Went in needing 8 bags of pool salt. Was told the Bozeman store had over forty bags on hand and that they would have some sent over, asked me to leave a number so they could call when they got in.Long story short, it never happened. Chlorinated the pool with shock all summer long.Ill find it online next year.

I came into Mountain Hot Tub unsure of what to expect, I was helped by Aliah who was extremely helpful & knowledgeable, she helped me to decide the best fit for my living arrangements & what best suited my family. I would absolutely go back to her for future questions & would recommend her to anyone looking to get a new tub!

We have been waiting for our sauna to be fixed for two years! This is ridiculous. We want to sell it now but can’t until it is fixed. We have never had a completely functioning sauna. Huge buyer’s remorse. Wish we had went somewhere else or not even bought the sauna!

Upon purchasing a new hot tub was informed that it could not be set up where our older spa that was removed, due to the spot not being ready for the NEW tub and that the crew would return to make ready and place the new tub. This did not happen and the warranty ran out. We were forced to hire a different crew to set up our still unused spa, which had been stored SAFELY UNDER COVER only to discover a fault in the spa and it was unusable, leaving us with junk that was no longer under warranty and would cost as much to fix as we had spent when purchasing the tub. A guarantee that we will NOT be recommending or purchasing from this company again.

Worst experience ever i have been waiting months to get my tub fixed and a new filter and so far nothing has been done and the staff are clueless and cant seam to ever show up and if you call them thay act dumb and give excuses. Poor Quality spa continued to fail part after part had to be replaced and the last part they ordered didnt fit, flow rate is very low and have gotten the run-around trying to get it resolved this whole year. I want a refund or a different brand!

Since we bought our hot tub a year ago the after-purchase service has been nothing short of phenomenal! Every time we have to get supplies or have a question about our chemical use, the staff, especially Bob Robinson, has been very friendly and knowledgeable. They have all been ready and willing to offer both advice and product to help us balance our chlorine use issues.Zach came to our house today for a service call and although we have always found him to be courteous, fast, and very helpful, today he went above and beyond - identified an issue with the filter system that we didnt even realize we had - our filter was running over 10 hours a day and Zach adjusted correctly to the hour and a half that it needed to run. This will save us money both in chemicals and our electric bill. We would recommend Mountain Hot Tub to anyone and evreyone!!

I purchased my hot tub a few years ago, and the service department has been fabulous. I reported a leak, and in 48 hours Zach was at my house fixing it. He was fast, courteous, went over a few issues with me and made sure everything was up and running. Service after the sale is a huge deal to me, and this group gets it. Five Stars.

We just want to say that today we got our Hot Tub delivered. Mountain Hot Springs was on top of notifying us prior to them showing up, multiple times. The guys that showed up to install including the crane operator were Awesome, very efficient and new what they were doing! I have been with limited mobility as of late with back and hip issues so they were kind enough to briefly finish the area we had set up for the Hot Tub prior to setting the tub down. My wife was there with them and they were great with her as well. They gave her pertinent information regarding the Tub ongoing as they were performing the install. We are still working with Mountain Hot Springs to get the wiring taken care of but even that is going great. Overall very happy with Mountain Hot Springs, Helena and Highly Recommend them. I had several issues with the heater in the hot tub and the Helena staff and manager Ben worked very hard to resolve the issues. Both recommended a cheaper solution to start with rather than replacing the heater itself. After that didnt work, the heater was replaced and the issues were resolved in a very efficient manner. I will continue to give my business to them and highly recommend Mountain Hot Tub for the quality of their products and especially their service.

Mountain Hot Tub is the place to go for any hot tub, sauna, or even endless pool needs. Eric has been helping my husband and I since August of 2017. We leisurely walked in to look at hot tubs and found the endless pool. Eric was a very big help in our purchases. He answered questions and did research to find answers to some of our tougher questions. Since August we have purchased a sauna and an Endless pool. The word unprofessional does not even begin to describe this business. I purchased a new hot tub to replace my old one. The new hot tub arrives without the business doing a sight inspection first. They quickly realize they dont have the equipment to perform the removal of the old tub from the back of my house.They reschedule for another day. That day arrives. Mountain hot tub calls and said the removal equipment was not available. They reschedule. I advise them they will be out of town on the Friday they want to do the removal and install. They tell me thats fine, I dont need to be present. I have a voicemail for that Friday afternoon advising me the old tub has been removed and taken back to their business location. Sunday evening I return home from my business trip to discover my old tub sitting in the street in front of my house and my neighbors not happy. I have photographic proof of this. Absolutely awful service and completely unprofessional. Buyer beware.

Today the guys from Mountain Hot Tub installed a new HotSprings Spa in my home. It was a very difficult install in that three full size windows required removal and the extraction of the old spa was very problematic, given its weight and size. The old spa was 80 square and was built into the house into a 85 space specifically built for that spa. The NEW SPA was 84 square..... thats right only 1 to spare. The guys from Mountain Hot Tub expertly put the new spa through the opening made by the removal of the three windows and set it down in the same builtin space. THATS RIGHT84 X 84. They said it would fit and it did!!!IN A 85 SPACE .... NOT AN EASY FEAT! We purchased a Freeflow Azure from Mountain hot tub and after working out some kinks, we love it! The initial install left something to be desired as it seemed to me that the filter was not functioning properly. So, I made a service call to have the systems checked out and for another quick tutorial on chemicals and general tub maintenance. Patrick, the service technician was outstanding and provided great customer service, with a smile--very informative! He went through all the systems and found the filter system was incorrectly installed and as such was not functioning. Thanks Patrick.

Zach came over within minutes to assess the problem and drain the tub, and return to fix it with a new part a few days later. He was professional and friendly during a really stressful time! Bought our first Hot Spot hot tub. Was leaning into ordering on line, then decided to just go into Mountain Hot Tub and take a look. Very grateful I did, not doing so wouldve been a big mistake. Being able to sit in the hot tubs made it much easier make the right choice. Thank God I did, theres things you just dont think about, and Karli was a great help. Delivery was a bit late but setup was smooth. Chord did a great job with the final setup and explaining the details for operation. This Hot Spot tub is great, honestly, anything less wouldve left me disappointed...so glad I went into the store.

Just had our new HotSpring spa with the ACE chlorine-free sanitizing system delivered and setup by Mountain Hot Tub. Its a beautiful spa and the soft water is wonderful to soak in. Eric and Carley are a pleasure to deal with in the store and Patrick and Cord were excellent on delivery and setup. We are looking forward to many years of soaking in our new tub!
