Courtenay took an hour to do my brows and took about half of my hair out. Tint color is great, and shape is even, but clearly didnt hear that I wanted a full brow look since I left with little matchsticks and am now worried about my hair growing back.Ive had dozens of brow services, and Ive never had someone remove so much of my brows.
