Never knew a store like this until I walked in just to check it out. ALMOST everything you need to build or be creative with. Anything from automotive to household to your backyard. Tools you may have never thought you needed. Love this store.

So I went into this one thats on Sunset and they were about as helpful as a blind man on crutches. And dumb as a bucket of rocks without the bucket. But the one in Henderson, they are nice and helpful!

Nice staff. Shopped here many times over the years. If you know harbor freight tools, you know what your in for. Sad they took away then 20% off coupon. Pleasant staff here. Why I will never give 5 Stars? Ive tried to shop their online in lieu of in-store shopping many times and had to go to Amazon so many times I would have preferred HFT, but HFTs cc processing is screwed up or their ship to policy or something is a joke. Having spent hundreds and hundreds of thousands on Amazon over the years,.... HFT wont take my online business. Ho humm! Not this stores fault, just venting here and every HFT I visit this winter across the country. Thank goodness for online alternatives like Tractor Supply, Walmart, eBay(barely) and Amazon (amoung others).

He is what is very hard to find these days, a person that genuinely cares about his customers and is not just there to make money. My first time at Harbor Freight. Not a huge store, but surprisingly, its packed full all kinds of stuff, with competitive prices. On lake Mead Blvd. in Hend.near the 215 and the 95. Ample parking, 4 checkers scanning away, so very little wait time to check out.

Good deals on good stuff. Be sure to check their site and get emails for deals...and you can definitely get good prices on stuff you regularly need/use. Not for high-end name brands, but a lot of stuff doesn’t have to be expensive to work well.

I went online to window shop, found everything I needed, the site specifically said my items were IN STORE ONLY which i thought was perfect. Went to the location & Im instructed that they do not carry the individual tools I needed. At this point its all bla bla bla do Im never going back!

Great tools cheap. Join the inside track club it pays for itself in a couple visits. Also make sure you check out the open box area.

Manager the girl was very nice and helpful, I was looking for electric hammer unfortunately there were out of stuck so she help me find one in different store the store on sunset who told me there were out of stuck. It was very nice of her to call another store for me to make sure they have it so I wont waste my gas and time driving around.Thank you.

The Lake Mead location is the best location in the valley. The store is bright and clean. The employees are helpful and cheery. Generally they are in stock with everything. Checking out is always fast. Always willing to help you find something! Definitely the best Harbor Freight store in town!

They have lifetime warranties on their tools from Pittsburgh products their prices are amazing and the supervisor at this location was excellent.They also just added this new product line of home cameras they are similar to ring except at half the price!

Lets just say that if you are looking for your every day tools this is the right place, very good prices on entry level to mid range tools, some are a little better than average but by no means youll find fine precision, high performance or really heavy duty tools or products here. That being said, they do have a huge selection, nice warranties offered and always sales and promotions going on, I do buy a lot from them and so far very few disappointments, stores are always very organized and clean. Over all a good option for tools and hardware.

You get what you pay for never was more true than at harbor freight. The sales are great but the tools are cheaply made the expensive tools are well made n sturdy return policy is great what more to say

What to say, it is Harbor Freight. Inexpensive tools, for one off jobs or that thing you think you need. Some items are good deals, others same pricing as at Home Depot, Lowes or varied auto shops. Do check. Kids enjoy wandering through all. Staff at this location always nice, and super helpful.

I used to work here a few months ago when I found out I was pregnant. I was having a rough start to my pregnancy as I was experiencing extreme nausea and lightheadedness but I stayed because I was just a cashier. However, I was denied a chair to sit when I felt like I was going to pass out, they told me I needed a doctor’s note like they couldn’t see my growing baby bump. I wasn’t even able to get the note for months because my insurance wasn’t going to go through for weeks so I just rode it out. One of the supervisors there named Raymond didn’t like me from the start, and I thought maybe he was having a bad day, but he would turn around and immediately flip the switch to friendliness with his other white coworkers or customers. He even made me stock some very heavy TV mounts once and just watched as I struggled to place them on the shelf. No one cared that I was pregnant. Most of the skinny white girls on the stocking team would completely ignore me when I said hi to them. Aly would take smoke breaks every chance she could and she would make me feel stupid whenever I needed help. It’s a super toxic work environment and I just had to quit because my other job (a major auto parts store) would treat me like family and they were extremely accommodating as they knew what a toll pregnancy was taking on my body. Honestly I can’t imagine supporting such a toxic team, if you want to feel welcome go to HFT’s Sahara and Nellis location.

Smaller store than most others in Las Vegas but also has less foot traffic as well. Same overall selection but with less inventory. Friendly staff, but only 2 check out lines at. Good parking however it is located and extremely busy street.

Habit freight has just about soup to nuts hardware items. Plus they have a little camping items. Lots of different size tarps moving blankets, all kinds of rope, bungies, and tie downs. They have very good prices on batteries. They will be bringing out the spring and summer items soon. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Very compact store but has lots inside.People behind the cash register are very nice to deal with.

Love me some cheap offshore tools. NO they arent Snap-On, but they are a GREAT source for odd specialty tools, and the basic Mechanics hand tools are not bad

My boyfriend went in to buy 1 item. He was so impressed that everyone had a 🎭 mask and still friendly and eager to help. All items were properly maked, plenty of sale items in stock. Great experience, except he spent $130.00 and bought more than 1 item.

With you Sept cat on smart phone I just got home from you Hend store, very disappointed. First, your web page said you open at 7am which I discovered when I got there, it opened at 8am. Second, you state 20% off any item, WRONG, they explained in, not small but in tiny print all the items not covered. Ps, a lot of us elderly people cant read the exceptions. Third, four of the five items I wanted they did nt have, Predator 3500 Invertor Generator, Welder, Post Auger etc, the good news is that all in all I saved over $2000 this morning, thanks for listening.

This is a smaller store, but had what I needed. Customer service was lax and an extra cashier would be nice when another customer is doing a return.

I was there last week and in line with about six other people. There are only two employees in the store that I could see at the time. The cashier was working hard and the other employee was standing there texting on her phone for a few minutes so I know she could easily see how long the line was. She felt it was more important to leave the store and go outside and have a smoke break and continue texting rather than opening up another register to help the people in line. Have to seeing this I just left my items I intended to buy and left the store. Evidently this overweight employee doesnt know the meaning of customer relations!

This wasnt my normal location however I was pleasantly surprised. they actually had more in stock than my normal store does at this time and as always with my experiences at harbor freight in the city the employees have always been very nice and helpful when needed
