Traveled from Augusta to buy a 2019 Ryker. Brandon took the time to answer all of my questions promptly via email and we negotiated the deal remotely. I got a thorough walkthrough of the bike from Brandon and was well prepared to take it home. Scott was the sales manager I worked with and he was organized, prepared and took time to explain every document. They even laminated my temp tag so it wouldn’t fall apart on me. He was most knowledgeable about it and had a very pleasing manner about him. Without applying pressure to our potential purchase, Zach was able to negotiate a deal that turned into a reality. Scott Northrup, Business Manager finalized our deal all the while getting to know us in a personal way. His sincere interest in us made a lasting impression. I was considering buying a Ryker Trike but needed more information before making any decision. My husband and I drove up to Hunter Power Sports to get it. I was extremely impressed with Brandon Spano, the gentleman who assisted us. First of all, as an older woman (in my late 50s) shopping for a bike with my husband, I was expecting to be ignored, with most of the attention going to my husband. My experience was the exact opposite. Brandon understood that I was buying the trike for ME, and focused on ME, MY questions, and bringing up facts I wasnt aware of. I felt very honored and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND any lady interested in buying or learning more ask to work with him. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the trike and the mods available and we were able to walk away much more educated on the trikes and what we wanted.I cant say enough good things about our experience at Hunter Power Sports and would certainly point anyone interested in buying a bike or trike in their direction. In this case, Hunter Powersports made an error that had real consequences for me, and instead of just shrugging, they owned it, apologized, and went out of their way and made it right. My husband and I been looking at the Can-Ams for a while now. We decided to actually go in physically and look at one. I decided, I would go back by myself and purchase the Can-am as a birthday gift for my husband. Walked in to look at what my husband has been eyeing for months. Came out with it for his 47th birthday present. Mr. Scott and Zach is who helped me through this process. It was a wonderful process. They even helped me with the surprise by allowing me to keep the bike there for a few weeks and putting balloons and bows on it.

I’m a Florida tourist just up here to ride the beautiful twistie roads you all have and I began to have trouble with my shift lever on my Honda VTX 1800. I stopped in on my way back from DuPont state park to see if I could get some help. Well they hooked me right up and got me back on the road in 10 minutes. Super happy I found them and happy to say they are very friendly and professional.

I was charged $220.17 to change two tires and that was with me bringing the tires! Quoted $35 per tire if I brought in wheels, so that means you charged $150 to take off two wheels and put back on. (Plus the $35 to mount and balance each tire) All the quotes I was getting were around $150 but I decided to use an authorized Kawasaki dealer since I own a Kawasaki. Their bikes prices are high, 10 mins of research will find you better deals within hour of Hendersonville. Know what they’re charging and compare prices with service and parts, they will take advantage of you in a heartbeat.

Tim is always quick to get me checked in and send me on my way. I let him know when I need my car and he never fails to have it done before the time I need it. He communicates any other suggested services that are recommended by the techs but he isnt pushy, he is always friendly and when he is not available, the other service writers jump in and assist. All around excellent customer service!

Steve Morley, the parts manager, stepped up when my wife and I first walked in and offered to show us what we were looking for, until a salesman became available. He knew the vehicle, a Mule, very well and was great to work with as well. Only had one small issue when I did not want the extended warranty and the finance guy got a little snarky. Sorry but I don’t need an extended warranty on a UTV. Other than that it was a great experience.

Anthony Davis was kind and attentive to the presenting issues. He kept me reasonably informed of the progress. The mechanics at Kearny Mesa Ford Kia repaired the problem. I was hesitant to wait at the facility during the few hours required to effect the repairs, but other customers wore masks and social distancing rules were followed. This is only the 2nd day, but so far, I think I have not contracted Covid19.
