Randomly decided to stop here and this will definitely be my water place from now on. The owners daughter Tamar was there to help us that day and she was so cool and friendly and helped us with everything we needed. This will be where I get my water from now on instead of constantly buying gallon jugs or using a monthly delivery service. They have lots of cute drinking containers and different sizes of jugs as well.

Came to get water randomly at this place on my way to my daughters class, and I am beyond happy for making that decision! I cant begin to explain how amazing the customer service was! The owner treats you like family, not like a customer! My 18 year old son is special needs and was with me when I came to fill up our water gallons. He was treated with so much kindness and love! That is not usually the case when we are anywhere in general. I was given a sample of Oxygen water too! I thought the owner was joking about it -but he wasnt. He explained all the benefits of oxygen water, plus I really like how light it was compared to regular filtered water. Needless to say, I came out with 10 gallons of Oxygen water vs the filtered water I had originally went to get. I can confidently say I have never had such an experience at a water store ever! I plan to save my water gallons from now on for my drives to my daughters class so I can get water from this place instead of the one nearest my house. Aside from the EXCEPTIONAL customer service, the place was spotless and roomy👍👍

Very friendly. You can see what your getting. Very clean store. Jugs are cleaned before refilling. Also donates to st. Judes.choldrwn hospital. Highly recommend this place.

Careful dont park in front of this store, the owner will personally come out to confront you to see if your going to his EMPTY business, I suggest to get bottled water somewhere thats actually friendly.

We get our alkaline water at Alpha Water all the time. We get two 5 gallon bottles for 15 dollars which is a good price for alkaline water. The owner is awesome

Absolutely hands down the best water in town not to mention the cleanest store Ive been in. The owner is fantastic, super nice and treats you like family. I live on the other side of town but come here once a week to get my water. I recommend the Oxygen water.

The gentleman always willing to help, even when he was hurt on his arm. Over the closure he tried to give us free water. But we told him that we were working from home.

My family & I love this place! Friendly owner, very family like feel. He paired up with St Jude’s and gives free water bottles to the kids and will fill up their bottles for free. I forgot to pay one time (because we had chatted one time & I got distracted) and he kindly reminded me when I returned. I love family owned businesses like this!

R/O, filtered water is 6 PPM. That is cleaner than your bottled water you drink. I havent checked the Alkaline, I asked he told me its made with fish eggs and frogs..funny guy, but I need to know how its made.

I’d give 0 stars if i could.Don’t buy from here, this owner harasses handicap people who can’t even walk over a parking spot, he had 0 customers and just because I was in his spot he harrasssd me, he had no customers, no one else parked there and all i was trying to do was get out of the sun that too much exposure to makes me go into anaphylactic shock! He didn’t even care, he then calls the police on me over it!I would strongly recommend a boycott! His demeanor was not necessary!

Best water store in town

Went today for the first time and Im definitely a returning customer. Ive been going to the standalone water dispensers outside of stores but after not only the taste of the water, but the kindness of the gentleman working there this morning, Im coming here for the foreseeable future.

I love coming in here! Jack is great to talk to, the water is the highest quality, and he has both alkaline and r/o for some of the cheapest prices in town. No reason to go anywhere else!
