This is THE place to get your hot tub when buying. The service was exceptional when we bought and has only exceeded our expectations since. The options available can suit any taste and the employees aim to make the customer happy. We had a small leak and the guys were out quick and fixing the problem in no time without issues andimpeccable fast service. They also have hot tub accessories anyone should definitely check out and stocking stuffers for Christmas if youre feeling in the mood for substantial amazing smelling salts to help you or loved ones relax in the hot tub or for the shower and bath. I havent been disappointed yet and dont predict I will be any time soon.

I recently moved a spa from our old residence to our new home. All went well, but our electrician mixed the wires up during the hookup. The spa wold ‘t work. We are a ways out of town and the industry is slammed as we come out of the Covid pandemic. So getting someone out to properly wire up the spa was improbable. I’m a smart guy, but 240 volts is a bit out of my wheelhouse. Trevor S. in Helena carefully and patiently walked me through rearranging the power hookup so I could get it right. Trevor knows all about whatever I need with my spa. From chemicals to programs. I have a new spa. It has been amazing. I can sit in it for ten minutes or an hour. Great for unlocking my cramped muscles. I have an amore Bay. The six pack jets are my favorite seat. Though the typhoon jet is great also. Great to be out soaking under the stars!

We purchased our hot tub over 10 years ago. We have always had great customer service and timely service. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about maintenance and repair of hot tubs. the hot tub itself has had little maintenance required over the years. I would not go to any other retailer.

These guys were great. I was a little disappointed at first when Trevor called saying he wouldn’t be able to deliver because he had a guy call in sick and they were short staffed but he managed to work something out and got the tub installed for me that day anyway! Above and beyond. Dom stayed longer than they quoted they would to help me with some last minute preparations and to get the tub going which I REALLY appreciated. Then I called to have them get a cover holder for my tub and Trevor got me an appointment for just a couple days later and they had it installed before they said they would and gave me deal on it too! Talk about service. These guys are AWESOME!!

Good product line with the Dimension One spa line. Trevor is the manager and he tries really hard to get you exactly what you want in a spa. This is a good place to shop for quality spas at reasonable prices.

Trevor and Partick were so helpful! They managed to find a jet pump for a 25 year old hot tub! Instead of just telling me to take my old hot tub to the dump they listened and got the old baby purring like it was new! Customer service 10/10 went well above expectations!!
