This is the only place you should buy a car from. We had the pleasure of working with Ms. Riley, Brad, George, and Hunter. Words probably couldnt describe how incredibly perfect and memorable this experience was. The entire team will work hard to find the best fit for you. Not to mention they do it in about a quarter of the time that any other dealership Ive been to has. The lifetime powertrain warranty (for vehicles up to 5 years old and under 80k miles)included by the owner is reason enough to buy here. Where can you buy a used vehicle with a lifetime warranty? My senior citizen mother who is also sick had an appointment for an oil change and state inspection. She was on time for the appointment. When after 2 hours she asked how much longer the service rep told her she had a brake light out. She asked how much was the light. Rep said $4.95. She told her to go ahead and replace it. Rep then said she needed to replace her wiper blades. Mom told her she had just replaced them within the last 6 months. Finally after 3.5 hrs of waiting the rep told her that my moms truck failed inspection because of an exhaust leak and presented her a bill of over $160 for the oil change and the bulb. On the bill she was charged $12 for the bulb and $65 labor to put it in. That’s literally less than a 10 minute job. Plus Vance county doesn’t have emissions requirements and if it did, the truck is over 20 years old and wouldn’t be subject to it anyway. Stay far away from this service department.
Went there to ask for help with display. Hunter helped figure out how to change settings and find gas mileage etc. He was very helpful. No charge but spent quite a bit of time. When I mentioned maybe I needed a tune up as gas mileage wasnt as good as it should be, he suggested I get fuel service instead. I will do that there because he was so nice.

This rating is for the entire company of Toyota: My wifes prius stopped working, we found out it had a recall which we were not informed of, her car has been in the shop at Henderson Toyota for over 2 weeks and I was just informed it could be another month until the needed part is in. My trouble with all of this is that Toyota will not provide a loaner car! We only have 2 cars in our household. My wife is in nursing school, we have a 1 y/o and a 4 y/o, now with only one car. How are we supposed to get around without a car, we cannot afford the rental car that was suggested to us. Thanks for nothing Toyota!
AVOID this place! I have never had such a unpleasant experience in my life. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder less than a month ago from Classic Toyota Henderson and it was probably one of the worse decisions I have ever made. The sales person (I believe her name was Myra) seems sweet but lied about the car being serviced which I didnt find out until 2 days after I purchased the vehicle and my engine light and tire pressure light popped on and my car would not take a full tank of gas. When I called and spoke with the sales manager, I was almost in disbelief of his rudeness. He raised his voice, spoke over me, called me a liar (even though he and his team lied to me), and hung up the phone on me. I had the car serviced already twice, paid hundreds of dollars and the issue is still not solved (have not even had the car a month). Hunter, the service tech was the only helpful person at Classic Toyota Henderson. Do not even waste your time and walk into this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Went there for service. Short on staff as others to be fair. But would never buy a car here. They stated couldnt bargain price because of covid. That Toyota was stopping production of models due to COVID-19. Bought 2021 Camry in Raleigh and 2021 Forerunner in Raleigh also and saved $5000. Employees seemed to careless about customer service.

I just recently bought a 2020 Toyota 4 runner. The problem is they tried to sham me on the price by charging me more than what they advertised on the internet. When I brought that to their attention the finance manager then changed the price. Also they had the mileage as 4483 miles. When I actually got in the truck the mileage was 7843. So now its been almost 30 days and I have called and called repeatedly to get a copy of my bill of sale and the car fax. Ive been asking for 3 weeks and the Finance manager keeps telling me he will mail it to me. Just yesterday I called again to get my paperwork and again the Finance Manager stated he would email it to me as soon as he gets off the phone. Its unbelievable how terrible the customer service is and the lies they tell. I will never go back there again and I would not recommend Classic Toyota of Henderson to anyone looking to buy a car. Overall they dont deserve 1 star.

Was interested in a truck I found online at Classic Toyota. After reading material on their website about actual cost, I wanted to understand what the exact out the door price would be before I drove an hour out to see the vehicle. My first question to them, is the truck still available, they say it is. Then I ask multiple times what the price would be, they would never tell me. Responses were slow. I decided to make the trip out to see the vehicle. Find the guy I had been emailing all day, he comes back and says they dont have vehicle. Oh, then after they tell me this, another guy finally responds to my email and tells me what the price would be. This place obviously doesnt have their act together, I wouldnt ever do business with this place after this experience.
We were quoted a price and talked to the internet sales manager before we went to test drive we agreed on the price but after test driving when we were ready to buy they raised the price on us. We were extremely disappointed!
Paid off my vehicle and put me in what I want even though I had 5-6 K in negative equity. Highly recommend them.
LIARS...... Service department ran terribly.. Mya told me my warranty would cover work needed, price totaled at $150. Some bald guy said $250 when I took the car, Later that day my total was $470.. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They will lie to you.
I go here as it’s convenient for an oil change/ car service. But since new ownership their customer service sucks. Dropped my car off last night for an early morning oil change in hope to get my car before noon on a Saturday. I received a call if I wanted a tire rotation at 8:15 appointment was 8am. Not once did I receive a call that my car was done. I called twice was sent to a voice mail, left a voicemail and I called back an hour later and was told it was done, finally. Poor service very poor on how to handle things.
I was very disappointed in that I let them know what vehicle that I was interested in. They brought out the key to that particular selection. We sat and waited almost an half hour. They came back later on and said that they were unable to find a bank to finance my choice. I told them that my bank would be able to give the money that I needed.They tried to sway my decision by bringing out another vehicle out of budget range, not to mention suggesting a 2021 Toyota Corolla which was too small for us. Upon trying to influence us to purchase another vehicle that we didnt want. We upon being frustrated, left and went home. Let customer get what they want especially if they have good credit, which we do.
This place is extremely over priced!!! My oil change (full synthetic), tire rotation, and alignment was $205!!!!! The alignment itself was $100. When reviewing my receipt I saw the labor I was charged $150.00 for. After calling around the Henderson/oxford area alignments in our area are no more than $65. Please do your homework before turning your vehicle over to these people. I only let them do my alignment because I was extremely pushed for time. But from now on I will only do an oil change with you. If I could give stars based on categories, I would give 5 STARS for courtesy, CLEANLINESS, and timely manner. I have no complaints in those depts. but the pricing... y’all need to review.
After finding a Tacoma on Autotrader, I reached out and talked with a salesperson, Adrian. Adrain seemed like he was fairly direct with pricing and was quick to have the offer I proposed approved. After clarifying what time that day I would come purchase the Tacoma, Aidran informed me that the GM would not honor the agreed upon price. Instead, if I still wanted to purchase the Tacoma, the price had increased by $2,800. One may be curious what the reasoning was? He claims it was due to limited supply. While I’m not an economist, I have a fair understanding of economics, and I feel safe to say that it was unlikely that the demand for Tacomas immediately rose to where it was worth the reputational risk by reneging their offer. I certainly understand times are strange given COVID, but to go back on a quote and then increase the price by 7.43% in under two hours is how dealerships earn their their distasteful reputations. I would not recommend working with Aidrain nor this dealership to anyone that is seriously looking for a vehicle.

Two very bad experiences with the service dept. The service managers lie about what the techs have done to your vehicle . The first time it wasn’t enough oil put in after an oil change and I drove it all the way to Oxford with low oil, had to bring it back the same day! My next bad experience was when they lied about putting air in my tires during a routine check after an oil change . My husband called service manager to discuss issue and left a message and no one returned his call. Is this good customer service? I don’t think so!!!!

I have always received good service from this dealer and take my Highlander there for all routine maintenance. Last week I went in for my regular scheduled maintenance and when I entered I saw a sign requiring masks. I felt somewhat safer knowing they cared for my safety. However after entering the waiting area there were several sales people and office workers without a mask. I kept my distance, but if they don’t care for it for themselves, then do it for the customers.
This place is the best!! I took my wife’s Toyota Camry and my Nissan Sentra here and received red carpet treatment!!! Not only did they tell me everything that was wrong with my wife’s car but gave me a great deal on tires for mine! Chad and his team serviced us with excellence and precision. Full communication all the way, straight to the point with details on every move. The timing to have the work done was on point as he promised! Definitely will be bringing our vehicles here for whatever we need done no matter what!!!! The pass few times i have came to service my vehicle here they have charged me for a service i did not ask for and verified i only wanted an oil change. On top of that they always try to sell me a service or part i don’t need or want. They told me i needed new tires twice now and since the first time they mentioned It i have put 8000 miles on the tires which they said i needed new ones of. Seems kinda funny to me wish i could give 0 stars
Love Henderson Toyota, always respectful and courteous. There was an error on my Service Bill and it was fixed immediately (NO FUSS). I waited for my car a few hours, but customer waiting room is comfortable and clean, so I didnt have an issue with it.
The staff were friendly, high spirited and helped out a lot explaining everything. Got to test drive the car and did all the paper work and drove home with the car in less then 2 hrs. Was absolutely impressed.

The customer service was good, which is usually the case. However, when the guys put the parts on my car to fix my seat, they left parts in my car and did not bother to take them out. Also, would you all PLEASE invest in getting someone to at least vaccum the car out as a courtesy because we the customers are keeping you all in business. Make us feel like you appreciate us!

Watch out!!, I purchased a vehicle from Henderson Toyota (classic Toyota) recently. I did not get the color I asked for and the car was just too small, I got pushed into it, so the next day I went back to exchange for bigger vehicle, waited a long time and never got help, came back the next day and they raised the price on the one I really wanted to the point I couldn’t get it, nobody wanted to help me, I was very unhappy with whole process, I got taken advantage of and pushed into the wrong vehicle for me, so beware of those people over there, they will decide what you get not you!!! Also once I got home and read the fine print they over charged me for insurance and made me get warranty for 3995.00 and the price of vehicle was above retail price, all I wanted was a vehicle with room but instead I am stuck with a small cramped vehicle. Just bad service all the way around

Courteous staff with safety measures in place to protect customers. My only concern was the price quote I was given when I scheduled my oil change was different from what I was actually charged when the service was completed.
Service was pretty quickly done. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes for a tire balancing, topping off fluids, and checking a recall that they dont have a remedy for yet.

I have been taking both my car and truck to Toyota of Henderson for years now. The service and staff have always been excellent UNTIL recently. The last 2 regular maintenance and oil changes have been a terrible experience. Not only has the customer service been HORRIBLE, there was also a mess left on the floors and when I picked up my truck the last time I couldn’t go faster than 50 mph without feeling like I might wreck from shaking and vibration. I was then charged nearly $75 to have whatever they did fixed and was told it was my fault.I’m not sure if this dealership has changed owners or managers, but they have lost me as a customer with 2 vehicles that went on a regular basis.
I went in for an oil change. Before turning my keys over to the service department, I placed some personal belongings into my glovebox and locked. Why can’t I ever just get a oil change and not get harassed with a $1200 list of other things they they “suggest.” They took my key, unlocked my glovebox, exposing my personal belongings. You don’t need to take a tire off to do an oil change. I’m no mechanic, but even I know that. I had a 7:30 appointment, I left out at 8:58 feeling violated. At least you guys could’ve wiped the oil from my dash. That’s my last time visiting Toyota of Henderson.

Absolute worst car buying experience of my life. I purchased a 2018 RAV4 from this dealership on 2/26. The vehicle was delivered to me, as i live about 4 hours away. I had secured financing through capital one, and when the car arrived i signed the contracts and thought everything was good to go. About 2 weeks later i get a call from the finance department at Henderson Toyota claiming that capital one decided to not fund my deal. So they ran my credit AGAIN, and then called shortly after and claimed that BB&T bank would be funding my new loan. I was Offered a lower interest rate and payment. So i drove 4 hours to the dealership to sign papers, because quite honestly i just Wanted this headache to be over. This morning i go To check my email, it’s an email from capital one congratulating me on my new auto loan, the loan that Henderson Toyota told me that was a no go. So now the deal is finalized and I’m stuck with a higher payment and interest rate (after signing 2 different contracts) All due to the complete and utter incompetence of the finance dept. I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE.

I went yesterday to purchase a car that I saw advertised online. I called the day before I went specifically to ask what additional fees they added to their vehicles at purchase. I was told “only a doc fee and 3% sales tax” I asked to make sure if that was it and they said yes. I drove an hour an a half to get there to first be told that even though the cars are advertised online at that price they aren’t the prices that the sell the cars at. What???? However they would honor it but cargurus.com is a third party so that’s not their prices. Then he tells me that there is an additional $1200 added on for “add ons from Toyota” that are on every car and an additional $274 title fee besides what I was told on the phone when I clearly asked. I said I didn’t want the add ons and was told that wasn’t an option. So they basically had me waste 4 hours of my day for nothing. These people are shady, I would not recommend going here. I went to another dealership and got the exact same car and mileage that I was looking at here WITHOUT the add ons that they told me I had to have and saved $1500.
These guys have given me great service to date. I will keep going back.This facility is 20 plus miles further than the local (Leith) dealership but they always do a great job and never come up with issues that slow down the process like the other guy.
Really didnt exude confidence in doing business with the manager here. The salesman we had was great, but it was the attitude of the manager that made us choose not to do business with them!!

After much research, and many visits to dealerships in several states, for the past 10months, I found the Tundra I wanted at Henderson Toyota in Henderson,NC. Being an out of town shopper, I traveled down. Decided this was the “one”. I agreed to the purchase price they were asking for and I decided to finance thru my personal credit union. Since I work in Washington DC, live in Richmond...I stated that i could place a deposit and bring a check back down 5 business days later. This did not go over well the Sales and Management team at Henderson Toyota. These folks were not happy☹️.I’ve done this before as a buyer. I got a tremendous amount of pushback from Sales Rep Karenza Shearer and Sales Manager Hunter Lundy. This was Aug27 and I figured out they wanted their money before the end of the month for their sales quotas. They did not come out and say this, but I figured it out as I sat at the dealership sales desk. This was a stressful and uncomfortable situation I was placed in. Not a good feeling at all! Karenza and Hunter, after consulting with their GM, said they could wait for me to bring the check down 5 days later.I went back to Richmond, and next day, got my Credit Union to fast track my funds to me....and I made a mad dash back down to Henderson, NC to get the truck. To make matters worse, I leave the dealership and head back up I85 with no 30day plate on the truck! Unreal! Uturn and back to the dealership I go. Jeez, what an experience.Hey folks, moral of this story is: Don’t Buy a Vehicle towards the end of the month and don’t get a Rookie Sales Rep when you visit any dealership!!!!I learned the hard way!!!-Michael
I traded my 2017 ford focus SE for a 2020 Toyota Corolla last month at the Toyota Henderson location in NC. They have not submitted the payoff for my previous loan on the ford focus. I have made many attempts to contact them. I have contacted the sales person that sold me the car multiple times. Ive tried contacting the financial department but was only able to leave messages. I have contacted the manager multiple times. I was told that it was scheduled to be taken care of May 18. I talked to a manger who said he would call me back after looking into it but received no reply. My ford payment was due May 16. I purchased the corolla on April 27. It is now May 26. They have been extremely unprofessional and were unprofessional during the sale process. Ive never had such a hard time purchasing a car before. I will never go back to that dealership. I am completely unsatisfied.

First I would like to say that Steve Key and Daryl were AMAZING!!!! They made my shopping experience a memorable one and they did just what they said they would do and that was get me into a new car. I was able to get into a new 2015 Camry with ease. Steve Key is a man of his word and was very helpful with all the questions that I had during this process from emailing to when I walked into the dealership. I was introduced to Daryl by Steve and the great experience continued from there. Daryl answered all my questions and made me feel confident in the car buying process. I was very pleased all the way around with the service that I received there. I cannot forget to mention Mr. Moody in finance. He also was a very friendly and helpful person in this process. My experience with this dealership has always been good. In the time of covid19 they are making every effort to keep customers safe. Taking your temperature, supplying msdks to customers who dont have any, seating is separate, workers wearing masks & gloves, someone cleaning throughout. Work done in a timely fashion and near estimated cost. I reccomend...
Did not have reservation. Was told service would take 30 minutes and after 90 minutes they had not even started. No communication between employees. All attendants sent to lunch at same time. Had similar issues in past but thought I would give them another chance. All this was just to change a tire. This is last time I use them, even though they are most convenient to my home. Will drive additional 45 minutes to another dealership.

I cant express fully what a wonderful experience I had while purchasing my new vehicle at Toyota of Henderson. I was nervous about going because due to past auto dealership experiences I expected to be pressured and schmoozedby a sales person. However, My salesperson Steve was very pleasant. He never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. He made sure I received all discounts and promotions that were available to me. My finance manager, Jason was wonderful as well. He made sure I had the best coverage for my vehicle suited to my financial capability. I left feeling confident that I had made right decision. This dealership is over an hour drive from my home and there are several Toyota dealerships along the way that I could have easily went to. After speaking with Timothy(manager) over the phone I felt that that dealership was the one I needed to see and it would be worth the drive. I am so glad I made that decision. Henderson Toyota is the worst by far of any dealer Ive dealt with, and Toyota dealers are usually the best. Worse than your average used car lot scam artists. I put a deposit for them to hold a truck for me which I would buy a few days later when I got back to raleigh. The next day they text me saying theres an oil leak and it needs a new engine, being a mechanic this doesnt make much sense. I call someone else at the dealership asking to buy that truck and they say they just sold it to someone. So they lied to me about it. Now its been almost a week and I still dont have my deposit refunded. Do yourself a favor and go to Leith toyota so you dont have to deal with the shady used car salesman tactics. All the other bad reviews are absolutely correct.
Contacted Ryan regarding recall/warranty work. I have never been treated with more respect or received better customer service. After the work was perfectly completed Megan called me to follow up. I am astonished at the level of service I received from this team. Customer service is not an extinct animal after all. Great job and thank you all for a pleasant experience.
Very disappointing. When I ask to look at a certain vehicle dont bring me a different car out of my price range.

I was a stranded motorist from New York on my way to Charlotte, N.C. They showed compassion, empathy, and sympathy. My car was fixed within hours it was towed to them. They didnt try to cheat. They immediately contacted me once it was completed.Thank you for making a bad situation, easier to deal with.

No doubt the best car buying experience ever......Started on my search for a new 2015 Corolla S Plus just a few days ago. Steve Key was awesome.... He gave me the detailed information and bottom line out the door pricing straight away with no gimmicks, tricks or smoke and mirrors. Email exchanges were timely and provided everything I needed to know. No games like competitor dealers. When I arrived on site the car I had selected was exactly as advertised. Edwin Douglas a Five Star sales associate met me with a huge smile and can do positive attitude. He executed the details of the deal with precision and efficiency. These guys will go out of their way to make your experience a good one. The entire staff truly treated me like family. I feel like Ive made several new friends. 6/2/20 UPDATE:We contacted the dealership and was assisted immediately by Judy. Let’s just say her professionalism and attentiveness to our matter goes above and beyond her duty. She was able to communicate directly with the GM who was in business meetings all morning. We are grateful of the outcome on this matter and because it took one dedicated person to represent the entire dealership, it delivered a great outcome for the customer. This is an example of what customer service should look like. Our overall experience was smooth and professional on the day we purchased the vehicle. This leads me to change my outlook on this corporation. They deserve a 5 star for acknowledging the wrong in the matter. Thank you.Purchased a vehicle from Henderson Toyota. Sales guy was William.The car was test driven to perfection so we thought. This particular day it was a bit cool outside. The first thing I asked William to do was turn on the AC. He turned it on in full blast as the vehicle was in motion. Cool air was coming from the vents which made me to believe the AC worked perfectly fine. Less than 72hrs later, on now a hot temperature day..It’s now hot air blowing from the vent. I called the dealership to let William know and he said immediately “ There is nothing he can do” and transferred me to his GM voicemail knowing he was not in the office for the weekend. Strike 1. It’s now been a week in a half since we brought the car in to have a diagnostic test. The test first showed ( so they said ) They needed to put freon. Well when they returned the car we checked the AC before leaving and same thing blowing only outside air. ( Mr Service man) don’t try to play us. So they took it back. Then came back and said it needed a new compressor and it will cost us over $600. In my state the law states you have 72hrs after purchasing a vehicle to hold dealership responsible . Strike 2 Spoke to William and the service man and they said the GM should have no problem understanding and doing what’s right. We have not received any return calls from the GM. At this point I am led to believe they are ignoring me.Strike 3If they decide to do right by a cash paying customer. I will update this review. As of now this does not sit right with me. Bad for Business. William you knew when you turned the AC on it was not working and you knew it wasn’t working before you sold me the car.
Ran over a piece of shredded Tire which took out the plastic Shields under my wheel well. I wanted to find out if there was any more damage so they put it up on the lift and inspected the entire undercarriage. Didnt charge me a thing. Nice friendly service.
Purchased a used vehicle from Henderson Toyota last week. Was hesitant to drive up from Raleigh, but now glad we did. William Turner even delivered the vehicle when it was ready! Great service and courteous staff. Would buy from them again and hope to do so.
