Navis Freeport transported my goods from Florida to NYC damaging some important items. Aside from the fact that it took them almost two months to deliver my goods, their attitude was arrogant and nonchalant. They were rude and combative. They still haven’t paid for the repairs or replacement of the items they damaged. I would never recommend them to anyone. Beware of them!

My experience with Navis Pack & Ship was exceptional. I had Art pieces that where of high value that needed to be shipped to California and when I say that the service from the very first phone call to my items being delivered was so amazing. They took their time to package every item with care they were very professional, my Art work got to me in perfect condition. I will be using Navis Pack & Ship again.
