I love walking into a gamestop where the staff knows their product. Customer service is awesome.

I’ve been a customer of this GameStop for years. The quality of knowledge and expertise is textbook. All employees that are part of this GameStop are knowledgeable in certain facets of gaming. It takes a collective effort to be successful and this store exemplifies it. It’s a difficult time to procure next gen systems and other high demand items. Be patient with the flow. They will not answer their phone I been calling for 3 days then I went in to the store and called from the counter to see how they are doing it they just have their phone on silent and the game stop was completely empty the employee was just starring at me making a call not knowing I’m Calling their store !!! Ps I still never got my Pokémon preorders witch is why I’m calling to begin with do not pre order from GameStop go to best buy !!!

John and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this Game Stop for most all your gaming needs and while your there, invest in becoming a pro member. Take it from me, its well worth it!

Gamestop where the motto is we having nothing in stores or warehouse. I went in for a ps4 charging cable and they have none before this it was a PS4 pro. I am surprised they managed to stay open with such horrid business practices. Not a fan of Amazon but guess Ill be going there from now on.

The associates were very helpful and informative. We were able to obtain a copy of Animal Crossing. Unfortunately none of the Game Stop franchises can accept cash at the moment.

Was very surprised how polite the employee that helped me was. I came in looking for a Pokemon plush for my daughter and explained how I had a hard time finding 2 particular Pokemon. She had a plush that she bought for a family member that she was willing to GIVE away for free just cause she was a caring and very polite person which is a huge positive for an employee! This of course occurred after 10 mins of searching for the next delivery and the stock of other stores so I am very pleased with this particular store and employee.

Worst experience Ive ever had in a GameStop. It was busy with tons of people trying to get help while their system is messing up in the computers and card readers arent working. I wanted to pop in after my grocery shopping to buy a couple games and maybe consider upgrading to Xbox x... waiting 30 minutes I just want to get out of there very annoying

GameStop is always a great choice in finding new games and the staff will figure out any answer to any question you might have for anything weather it be games that youve never played to products throughout the store

The staff at this location needs a refresher in customer service asap. My husband went in to browse while I ran next store to pick up a few things. When I met him inside the store, he was looking at a game he was interested in. One of the employees (shorter girl with black hair) came over to us, maneuvering through the other groups of customers, and told us they would be closing in a few minutes. I smiled and told her no problem, we would be leaving soon, to which she said yeah, so wrap it up. My husband put down the game and walked out without purchasing anything. He then proceeded to tell me that a few days prior, he had walked out without making a purchase again due to the employee at the register deciding to carry on a phone conversation for several minutes while he waited with two games in his hand to checkout. Needless to say, well be taking our business elsewhere.

Its a gamestop. I wanted to visit it before the while company disappears in a few years.

They had everything I was looking for. Perfect.

Nice people but overly friendly. The young lady working in the morning needs to lay off the coffee.

Have had terrible experiences with very rude employees. They do not want to take the time to actually converse with customers. When I have asked questions about games or products I received very short answers. I returned multiple pre-orders to avoid having to come here. There are only 2 employees who are exceptions to this at this location. It is worth the extra hassle to go to the one in the mall and deal with the crowds but receive good service. This is the second GameStop that I have been to that I found only 1-2 good employees at.

$35 for a 360 power supply ridiculous. I bought a Xbox one consule with a game for $20 more on ebay. Get with the times

Best Customer Service you could ask for! My son had been asking for a particular game that was hard to find...we found out they had it at this location but they closed in 20 mins and we were coming from Boulder City. We called to have them hold it and raced down there. We pulled up at exactly 9pm and as my 12 yr old pulled on the door and it didnt open... I saw his heart sink. 😣 He gave a desperate little knock and a guy came over... My son (hollering thru the locked door) explained a game was held for him and after going to check, the guy came back and to my shock and AMAZEMENT, he opened the door and let him in! Any other store would usually send a snot nosed little fungus to stick their face to the door and give the ol were closed...come back tomorrow. They clearly have no idea what its like to watch your babys world just crumble around him! And that was definitely the look I saw when that door didnt open...but not this time! This dude was an angel and let him right in. A few minutes later, he came out with a grin on his face like he just won the lottery! These guys could have told us to piss off but, they were kind enough to stay an extra 5 minutes and make my kids whole month! The guy who helped him was named Dallas- at least that is the name on the receipt- and there was also a girl there that helped find the game and he thinks her name was jules or Julie. This was at closing time on Tues. 3/28 at the Sunset/Stephanie location. Dallas: You are the greatest person in the world to me today!! Thank you so much for your kindness to my boy!! 😙😍👍🏆

Game stops are the funniest places to watch dumb customers freak out. I watched a lady demand a refund on a Wii because she couldnt charge the console and unplug it from her home and take it to the park or something. Or when its summer 17 and some guy in flip flops with an Apple Watch just bought an Xbox and wants to take up thirty minutes of an associates time (with a line behind them) complaining about his complimentary Xbox mic not fitting right. Oh man, or the mom whose time is beyond anything us peons could comprehend, holding their miserable elementary school hostages by the arms, face deep in a phone and Chanel sunglasses with the worst attitude just so he can buy Minecraft for his second gen PS3 (because she cheap) and according to her, THESE PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS! BLEH BLeH BLEH or what about the people who have to have every word spoken to them politely and with consideration or else their sensitive brains gets so excited with drama that they walk out and write a review about the experience within the hour? Good lord all of them are so great..Just stop being dumb, act a little more considerate of peoples time and youll get good service and honest advice. Not hard.

I had to go up to one of them and ask for help instead of them going around to make sure the customers needed help or what not or at least not to me.
