Worst customer service ever. Ordered the wrong thing so I used the virtual chat to ask if I could cancel the order and put in the correct order, in which they said yes. I now have both orders shipped and they refuse to cancel the incorrect one and I have to pay for return shipping. I will be sending both orders back and taking my business elsewhere, I recommend you do the same! Don’t let them waste your time and money like they did mine!

Although what was sent arrived as planned and stated it was in fact the wrong item. Not what I ordered. The customer service department claims its a valid substitute due to the item that was actually ordered not being in stock as their website shows. Im told the item I paid for and still want wont be available until October. Not a great experience.

When I was looking to buy grill lights for my pov it should him in the video using 2 LED grill lights which most common companys sell grill lights in a PAIR! not singles so when I got my package only one LED smh for $49! So I called there little company to ask about this im guessing the owner or who ever said we dont sell in pairs only singles and was rude about it I told him you need to state it on the website singles only dont shop here there are other places that sell in pairs

I ordered a second set of runninboard lights because the first set shorted out and the company wouldnt honor their warranty.The second set I ordered the switch went bad,I called the company they sent one tat was used and has the same problem as the first.I told them two less didnt work on the se one set,they told me to open the casing aamd replied tjem,them, ordered a 32 inch slim micro light nar,bar, email me and say its back ordered,then sent a 27 inch that some how the screws came put pf ot,When it comes to quality and service this is not the company ro buy fromBuyer beware.Garcia Doores

I’ve ordered quite a few different lights from this company. Most of the the lights I have ordered are surface/grille mount lights. I have an unruly amount of Flex Series surface mount lights, a 33 inch Razor Extreme light bar, a 43 inch Razor Extreme light bar, ten Spear hideaways, two Flex200 bars, a Flex600 bar and two Flex800 “warning bars.” (I used 8 modules from a Flex 800 on a different company’s interior light bar)The Flex Series surface mounts are really bright during the day and blinding at night. They have a great selection of flash patterns too — whether you have solid color or split color lights. The light bar is plenty bright as well.I have ten Flex12’s, twelve Flex6’s and two Flex4’s. Out of twelve Flex6 lights four have retained moisture and 3 have malfunctioned. The ones that took on moisture I took apart and resealed myself. As for the malfunctioning lights, LED Outfitters was quick to send me new lights with labels to send the defective ones back. I haven’t had any issues with the Flex12’s malfunctioning but a few of them have taken on moisture as usual. The Flex4’s took on moisture as well but again, I resealed them and they work fine. Out of ten hideaways 4 were swapped out for malfunctioning issues. They would either not sync at all or I wouldn’t be able to change flash patterns...even with a “unit reset.” No issues with any of the warning bar modules or the light bars*—and I’m hoping I don’t have any.* I should mention that out of everybody that has posted reviews about having modules go out on their light bars, I have not had one go out on either of mine. The 43” light bar goes through the car wash at least once a week, it’s in the rain, and I run it on average about 3 to 5 hours a day, five days a week. No issues.(updated 10/13/2020)I now own 3 pair of the micro 6 grille lights(red, amber, white), 2 pair of red Element6’s two pair of red/white Element6’s and one pair of white Element6’s. The micro grille lights are so much brighter than I expected. I have NO sync issues or moisture issues. I highly recommend trying the micro grille lights. You won’t be disappointed. As for the Element6 surface mounts, they’re extremely bright (great for tinted windows) but the sync options are horrible. There’s maybe 4 patterns (out of 19 or so) that they actually stay synced on. My biggest issue—with any company—is syncability. For as much as LED Outfitters is selling their products, there should be NO issues with any of them.Overall I’m content with my purchases. Customer service is very vague and not 100% helpful. I don’t know that I will continue to buy from LED Outfitters. The price of their products just doesn’t match the quality of their products.

Ordered a light bar 2 months ago. At time of order the website said it was in stock. 3 days later I get an email saying it is now backordered!!! Still waiting!! Everytime i have asked for an update the staff are very rude. Taking my business elsewhere!!

Ordered close to $400 worth of lights for one of our trucks. Did not unbox until about 3 months after ordering as the truck they were for had not yet arrived. One of the surface mounts we ordered malfunctioned straight out of the box. After contacting LED Outfitters (never could reach them by phone, only via their chat feature), they wanted me to send the unit back on my dime rather than sending me a replacement unit because too much time had elapsed since ordering even though it was just opened. We will not be using them again

I purchased a light from LED Outfitters for about $100 and it’s done me well for the almost 2 years I’ve had it. Never had an issue. I recently rolled my p/u truck 2/3 times with this bar on top and to my surprise, the light stayed intact. There’s many scratches on the top but the light still works and has minimal damage. Definitely very pleased with the light.

Heed the negative reviews on this page. Ordered a 33 inch light bar almost 2 months ago, four weeks went by with no update on status so I called and canceled the order. I was told I would get a cancellation email within five days... I got the email only to find that it was a SHIPPING confirmation and not a CANCELLATION confirmation. I called and informed them of this, I was instructed to refuse the package at delivery. I did this, its been an additional three weeks, still have not heard anything. Call today to confirm that the package arrived and to inquire about the delays on my refund. As stated in the other reviews, it took forever for someone to answer the phone. Upon FINALLY picking up the phone the guy on the other end was very short and rude stating that he would have to check with his warehouse guy and that he would call me back shortly. Thirty minutes go by and I do not get a call back so I do the honors and call back up there... With a more aggressive demeanor than what was previously experienced before, he then rudely exclaimed that his warehouse guy isnt answering the phone as he was trying to cut off our conversation.. I still have not received a refund for products that I did not want. Product was returned in a much more timely manner than that of which it was delivered... At this point its nothing more than a fraudulent charge on my bank account as I have not received goods for my payment. Will be contacting my bank to report the fraudulent activity and to extricate the funds from LED Outfitters back into my account.

While the product was exactly what we were looking for, their customer service was very poor. I would definitely look for other lighting options. When we called to check on the status of our order, they were rude and we kept getting excuses as to why our order had not shipped yet. We do not recommend them.

I ordered a visor light bar from LED Outfitters, they were on point with my order. I had my light bar within the same week that I ordered it. I never even had to organize the lighting pattern. I ordered it thinking 1 side would be white and 1 side being red, nope, when I got it and plugged it in it was ready to go. I would highly recommend this business for your vehicle lighting. I definitely will be a return customer.

If I could give this company a no star rating I would. I purchased a 48 Enforcer light bar around Aug. 2018. When I had it professionally installed 3 days later a couple of modules were half working. Called and was advised I could not return it, but they would send me new modules. Modules came and I had to install myself and pay for the postage to return. Why?! Long Story short I have several modules go out since then, I have asked for explanation, but no answers other than we will ship me replacements. Yes had to pay for the postage back. Now I have 11 out 22 modules out. I have asked several time for a resolution I.E. replace the defective light bar. No response other than now I owe them more money, because they charged my card 3 times, and I disputed. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Ohio, and New York. Not sure how their website has all positive reviews when Google reviews tells a different story. BUYER BEWARE!!! Dont business with this company. I will post an update once I hear back from the Better Business Bureau.

They sent me a light bar I didnt order. Claimed it was the up dated version. Its the element model. I paid almost 600$ for this light bar and have had nothing but burned out light after light. Too many to count. So far they have sent me replacements but for a light I didnt order and for that price these lights shouldnt be going out all the time. This last time it took me 3 emails before they finally acknowledged my email. I posted reviews on their sight but they wont post them. They told me the light has a 5 yr warranty. What happens after 5 yrs ? I have to throw the light out?Ive asked if I could return or exchange it or is there something I could do to help prevent the problem but no repliesI should have looked on better business bureau site before ordering.It would be a nice light it I could keep the modules from going out all the time.

Ive ordered 2 lights from this company, the first light was a roof light and Ive had to contact them repeatedly due to a module failing, instead of servicing the light they just keep sending replacement modules. Then I decided to buy a dash light. After 1 yr a module failed on it. After contacting them they advised I had to mail it to them for repair. I paid for shipping and mailed it back to them. Its been almost 2 months and I have not recieved it back, I emailed them to inquire about the status and they never responded to my email. Stay away from this company

This is the worst place Ive ever done business with. The customer service reps screamed at me because I asked to exchange my lights because they lied and said they were waterproof and I had all of them go out multiple times. He only wanted to up sell me by another $700 and when i said that was unreasonable he screamed and said he didnt have time for this. It was crazy. I dont do this but man. These people deserve the worst.

BEWARE!!! We purchased an led light bar almost a year ago for $700! The very First week in service several modules (leds) started burning out. We contacted costumer service and they sent replacements. This exact same thing occurred over and over and over. Fast forward 8 months. OVER 20 modules have burned out. The time and labor it has taken to replace these is costly and ridiculous. Ive contacted sales/customer several times requesting an upgrade/replacement just to get ignored. Its hard to believe in this day and age people are taken advantage of and ripped off by companies like this. If youve experienced the same with them please blast them every where and on their Facebook page. Make people aware. Dont waste your time or money with this sub par company!

This company will try their best to rip you off, you will have to fight them through the court like I did, to get refunded for a product they shipped incorrectly, was shipped back, they claimed damage, the package insured, they refused to allow FED EX to inspect the damaged package to pay the claim, refused to refund my deceased firefighter sons money, as he started the fight before he was killed, I took on the fight all the way to their local court, and they still refused to pay after a court judgement, I had to request the assistance from their local Sheriff dept. to threaten them with further prosecution to finally get my sons money. This company is as dishonest as they come, avoid at all possibility ! If you drive to their location you will not find them from their address.

I just went to this place to see if they can fix my crystal ceiling light. From the outside it looked small but once I went inside I was surprised at their huge selections of really nice lights.

Their store extend to upper floor as well, so dont be fool by the outside. This place got some really beautiful crystals lights as well as some Tiffany style lamps that caught my interest.

Bought visor lights for my vehicle. They send universal brackets for your vehicle, but even with those, it didnt fit well. I have a retired newer police vehicle, so they should have brackets to fit. Also, when the visor light are mounted, they are close to the windshield in order to reduce glare. The problem is that they dont give you any rubber trim pieces, so when you go over bumps, you hear the metal hitting the windshield. When i asked them about those two things, the told me u have to modify the brackets to fit since they were universal, and never responded to the rubber molding piece. Other retailers will give you a piece like this so that you wont have the banging and the lights are similarly priced. If you buy this, you need to make your own.

Trash company, trash customer service, trash product.Stay away. Purchased 8 different products over a 1 month span. 6 of them have failed with in the first 2 months of use. I got the runaround for a few weeks regarding warranty, then finally ignored all together. Ended up throwing some of the product in the trash, the other more expensive stuff I returned to them and never got a response or refund even though the package included tracking and receipt was verified. Ended up having to dispute charges with bank to get refund. Stick with the big boys like Soundoff and Whelen.

FYI If you end up returning an item chances are the entire refund process will take a while. I returned my items because they did not fit my car and the refund took about two weeks to get processed. Not worth it, they charge a lot for shipping specially for Jersey people and take forever to deliver. A fellow firefighter and friend of mine is having issues getting his money back at the moment. After he ordered his lights about three weeks ago now, he called customer service and he was told the lights were in back order and they refuse to issue a refund. Again, not worth your time because you will waste time if you end up making a return!

You get what you pay for. Cheap products at cheap prices. Had a led module fail after 6 months and they wouldnt even talk to me on the phone and ignored my emails. The New York BBB gives them a F rating. Even eBay posts a warning about them.

I was highly debating placing an order with them after reading the horror stories. But the prices seemed good. I guess I should have taken everyones warning. Ordered a TIR dash light and they shipped me a Linear model. Shipping receipt even says TIR. You would think one who deals in lights would know the difference between the lens optics. WILL Never do business with these fools again.
