Havent been into a Lush in a while and boy did Sarah and her coworker remind me why I love Lush. Sarah greeted me and pointed to where the Halloween and Christmas items were and allowed me to shop freely and smell things. I got a few samples and a few of the Halloween bombs and even a wrapped present for myself. They have cute new squishy soaps and bubbly blowing wands for bath time fun. The store was welcoming and all the testers were out. I plan on coming back for my gift shopping and for when I want some of the full size of my tester body washes!!

Had what I was looking for in stock, they were able too explain the shower fizz and speedy checkout. Overall good experience

The staff at this store go above and beyond when it comes to the safety of their customers! So friendly and knowledgeable! For the time being they still do have the mask mandate in the store, however it doesn’t prevent me from being able to smell all the goodies! Love this store!!

Whomever the lady was who pushed the mask mandate on me when the REST of the country has lifted it is really getting off on her power trip. I have been to many locations in Vegas and havent been harassed about not having a mask. I have been vaccinated. So whats the problem? Its our policy is not a good enough answer. I am not condoning my behavior of arguing with her - but calling security? Seriously. GET OVER YOURSELVES. I went to another store and asked what the issue is - their headquarters are in Canada. Since when does Canada make rules for American customers? Not only that - MASKS DONT WORK, so STOP with the power-tripping.

WHY is this store still pushing mask mandates when the rest of the city is not? There is no reason to be this rude and to enforce something that is dead. I went to the strip after this store and bought lotions and soap elsewhere - no mask mandate. And no rude customer service either. Lush will be getting a phone call from me about how awful this location is. Terrible service.

Was stopped at the door for not wearing a mask. Came from the grocery store, a restaurant the night before, and a ton of other businesses in the past few days that isnt harassing me for wearing a mask - but Lush? They take their little piece of power in their corner of the universe very seriously. Laughable.

If I could give this store a negative star review I would. We experienced the worst customer service I have ever encountered in retail. The women working there told my 8 year old brother to pull his mask up about 100 times even though his mask was clearly over his nose and mouth. They were extremely rude and basically rushed us out of the store as well. These people clearly have a power trip problem because they were having a great time harassing an 8 year old. Long story short, we were going to spend a lot of money in there and they will never be getting my business again. So rude. Do not recommend.

Uh ... last time I checked, masks were not required. If you are so concerned about people smelling the soaps or whatever, put it all behind glass. You dont think much about people actually touching your products, do you? I just left because I didnt have a mask with me. Not worth it anyway.

Real girlfriends will tell you to shop at LUSH. A friend told me about this place and I decided to stop in. Omggg! Joseline and Amanda are so amazing. It’s like the BFF’s you always wanted. Joseline knows every product and she super helpful. Seriously, it was a pleasure to shop here after such a trying year. I was sold on the vine before the product. I finally used the French kiss bubble bath. Amazing for your skin. Be careful not to make a mess though. I really hope to purchase some items for my organization.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that LUSH had a store located in the District in Henderson! I had a wonderful time with the associate Stephanie who greeted me at the door and explained their new Covid procedure of washing your hands before touching any of the items in the store. She pointed out where everything was located after asking if there was anything I was particularly interested in. She was very helpful. The store is nice.

The food was sooo good and very reasonably priced !

My daughter was in the store a few days ago and wanted to buy a birthday gift for a friend. She had her mask on the entire time but when she slipped it down for a split second to smell a product the experience turned sour. She was followed and stared at throughout her time there and was told she couldn’t smell any products. She was told that the store didn’t want to see anyone’s nose. How can you buy products if you can’t smell them? She already has a deviated septum and has a hard enough time smelling anything and it’s even harder with something over your nose. We will stick to Bath and Body. They are fine with taking your mask down for a second to smell their products.

Rude. Inconsiderate. Doenst realize the rest of the country can move about without masks if they have had vaccinations. NOT THIS STORE. Wont ever come back here again.

They’re doing a good job opening during a pandemic, like curbside pickup and having them shop for you behind the counter. The workers here are so sweet to my little puppy when we walk by, and they even have water and treats for her. I think they’re doing a great job with customer service amidst the COVID chaos.

Once you walk into the store you’re hit with a blast of lush air. The staff is so nice and they have so many products.

I tried to shop here, but because my mask is lace they would not let me. They didnt offer a proper cover either. An the lady was extremely rude. I explained that I have drove over an hour to come there and that I had $50 to spend there and she just said oh well thats sucks
