The store is big with a lot of selection. I appreciated the availability of the salesperson without them being “pushy.” It did seem like most things were priced higher than similar furniture at other stores in town.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been a customer for many years. Our home has about 90% furnished from Homecrafters. Recently bought an adjustable platform for our bed. It has helped both my wife and I get the deep sleep we need. Thanks for being a hometown store that cares!

I went to Homecrafters to look at king beds. Upon entering, an older, unenthusiastic woman told me there was only one king bed frame available and that it was very high-end....as if it might be above my price range. The wrought iron frame left much to be desired, as did the selection in the rest of the store. Even if the frame was utter perfection, I was so put off by her attitude that I would never give her my business. I walked out and promptly dropped 6k elsewhere.

To visit Homecrafters was a pleasant experience for me. They have a great selection of Bedroom, Living-room Dining and Bedroom furniture.They also have quiet a few mattresses you can test in their showroom. In the clearance section you can get good deals on some pieces as well.The staff was friendly and didn´t try to convince me to buy something I didn´t want.Over all I highly recommend Homecrafters in Helena. My wife & I went in there just to see the new store & what was available. We had done some purchases from the old location. Even though we told one of the ladies what we were doing, she continued to follow us around the store talking away as we looked. During this time she complained about family members that worked there. We have no idea why she was doing this and were so turned off that we left and decided we wouldnt be back. Its a shame because we found exactly what we wanted for a new living room set in our small house.

Very happy with this purchase. Two chairs had to be ordered and they arrived in half the expected time.

I have superior follow up service. I had a couple minor electrical issues, they sent a repairman out the same day, and even had new replacement parts in stock.

Great experience. The salesman didn’t pressure us but helped us find the perfect set for our house.

This is a family-owned business that has been around for a long long time. What an incredible reputation they have and what incredible people to work with

They get 1 star because I arrived there at 5:50 and they were already locking the doors even though they close at 6. Most people dont even get off till about 5.
