Just went through these guys to get a car!! After time after time and trouble to get a approval on a car. I was greatly able to purchase a vehicle with auto max. Acceptable low down payments and great service on the vehicle and not only I was approved they gave the upmost best costumer service ever since day one when I called and asked about a vehicle. Even the process of understanding the documents and everything was A-1 yes it’s boring but I knew stuff about the vehicle I’ve never known before after going over everything. I called the repair line because I had no idea what to do or where to go and Jerry was amazing in getting a tow truck to pick up my vehicle and carry it to the shop. Come to find out the transmission was gone, so Jerry made arrangements for my car to be transported to a transmission shop to be fixed. I got my car back 10/26/21 and could not be happier with how everything went and all the help Jerry gave me. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone and when time to get that 2nd vehicle I will definitely be going here for it.

I needed a car quick because my previous car died. I worked with Victor over the phone days prior to coming to Automax. When I arrived he had the vehicle up front and ready for a test drive. Also, he had all the necessary paperwork printed and ready for me to sign. I did the test drive and the 2003 Chrysler Town & Country drove smoothly. It was extremely clean and the leather was not cracked or damaged. The Automax warranty is awesome as well. They include up to six oil changes per year for the life of the loan at one of their preferred repair shops and they include GAP insurance as well. Victor and Matt had me in and out in no time! Great guys to work with and great cars as well.

Auto max is a fantastic place to get your car. I was approved in 30 minutes thanks to Victor and the staff was polite and very respectful. I’ll definitely be buying a car from these guys again. I highly recommend them!!

This was the best experience I ever received. I went to the car dealership knowing I need to leave with a car but not just any car. The perfect car. I told Matt what I wanted and he gave me many options and then finally picked out the best car for me. My midnight my baby I thank him 🥰 he’s the best. Matt didn’t rush nor pressure. He wanted to make sure it was the right car for me. Victor also for talking with me and even getting me to come to Henderson to purchase a car in the first place.

The salesman will say and do Anything to buy a car will be mid to you and tell you one thing and once you purchase it’s another...had a 2015 Ford Fusion hybrid and in less than a year the battery went bad just for them to tell me the warranty does not cover it and they know they said the warranty covers everything I needed up having to pay 300 extra that I don’t have but yet and still I pay my car payment faithfully this place is a joke. Just full of people who do none thing but lie to get you to buy a car. They will do enough work on the cars to get you to buy it and make you responsible for everything else

So I got my car from Automax in Henderson on 01/24/2021 and my car has been in the shop about 5 times since I’ve had it and it’s only been about 2 months. My car has cut off on me in the middle of me driving 3 times now, my car has reported that I have no gas in my car even when I fill up my tank, and all the lights come on my dashboard when the car cuts off in the middle of the road and still no solution. So no I do not recommend getting a car from this buy here pay here place, save your money and go else where because every time I’ve gone to pick up my car I’ll ask if the issue is resolved and they tell me it is. Tyler from automax hemderson was no help at all. 1/10 would not recommend.

From the front desk to my Salesman Jesus H, everything was top notch. All paperwork was clear and concise. With 1year/ 15K mile base warranty, Free oil changes from participating vendor and a cool staff.... You cant go wrong with AutoMax.
