I purchased my vehicle about 4yrs ago from this location & have always taken advantage of the discounted services. I have always felt like my vehicle and I are always taken care of whenever I would bring it in for a service. I’m the past taking my car in for an oil change was always something I’d dread; due to the fact that I knew just how long it was going to take. Todays experience was one for the books, I initially expected my usual $8 oil change but was surprised to see a $40 bill. After the price difference was explained to me, the cashier Diane went above and beyond to make sure that I walked out the service department happier than I had come in. I will definitely be returning back to this location for all my servicing needs! Her customer service level was superb! I absolutely love it there!
After having a horrible experience at town and country I came here and was treated amazing from the phone call to ask about a vehicle to the end of my purchase . During a shortage where every dealer is taking advantage by over charging they did the right thing and gave me a amazing deal . Shawn M is a class act and the best salesman I ever had . Im sad and upset at the same time, I just bought a jeep cherokee trailhawk 2021 on july, was very happy because I drove a compass for 3 years with no issues, but now I have to take my cherokee to the dealer because I didnt feel safe driving a vehicle with 2900 miles woth an engine light on and the engine malfunctioning already!!!!!!! . I will post an updated when they fix the car, Im paying rental because there a waiting list to loan a car, at the mean time im paying a rental for two week plua the payment of a lease plus insurance im not using right. Totally unacceptable for a brand new car.

Worst dealership in ny. Brought in my ram on 8/11 for a air suspension problem. Call the dealership a week after they had my truck and they tell me your truck has no been looked at yet. Two and a half weeks after I drop the car off finally someone calls me and says yes your air suspension is leaking and we need to do $2600 of warranty to work to fix the issue. I tell him go ahead and fix it because it’s under warranty. I get the truck back 6.5 week after I drop it off and now the air suspension on the drivers side is leaning very bad and they tell me we can not do anything until the end of October. Unacceptable when they just had my truck for over a month and a half and all u did was make it worse then it was when it first came in. Then once the truck is almost complete they tell me I need over 1000 dollars worth of fluids to be changed (transmission, Differential, brakes fluid and transfer case.) I call my normal Mechanic and he said he has called this service department and asked them do your really do all these services and the service guy response was “no we don’t” so the service writer basically tried to make me pay 1000 dollars for service they were never going to do just to get money back on the warranty work they did on my truck. Worst customer service I have ever seen will never come back and highly recommended anyone who sees this do the same. If you need parts tho the manager Kenny is the man to go to because he cares about his customer unlike the rest of the dealership who just wants you money. Scam dealership stay or you they will just rob you of your money

I dont know how to start but I can say this I came by to sell off my vehicle and got attended by Chris. Went in today to have my fuel pump relay replaced from a recall. When checking in the technician told me that I would have to leave my car overnight. When I made the initial appointment I was told the service would take an hour. After talking with the cashier and explaining the situation, she jumped right into action. She went and spoke to a technician that got the job done in less than two hours for me. If she had not done that I would have to wait till December to get the service done and have a Rent-A-Car for the day. I want to thank the cashier at Garden City jeep for helping me avoid the long delay. She even gave me water and snacks!

After 5 months, 3 replacement radio units, countless wasted days without a car, unreturned calls, parts not ordered when told they were, a totally useless service rep named Tommy, a service manger named Brian who only once I was able to speak with in all the months I tried, a useless unknown who actually cancelled my PAID Sirius subscription which led me to over 4 hours attempting to get that resolved through Sirius, I finally have my car back working. Overall this dealership has the most uncaring employees. No communication what so ever and so many liesI MUST point out the one and only shining star in this dealership, DIANE. Not even being her job, she is a cashier, she took it upon herself to help me all she could. She made calls to find out what was going on. She called me with updates and is the ONLY person who I knew cared. She went way beyond for me. If she was the service manager this place would run like a fine tuned engine, unlike the clunker it really is. She really cares.Run from this place…run fast. If you accidentally trip and end up here, I’m so so sorry.

When you walk into a dealership especially this last year with all the confusion in the auto sales market you feel a little vulnerable to make the deal. I walked in knowing the used vehicle and the deal I needed to meet my budget. The entire team from start to finish were incredibly professional, personable and responsive. And I dont care what others say, Eric Ramos is the best. He kept in contact the entire time, managed my trade-in value, examined the vehicle with me, did all the paperwork, and I even saw him personally touch-up the paint to make it perfect for me at pick-up. Somewhere in the middle of sitting with him, we made the deal. Exactly what I asked for. I really cannot tell you what happened but I left with the Jeep Trailhawk and the deal I asked for. I recommend Garden City Jeep and Eric but I dont recommend their waiting room coffee. Bring your own coffee and bring Eric one from me. I will be back for all my service needs as well.

So I purchased my 2014 Jeep from these guys and have been taking my vehicle back to them for service whenever I needed something done. I never questioned their honesty, because I always had a warranty and didn’t think anything of it. Well I had work done this year and seem like something similar was happening so I took it back. Well the work I needed done they tell me is not covered, wants to charge me $2750. I’ tell my advisor I’m not gonna get the work done and would like to come back and pick my car up. This was Friday, November 13, 2020. My advisor asks if I could come back on Monday to pick up my car, because they have to put my car back together. I’m like okay, but why y’all take it apart . Anyways I go to pick up my car on Monday and the car was a mess and things were stolen out of it. The mechanic just left my car in the street walked away and when I got up to the car that’s when I noticed things thrown all over in my car. And there were scratches on my vehicle. So you mean to tell me that all the years I been bringing my car to you guys, the first time I decide to not get work done, my car gets broken into. And I had to file a police report. The police asks to see the video camera and the service manager tells him sometimes the camera works sometimes they don’t. And tells me they are not responsible take it up with my insurance. When asked where are the signs that say you are not responsible my advisor told my daughter it’s on a paper that you sign. Neither was I told this nor did I sign any paper. Now I have to take these guys to court. Unacceptable!

Traveled from Indiana to New York to pick up a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership on May 3, 2021. I am very happy with the vehicle itself. My issue is I was assured the dealership would take care of the plates, title and registration. I paid for the Registration during the purchasing process. I was given a paper tag set to expire June 2, 2021. I STILL have not received my license plate/registration or proof that the registration has taken place as of today June 17, 2021. I feel I have been given the run around by the salesman and the dealership itself. My family cannot drive our vehicle legally due to the dealership not upholding their responsibility!

This place is the worst. 3 weeks ago, I was there for 5 hours for an oil change. Then they told me that they were going to change the way they service customers. By allowing them to make appointments. So I made an appointment to change the oil on my other car. The appointment was for 11:00am. I got there at 10:45am. And they told me that it would take about an hour. Which is reasonable. But it’s 12:45pm. And I’m still waiting for my car. For an oil change. Really! I’m so disappointed with this place. That when I buy another car. I won’t even consider this dealer. I never want anything to do with this place. Terrible.

My service airbag light came on out of nowhere, called a few closer dealerships to my house and they had no appointments earlier then late August. I called Garden City Dodge and they had me in next day. I met with service writer Kevin Chang and he walked me through all the steps thoroughly! My car is currently being serviced so I can not comment on that just yet but the whole getting in part has been a gem so far...heres to hoping the next part goes as well! Keeping fingers crossed!!!

I recently got a certified pre-owned here. My salesperson was just ok but the finance guy, Eddie, was great! He was not pushy but he explained everything thoroughly and with a common sense approach. A pleasant experience! I had to bring the car today to have something checked. Upon arriving and having an appointment for weeks, I was told that I should be prepared to leave the car for a possible 2 weeks before it can be looked at as the service department is running very behind. Well that is just ridiculous. When the service employee Ronda heard this she did everything in her power to right the situation and she, along with Parker provided wonderful help. They were able to get my car in and scanned and updates were done which may likely have fixed the problems! This dealership isn’t perfect but it does have its gems!

I am giving a poor review here. I never thought I would ever do it, but this has nothing to do with my purchase experience.I bought a pre-owned vehicle late last year. My sales experience was solid, but everything I have dealt with since has been a nightmare. I was convinced to purchase an extra $3000 warranty that was supposed to protect my vehicle. About a month ago I had the car break down at work. I had it towed in and could not get a loaner vehicle. I went 4 days with no car. It was the battery, which was the wrong battery for the car they sold me. They did not check this prior to selling it and it cost almost $400, not covered.I also found the Oil pan bolt was damaged and I could not remove with tradition tool to get an oil change done.Today I called to let them know I needed the car looked at because due to my check engine light being on. I would need a loaner car. I was told there is nothing that can be done until the end of October. The car should be fine as long as the light is not blinking. This was the advice given by the person on the phone for their service Dept.I actually bought here on the advice of someone who loves the dealership. I have not had the positive experience personally. A shame...
Very good place to get a car. They work with you to get you approved. Unfortunately I had a car loan open that I couldnt finalize a deal. I been asking for my deposit back and its been a week. My sales man Jermaine said he had to locate my folder then take it upstairs. I guess he is still looking for my folder.

Absolutely horrible services, my wife bought her 2021Jeep Compass in November of 2020 and had to bring it in 3 times due to transmission problems! There is only 7k miles on it. We have the same problem and won’t take car because they can’t give us a loaner until November 28th!! The car just shuts off at any given time and it jerks in traffic. This has been the worse service I’ve ever received and I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to purchase a vehicle here, let alone get service done. It would be at least a 2 month wait just to be back later for the same problem.

The absolute worst dealership I have ever done business with. I would NEVER do business here again. My first issue was when I purchased my Durango a few months ago I shouldve recognized then and brought the car somewhere else. At the time of purchase I noticed that there was a nail in my tire I told the sales associate bc it was late he said they would change the tire out in the coming days. I agreed the sale and process was smooth. Once I drove the car off of the lot he NEVER called. Not ONCE I CALLED A WEEK STRAIGHT LEFT COUNTLESS MESSAGES AND NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. My sales associate was Chris. Long story short that was resolved weeks later and my car was at dodge for a week, just to change out one tire. Now onto todays issue. I get in my truck this am and the digital screen goes haywire, jumping from screen to screen I call to make an appointment to get it serviced asap bc who drives there car around without navigation, phone, or radio and the lady tells me I will need to wait weeks to get my car service and they have no loaner cars until December. Then she goes on to tell me that I cannot just skip the line ahead of other customers. Other customers are not my problem this company is poorly staffed and very unorganized from what I can see. customer cars are sitting being unserviced for weeks at a time. Horrible service buyers BEWARE!
Eric Ramos was the best sales rep I have have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Eric went above and beyond for what I was asking for. He came back with several different options that I hadn’t even been thinking about. I’ve bought 3 cars from here and leased 1 since 2012. Just picked up my 4th car from Garden City Jeep today, and nothing but speedy and efficient service. But out of all the times i’ve been in here, this was my best experience. Youri Cassange took care of us fast, easy without any issues. Even price negotiation was painless. I hate all waiting there is in a dealership after you decide on what you want- typical paperwork etc etc, But Youri Cassange changed all that. i was out of here within an hour with all paperwork done, and happy with the car i was getting. Good guy.

Diane McCrae is a cashier at Garden City Jeep. I went through a very poor experience with this dealership the entire summer. When things were at their worst she stepped up and resolved all my issues. She is an asset and I’m hoping this improves her salary. If she’s going to step into other roles to help customers, she should be appropriately compensated! Thank you Diane!!!
This dealership is miserable. I recognize I am the minority because most of the customers walked out with their deal and a new vehicle.****BUYER BEWARE. MY 2020 Rams transmission failed at 9k miles. I have never in my entire life been treated so disrespectfully and like I didnt matter by a business. Theyve had my truck for 5 weeks and it still has yet to be touched. Corporate is utterly useless and treats you like a burden. Complete bullys. So yes, the odds of going through what I have is slim, but consider how youll be treated in the event of an issue. We all work hard for our money, and this is the response Ive gotten for going with them for my new vehicle. Do not buy from them. They are worthy of nobodys business. ******
Diane and Ahlyah were very helpful this morning. They took their time to try to help me. After a few very frustrating weeks of having issues with my car the they were the voice of reason. They took time to explain the issues that the dealership is having. I understand these are extraordinary times due to shortages COVID. After waiting a month for an appointment to fix my car I was told that it would take several days before I got it back. All I needed was for someone communicate this to me when I first made the appointment a month ago.Thank you Diane and Ahlyad for taking the time to listen to me and help me expidite the next appointment.
Abdullah was a great help, he constantly called and checked up on me regarding my 2021 Dodge Charger. He had all the answers to the questions I had, and was extremely helpful. Very professional, and he made sure I got exactly what I wanted, without any hassles. The whole transition went extremely smooth and I will definitely be recommending him and sending business his way. This was by far the easiest and smoothest car deal I have ever made. I just purchased a 2018 Grand Cherokee from Youri Chassagne. It has been the best experience. I wasnt sure what I was looking for as I never owned a jeep. I had a major issue with a recall however Diane from customer service resolved my anxiety and frustration with her knowledge and professionalism.The issue was a vehicle recall for a fuel pump relay.The part was Not in Stock with no status available .Diane worked with the parts department and Chrysler to not only resolve the issue but did it professionally and handled my anguish kindly.Diane is an asset to Garden City Jeep.Thanks very much
