Brandon did a terrific job. He had a bit of a challenge in the beginning, and rather than bad mouth a defective part, he took resonsibility for creating the situation and resolved it. I beleive in the honesty of this company.

We had two new AC units installed with a new heating system. The two crews (Larry & Chris) the first day and (Manuel and Xavier) the second day. They all were professional, knowledgeable, and had a great work ethic. I would definitely hire them again if I ever needed any work on my air and heating systems. Ambient Edge you really have a fabulous group of men that are a major asset to your company.

The Kingman, AZ office.The office sent Jesse to come out and find out why we were having problems with loud air flow with my return air system and filter. I told Jesse my problems what my issues were. At the same time we talk about relocating my return grill and increase my flex to 20 inch from the 18 inch as we upside my unit to a 4 ton. This will increase more airflow to the unit. I also had Jesse check why my unit 2nd stag heating was not showing on my t-stat. Come to find out it was never hook up at the unit on roof and t-stat, so now the unit should be more comfortable in home. Thank Jesse.

We had a very bad experience with this company. We called them to let them know our AC was freezing up and told them we had the same problem a couple months before. We told them that the last repair person added Freon but they did not have any leak stop so they just added Freon to the system to get it up and running. We told them it was an old system that used the old type Freon and that we also wanted them to add Leak stop to the system as well. They sent their technician to our home to check the system. They informed us that we were correct and that the system was low on Freon but they said they did not carry the old type Freon. They also told us they did not have any leak stop and tried to convince us that it would not help. The technician then informed us that we owed him $79 for his service call even though he did absolutely nothing to repair our system. We called another company called Got Air and what a difference between the two. Got Air is a small Mom and Pop operations run by Mike. He immediately told us that he loves Stop Leak for older units that he can often get years more life out of them with a simple can of stop leak. This has been our experience as well with another unit we have on a home in Kingman. He went out added stop leak and more of the older expensive Freon and our entire bill was only $200. This young kid from Ambient Edge sent us a bill for $80 to do absolutely nothing even though we called the company and told them exactly what was wrong before anyone ever looked at the unit and we told them it used the old Freon and it needed more. He said he did not carry the old Freon nor the Stop Leak even though when we initially called the company we told them this is what it needed. IMHO this is a big company that specializes in taking your money and could care less about the happiness of the customer. We had a completely different experience with Mike at Got Air in Bullhead City. He is a very honest good guy making a living for himself and standing by his work. He is not a big business overcharging at every turn and trying to generate extra service calls for himself or trying to convince you that you need an entirely new system just because yours is old and that stop leak doesnt work to stop minor Freon leaks. All I can tell you for sure is that you will be much happier with a different company than this one. This is a big company operation with offices in different cities and that is how it is run. We had a very unfavorable experience with them and that is why I am writing this review.

We are on a maintenance contract which I highly recommend. This was a visit to check on the heating system and install an RGF Air Purification System. Everything was checked, explanation of the new system was given and information about the types of air filters to use was also explained. Joshua Monroe was the technician and he was excellent. He is professional and knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Ambient Edge for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Got a no pressure estimate for a whole house conditioner r/o system. Phil was punctual and very knowledgeable. After explaining the systems available, he let us make our own choice with no pressure. Id recommend the company, and Phil specifically, any the to anyone. They will be my go-to plumber from here on out. No better recommendation than that!

Repaired water leak. Resolved water pressure issue at two bathroom sinks. Ryan and his partner were very polite and courteous. They explained what the problem was and then made the repair. I will definitely have them back for any future plumbing issues.

Ryan was amazing, called the company in the morning when we woke to the air conditioning not keeping the house under 80 degrees. They answered the phone right away and promised a tech out for a reasonable $79 diagnosis by 5pm. Ryan called and texted by 3:30 that he was on his way. Now we have lived in the house for 11 years and have never done any maintenance on the unit. Ryan spent 6 hours diagnosing and fixing everything. He showed us every part that he replaced, quoted us every time it was going to add to the total, signed us up for an EPA program that includes 2 maintenance visits that saved us over $200 on the service now. He even called in another tech to check his electrical work such a thoughtful and professional thing to do. After 6 and 1/2 hours he also refused a tip and stated his reward was knowing we would be sleeping in our cool house tonight. Great company and Ryan is top notch! Total for everything was under $2000.

I am happy with the speed in coming out to my house and Shawn Sheneman is a polite, friendly, professional technician who works quickly and, I believe, efficiently. I am, however, horrified at the cost of repairs. I definitely was not expecting to pay nearly a thousand dollars for a coolant leak. Since there is still 5 years on parts warranty, now that Im 2 weeks from paying the final payment, and this second heat pump is 5 years old, Im not sure my decision to help the environment was such a good one for my finances back in 2006, and thats why good value has no star.

PLUMBING BY JAKE:Your entire house needs re-piping are not the words one wants to hear Ever! The lead/supervising plumber, Phillip Raczak, explained everything - the problem(s) and the installation, and he elaborated further when I didnt understand a detail. He also moved the main water shutoff from the alley to the garage for convenience. Phillip instilled in me that he AND Travis Mangrum had the knowledge and skills to get the job done right!Travis was here for six days working long hours. I have two indoor cats that had to be taken into consideration (one likes to dart outside), so the cats would be confined to a room whilst Travis worked elsewhere in the house (we collaborated in keeping the cats safe and confined). At the end of each day he explained what was done and if he had any issues (there were none). Travis is a pleasant young man; hes highly skilled, clean, and considerate.When or if I need plumbing help again I will definitely ask for Phillip and Travis to respond - they are that sharp.In regard to pricing it wasnt cheap by any means, but it was the Entire House that was re-piped.

Ryan did a wonderful job of servicing my unit. Professional, quiet, and got the job done. After everything was finished he explained the repairs to me and what he recommended. Overall a wonderful experience and great service. I will definitely be looking at these guys to replace my unit!

They attempted to repair AC. On Sun 8/23/20 our AC blower stopped working. Mon Ambient Edge Tech said blower motor was bad, replacement not available in town so they ordered one. Wed, tech installed new motor and it also would not operate. Tech said it must be the control board and they would try to find one. Late Thur, Ambient Edge said provided price for control board, but no est of time to install. Temp was over 100 degrees so we spent 3 nights in motel. Got another AC Co. to look at system and they rewired controls so AC would operate until permanent repairs can be made. Told Ambient Edge we would use second Co. for repairs and system upgrade.

So glad he was our technician. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. In and out....didn’t drag it out. Offered a few different products and services but wasn’t pushy at all making it a painless experience! I will use them again. I highly recommend the Spring special it was cost effective and affordable.

Ryan was very friendly, he came early than my schedule time, he cares about the job is doing and what it is the best to satisfy his customer.He went through the attic and check it to make sure everything was fine there. After that Ryan climbs to the roof and find what it was wrong. Ambient Edge Heating was really great. They showed up when they said they would. They were professional and knowledgeable plus made sure everything was working. They did plumbing in my home...2 toilets installed 2 faucets and a water softener. If my air conditioner or heating units go out Ambient is who I will call to get the job done right!

Brian has been and is the most knowledgeable technician I have had in my 14 years using Ambient Edge. He would be an asset to train other technicians due to his knowledge and experience. The reason I mention this is had I been informed 7 years ago how important Easy Seal would have been I would have paid for that but now my unit is 14 years old I could not see any benefit spending the money. I had a tenant that called my property manager indicating that the heater would not ignite. The tenant thought it might be the control panel. Fearing the worse, I contacted Ambient and they had someone out that afternoon. The repairman (Brian) quickly checked the system and found that the cobwebs that had accumulated over the summer were blocking the igniter. He cleaned them out, did a maintenance on the system and had everything back up and running for just the visitation charge. I have used Ambient for years for both my Las Vegas and Kingman house and they have never disappointed in providing the highest level of professionalism and top quality service!

We were quoted a flat price to have our line high pressured, then when he arrived, the rate was different and he said he couldnt do anything beyond putting a garden hose down there!!! We feel we were scammed out of the $621 ALREADY paid!! And he was asking for much more! NEVER will we use u again and we WILL be contacting the Better Business Bureau! Check Yelp for a very bad rating!

HVAC stopped working during 105 degree weather. This company answered my call and sent a tech over right away. Josh Monroe arrived within a hour of my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a burnt out blower motor. He was able fix it and within 2 hours of the initial call my HVAC was up and running. Mr. Monroe was very professional and respectful. The price seemed very reasonable, especially for the excellent service.

I bought a R/O system from Home depot on feb 2020. Now it stopped working so home depot sent Ambient to come look at for 79$ well they came out i wasnt here, my wife said they looked at a some things then said that it needs replaced. So if you want to pay 79$ to find out it dont work.....

Regina was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Checks were made on the AC and Heat Pump. Answered all questions about the AC and Heat Pump. One potential problem (at risk) was identified and she explained what needed to be done to correct the issue. A riser was installed to be an inch above the drain and corners of the drain pan. All corners of the drain pan were sealed with silicone to prevent any future leaks. Would welcome her back for any future service request.

Phillip and Zackary got the job done! Converted my system over from propane to electric and installed new water heater. Checked to make sure it was working before leaving and we had hot water in short time. Thank you! I know it wasnt fun working out in the heat. Adam and another tech (Aaron)came out on a different day to replace my hvac system. We went from propane heat to electric as well as upgrading the unit. Duct work was added and they were here for 13hrs crawling under the house, putting the new system in a new spot since it would run more efficiently from there, made sure duct work was good, let me know about a water damage issue, looked out to make sure my cats didnt get out, were polite, professional, and showed us how to use the new thermostat. Not one complaint about the heat! Thank you! All the techs that have been here so far have been fantastic! Friday the ducts get cleaned out!
