Very lazy and irresponsible.. First time they came to fix my air conditioner, they mixed up the wiring and hooked the cold air wire to the heater. So, every time I turned on my air conditioner, the heater also turned on. I called them because I felt my air conditioning wasnt cold enough, and they discovered THEIR error and that the thermostat was broken. After they left, they didnt even turn off the attic light, and today, I discovered that they had removed the tape from one of the ducts and never retaped the duct back up.
All the personal was friendly and very helpful. Aircondition went out Friday afternoon. Did not what to do>. Call a friend he said call RES did and they were out withing hour. Cool . If I could I would put 100 Stars on the post.

The maintenance man showed up three hours late. He stopped at the house next door and was working on their unit, she did not have an appointment. Dont understand that..or why she would allow it. Our unit was in good condition no problems. Charged us a bit more than was expected.. Not real happy with that.
Larry came to my house, was respectful, funny, personable, and VERY professional. He took his time and even came back because he forgot to do one LITTLE thing, and wanted to make sure everything was perfect before he said his job was done. I would recommend him, and this company to anyone that needs work on their A/C.
Have been dealing with the company for at least 5 years now. Very pleased with their services and personnel. Courteous, friendly, responsive and fair. Motor in our central system died on a Saturday. Even with going through the answering service, technician on call spoke with me within a half hour and arrived onsite when predicted. RES does good work and offers multiple payment options. Highly recommended!
I have the bronze service plan with RES and I have been well pleased with the bi-annual checks and cleanings. All the technicians I’ve met have been knowledgeable, professional and courteous, but Dakota has impressed me the most. I called another company last year and the tech looked at my unit and told me I needed a new fan motor assembly. Being a good judge of character and a handy man myself, I called RES for a second opinion. They sent Dakota and he found the problem in just a few minutes. It was incorrect wiring from when the unit was installed 10 years prior, by another company. He switched the wires and our system has been working great ever since. He came today for scheduled maintenance and changed the filter, disassembled, cleaned and re-installed the blower and motor and checked the entire system inside and out. I was given an information pamphlet about a cold plasma purifier but it wasn’t a pushy sales pitch, just good information on how to better clean the air in our home. I really appreciate a stand up business in this day and age, and I have to say RES and Dakota in particular have exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I called I was treated with the utmost kindness. They were very professional and communicated everything to me clearly. The gentleman Dakota came out and was very courteous and professional. RES exceeded our expectations with our first experience with HVAC issues and we will continue to use them in the future.
Dakota Faulkner comes out for our service contract on our air conditioning/heating unit, and we are extremely happy to have him in our home. He spends a great deal of time checking and cleaning our system. He is very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. He goes the extra mile for us!
This company used to stand for something, but in the last few years has went downhill at a fast pace. They refuse to hire qualified people, or people at all. Employees in all areas are understaffed so therefor are forced to work till all hours of the night to get jobs done. This is forcing customers as well to wait till all hours for someone to come and fix their issues. They are getting a tech who has been on the job for 10 plus hours with little rest, and has been rushed through the day because they are behind. This leads to mistakes by well trained techs who are very over worked. By being understaffed the maintenance agreements that have been sold in advance are not being done. To try to play catch up customers whose units are not working will be put on the back burner. The owner and management care only for the depth of their pockets instead of the well being of customers and the employees. The staff are very knowledgeable and very capable of their jobs, but due to lack of good management skills and owner care, this business will be lucky to be open for another 5 years.
Bi-annual check up. Friendly, competent young man (remembered to close gate so fur babies wont get out). Showed me (one more time) how to clean the filter. I have used RES for 16 years and am always pleased with services, both scheduled and unscheduled.
Very pleased with the work that was done. My entire system was changed out so it did take several days to remove the old system and install all new equipment including duct work but the install crew was very helpful and courteous whenever I had a question and was very conciderate in being as quiet as possible considering I was working nights and sleeping at home during the day almost the entire time the job was going on.

I had a plugged AC drain and called RES on a Sunday, holiday weekend. Dakota was at my house within an hour of the call, I live out of town, and very quickly resolved my problem. A very courtious and informative young man, I would highly recommend this company to anyone having AC problems!
