I found the SUV that met my specific requirements applied for the loan and checked in with Enterprise on my break. Tiffany said Sierra was finishing up with a customer and would call me back within an hour. Sierra not only returned my call but sent an email, text and voice mail. Long story short I picked up my SUV after work . I highly recommend Enterprise for all your 🚗🚘🚔 buying needs.

We saw the two cars we were interest in online. Made an appointment and we had a new car in two hours! They have nice garages they bring the car to you. Let you take the car for a ride by yourself. Paperwork was done in 1/2 an hour and that included a loan. Vary nice people from salesman to manager, to finance girl.

We recently went back to Enterprise Car Sales, to get a newer car. This is our 12th car from them. Our sales person, Anthony Moyer, could not have been better, nicer, nor more professional.Every interaction we have had with Enterprise and every car from them, has been wonderful. If ANYTHING small is questionable with the new car, they stand up and correct it. The car we just got had two small nicks and a 2/3 inch crack in the windshield. THEY suggested it be replaced, Two days later the new windshield was replaced in our garage. At their expense.Years ago the alarm on a car I bought from them, went off the first night. They took it in and were going to rewire the whole car until they found the problem to be a bad mercury switch.Dont hesitate to work with them. They are wonderful to deal with.

There was a lack of follow through on my financing. I was approved with 3 lenders and each other has different approval conditions. I was truthful about everything and submitted my bank statements and more and more things that were asked over the course of several hours at the office. I finally left and did not hear back for days. On day 4 I finally text my Sales rep Brandon and asked why he did not follow through. He stated that the finance manager was out for several days??? They never gave me an exact answer whether or not I was approved on a $1000 down offer based on what paperwork I submitted. I told Brandon that I would go though my own bank to get a better rate and straight answer. And of course, he then follow through hoping to get a sale after they dropped the ball. I got approved through Navy Federal Credit Union and decided to go through another dealership. Overall, it was a poor follow through on my application. Had they shown some sincerity and consistency I would closed the deal with them.

Loved the car we got here. Yada was my salesman, and he was really helpful. Coming to enterprise is a lot easier than going to a regular dealership. They sit you down get all your info, and then go over what would work best for you. Now one thing I would say is that its very simple, and Yada made the process easier for me. Main thing is, when you go to any dealership to buy a car, just make sure you know exactly what you want and also make sure you are prepared just as much as them. The process of buying the car was smooth and easy and the salesman was good. However, I bought the car three weeks ago and it has been in the shop for 2.5 of those weeks. Looks like the statement on their website All Enterprise owned vehicles for sale include a certified used car pre-purchase inspection. To be Enterprise Certified, all of our vehicles must pass a rigorous used car pre-purchase inspection by an ASE-certified technician. If Enterprise owned vehicles fail any aspect of a pre-purchase inspection, they are not sent to our dealerships did not apply to this car.

Jocelyn was fantastic. if anyone is going to Enterprise Car Sales, they should definitely call her. I just can say enough how helpful she was.The only drawback is the management at Enterprise doesnt seem to know how to notify the manufacturer that the vehicle is no longer in there fleet. When I try to activate my truck with Ford Pass, it wont let me because it says it belongs to a fleet and so I cannot activate the remote start and other features that come with the truck. I have been now dealing with Ford Pass for the last 9 days and still waiting for a resolve to the issue.

Car sales was phenomenal! Easy, fast, and smooth. I give that 5. The only thing lacking was that I reached out to my salesman before they opened on February 13th about registering my car to no avail. I didn’t hear from them so I reached out again. Once I spoke with my salesman he assured me that he was emailing the representative that handles the DMV paperwork. It is 3 days later and I still haven’t heard back from the salesman, nor the DMV representative. I cannot register my car and my placard is expired so the only thing I need is direction and answers from them since DMV is backed up due to the pandemic. I will rate a 3 because this could have been settled by now and I wouldn’t be still waiting to register my had someone followed up with my request.

The whole car-buying experience went fine. I found a set of cars I wanted on Edmunds and started a conversation with one of the salesmen. Ultimately I found a car to buy using the Enterprise web site.The salesman Eric was very helpful and accommodating. It helped that he has a background in the hospitality industry. There were no cars I wanted to buy in my area and drove 2.5 hrs to the Enterprise location. Eric made the rest of the process easy. It helped that the car sales outfit is part of a larger corporate structure. There was no pressure you might expect from a non-corporate business. Also the price was a no negotiation price. I hate dickering with car dealers. The out-of-state transportation costs were included in the stated price so there were no hidden questions.

I told him to call me back in a couple of weeks, which he did. His follow up skills impeccable. I called him back on a Wednesday, told him what car Id like. He called me at 10am the next day, emailed me the application and pictures of a car and by lunch time, he got me approved! Best car buying experience Ive had! I truly thought I would be posting a 5* review when the buying process first began, but sadly, it turned into the same process as every other used car sales company out there. I wont bore you with the details, but I will simply say if you do choose to purchase a car here, make sure you read EVERYTHING and question if what you are reading is in fact what you are getting. They like to describe the vehicle one way and then call it a hiccup when it doesnt actually have the option listed (or they then claim its bad wording). Also, they do have a 7 day return policy (which is nice) but the finance guy neglects to point that out despite detailing every other document you are signing. I didnt return my vehicle because I do love it...I just wish it was 100% of what I wanted and not 66.

But the car I purchased was a great deal! I am happy with my purchase. The only complaint is, I wish there was more of a selection. The process was fast and simple. My wife and i had gone to enterprise car sales a few weeks back to see if we can qualify for a loan in order to purchase a vehicle. I had explained my situation to the Letter over the phone to ensure our time and theres would not be wasted. I was told to come on down and they were pretty sure they can put us in a vehicle.Well they werent able too which i understand because of our credit but what really disturbed me was that i was treated as if i was committing fraud or lying about who i am because i wasnt able to confirm some information that was to old for me to even remember. I felt so uncomfortable being asked am i sure i have my ssn correct or if i had the correct birthday down for myself. Basically being questioned as a criminal instead of a customer. So for that i think they were absolutely unprofessional. Anyway thanks to Queen Motorcars where fremont and boulder hwy meet i was able to be financed with a low down payment and reasonable monthly payments. Just goes to show you just because youre a well known company doesnt mean you have class.

Went in August 11. Looking for a new car. Ronnie walked out to greet us and off we went. Told him we had a trade in and a down payment and what we wanted our payments to be. I was in a car accident and the insurance totaled out my car. I didn’t want to get a new car and haggle and spend a whole day at a dealership. I decided to try enterprise after looking at the cars online and compared to CarMax. I decided on enterprise.My sales person was fabulous. No haggling or pressure. I viewed the cars in the lot and narrowed down my decision. Went back for test drive in 2 cars. The mileage was low and an affordable price. Love the car. This is my second purchase from Enterprise. I was treated very nicely with patience and respect. The sales person was very nice and helpful. I explained to my Sales person Dustin that I knew what I wanted and did not want anyone trying to sell me anything else. My wishes was granted and Dustn found the perfect vehicle for me and he was very patient in explaining the different great features in my vehicle. The manager also is a very nice patient person. This was a good experience.

The staff was awesome! Chad was available via phone for days before I even went into the dealership! He’d answer all my questions to ensure that when I did get there, everything would be smooth sailing..... and here’s the kicker - it was! I Was at the dealership maybe 2 and a half hours total but that was all choosing and test driving a car, paperwork signage and waiting for the insurance to fax over proof of coverage! I drove off the lot in my new car! I am still shocked at how easy the whole thing was!

Recently I bought the first car for my daughter. We needed a dependable and reasonable priced car within our budget of auto loan. Andrea was our sales person. With his great assistance, we were able to find the car of our preference. Since it was the first time for us to make an auto loan, we had many concerns and things we did not know. Went in right before Christmas to get an appraisal on my car. I was greeted by Chris Robinson sales associate at Enterprise. He had my vehicle appraised and showed me some cars that were available.I was satisfied with the appraisal and chose to purchase a low mileage 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. All the employees at Enterprise were great to work with for the completion of the paperwork to finalize the transaction.Chris Robinson made sure that I was satisfied during every step of the transaction. Any concerns or questions I had were promptly handled by Chris. I am a senior citizen and purchased many vehicles during my lifetime. I truly believe this transaction was the best ever. Just bought a car from this Enterprise. The whole process was easy and chill. The rep I worked with was Sasha. The first day I went I made it known I wasnt ready yet to buy a car. Sasha was very understanding and helpful and patient unlike my experiences with other dealerships. Then the day I was ready to buy, the whole process took 1-2 hours tops. And that includes time of me returning my rented car and also her goin out to refill the car I bought. But everyone at enterprise from Sasha to the chick that works at the front desk to the dude that explained the warranty packages were all really helpful and made things easy to understand.
