This was my first time at this store buying any sort of instrument. My son just joined band in middle school. From my first contact, I have to say it was a great experience! The woman on the phone, Janet?, was amazing. She took time to answer all my questions and was the #1 reason why I chose to go in. Patrick, the manager, helped me with my purchase. He showed me all available trumpets for purchase. Explained the difference and when I chose one, let me know why it was a great choice. I am not familiar with the trumpet. He told me about the different features of the one I picked. I felt confident it was the best buy at a great cost I might add. He made sure I had everything I needed for my son just starting out. We discussed lessons and gave me little bios on the instructors. Service is very important to me when choosing a place to spend my money. I am very happy I decided to purchase from this family owned business.

I took my daughter in this store to rent a flute for the summer program. They were very nice and so willing to help and explain things!

Literally just left their store and had to rate them! Such a great place and definitely recommend! We were greeted immediately and treated with kindness. Our answers were all answered and we never felt the pressure to buy and not rent. We did end up buying instruments for our children and left so very happy! We will be back for all of our music needs and will tell all our friends to shop here!

I am interested in learning either cello or violin. I went in on a recommendation and I am so glad I did. I went in for information and explained that I have never held either instrument, and Sales Manager Patrick Snider said we can do that right now! We sat down with a cello, then tried a violin. He showed me how to hold it and gave me the chance to bow a bit. I am booked for my first lesson next week and I can’t wait. Took the time to answer my endless questions and made me feel welcome.

Great customer service and very good on repair or warranty policies. They did charge me wrong when i went to purchase something from them but it was an honest mistake in whiched they fixed with no problem.
