from friends, that Mr. Miller is one of the nations leading authorities on the Morgan Dollar. I am humbled to have had the opportunity do do business with this man.

My fiance said he went in there, he was wearing NO shoes, eating while talking, and didnt EVEN look at the coins he brought in, SNATCHED them, out of his hand didnt even look and said NO value ans tossed them on the counter!! Wayne miller coins is a complete and total mess. First thing you see when you walk in the door is stuff everywhere on the ground, on the counter, etc it is very hard to walk around and not step on anything and they dont even bother to clean it up. Secondly when I first walked in there I was not even greeted and couldnt figure out what was and wasnt for sale. And last the employees dont even have shoes on I mean what kind boss allows there employees to not have to wear shoes. So in conclusion you should NOT visit this place.
