This man charged my sister 380 dollars to fix a bearing and cv axel and after she got the car back she noticed a bolt was missing along with a lot of other problems it didn’t have before now the man won’t answer the phone fix his mistakes or offer a refund. Use this service at your own risk we could have been killed driving down the road after his work.

I forgot the name of the guy that helped me out - but he was incredibly polite and helpful! Got to me quick and got my CX-5 loaded onto his truck in no time. Then sent me photos that my car was dropped off at the dealership! Great experience all around.

My girlfriends car was towed here. Was running fine. Somebody removed her ignition fuse so the car wouldnt start. Had to have it towed to my fathers house in gallatin. This happened over 2 weeks ago. Now the car is at Honda in gallatin getting fixed. All because somebody removed a fuse

We had a great and easy experience with Allen, a tow truck driver at James auto body. He was able to easily navigate my some what hazardous driveway. We had another driver From another company come to tow and he wouldnt even attempt backing into my driveway. Allen got it done in 5 minutes or less. He was very nice and highly recommend!

I used JT for towing services 2 days ago. I liked their customer service on the phone and in person. It seemed very professional. If I need a tow in the future, I will be using them. The only problem I ran into was that the tow ahead of me took longer than expected. Jason, the guy who towed my car, explained it to me so I knew it wasnt HIS fault. But aside from that, I think its a pretty decent tow company. Oh, and their pricing was one of the cheapest. So that helped a lot too!

My vehicle had a mechanical breakdown on a Friday night and James Towing was dispatched by my insurance company through their roadside assistance program. They arrived with 45 minutes and Skylar was very polite and professional. He was careful when hooking the chains and wench cable under the SUV so it wouldn’t scratch anything. He was also careful to take his dirty gloves off before getting into the vehicle to turn the steering wheel and place in neutral. He then transported the vehicle to my mechanic’s parking lot. Although unfortunate, my situation was made better by James Towing. Thanks for the great service. I appreciate it!

The tow truck driver was a rude old man who didn’t say one word to me. He acted like he was on a repo mission. I’m actually getting my truck repaired. I stood there while he loaded my truck to see if he needed anything and he got in his truck and left acting like he didn’t see me. Wow! Rude! Never again! If I had known this I would have used someone else.

We were headed to Alabama from Michigan when car trouble made us call for a tow. Frank from James Autobody came within 20 min and towed the car to the dealer. Professional, friendly and skilled. Couldnt ask for a better response on a stressful day. Employee of the year in our book!

James Auto Body has done body and mechanical repair for may cars owned by me and my family. I find them to be fair, honest and professional is all their dealings. Their work is very good and they stand behind their repairs, parts and labor.

An operation that brings disrepute to a new low. My truck was towed to this location after an unfortunate encounter with a large deer. How these good old boys stay in business is beyond me. Note that they also operate as Hendersonville Wrecker

MOST TERRIBLE EVER!!!!! After 30 yrs of being allowed to use K-Mart Goodlettsville empty parking lot on occassion, my friends grandaughter which is a student at a local college in which you can tell by her college stickers all over her car, had to use one of the many spaces in the early hours of the morning on 10/2/18 just to catch a ride to go to St. Thomas West to go visit her mother in the hospital because she is to young to drive the crazy Nashville traffic. When having to rush back to get to school her car was missing. Only to find out it had been towed by James Auto Body. Upon calling them they were extremely rude and explained it would be $130 to pick it up by 4:00 p.m. or she could start paying additional fees per night. Keep in mind her mother is in critical condition so you have a young teenage girl who is scared and worried as it is and now having to deal with hateful men. Upon going to pick up the car they were sooo rude to her asking her if her mom was really sick and all the while crying they just looked at her and said, mmmhmmm sure. I have never in my life dealt with such hateful people and taking advantage what I feel they knew was a young womans car, all the while the empty K-Mart lot was full of tons of other vehicles. They dont deserve even the one star I had to click on just to post this.

My car was towed in for repair.

Stole my Dads Ipad out of his car when he had a wreck a year and a half ago when he almost died. Dirt bag mexicans or whatever they are! He went up there with a collapsed lung, broken shoulder, eight broken ribs and a broken neck to get it. The said it was smashed and they threw it away. That is against the law to make decisions without asking the owner.

If I could rate in the negatives I would. My fathers truck was here and my father and I were going to pick the car up on New Years Day. My dad died around 6 am on New Years morning. I called and explained the situation that I had a power of attorney over the vehicle( my dad had given me prior to the incident for personal reasons) and the gentleman pretty much told me I was lying. He told me that a poa meant nothing and that I will have to prove his death certificate with the poa in court. So my fiancé had her sister call and he said that he was done dealing with us and hung up. So I got the police involved and needless to say the man had no issue giving me the car. As I was giving him his $1325.00 bill that my dad owed his words were great now my phone will stop ringing. This company is garbage. They are very disrespectful and did not try to understand my situation at all. I know that they are seeing this so I want you to know that I will be reporting you guys to bbb as well. Thank you for being extremely rude and disrespectful during a time of grief. I am a gm of a location in Franklin and I would have terminated the employee immediately. Evaluate your employees who represent your company.

Nothing good to say. There customer service is pathetic. I dont care what the situation is, no business should speak to a customer with such disrespect and volger language, nor should they ever cuss out a customer. Bob the poor old guy is probably just miserable with his life, usually its the elderly teaching the young generations respect, but I guess sometimes its the other way around. After he did nothing but continue to be rude and tell me I needed to go outside to give him some space when I was sitting in the waiting room for a phone call about my car. He quoted me $75 to tow my vehicle to my house which was pretty far, when I asked him how much it would be to tow it to my machanic that was at least half the distance. He said it was the same price. Then i jokingly said I didnt feel like I was getting a good deal anymore. He got very angry and unprofessional and said ya know what Im tired of looking at your face. Ive done everything to help you but stroke your cock for you. (Even though he hadnt done anything to help but rudely tell me what he thought I should do, which I had already done) not to mention all that was in front of other customers. I just laughed at him and said Id rather take my money else where before I gave anymore to yall. Id advise anyone else to do the same. I left and went to Hendersonville wrecker service and they went and got my car and took it to my machanic for $50 bucks and were very nice and professional!

Not only could they not figure out what was wrong with my car (went in for a crank but no start) but when I had them take it to the local Nissan dealer after two months of being without my car, I found out that they had left the car in even worse condition. They left the air cleaner sitting on the dash, harnesses and connections were left unconnected, etc. It ended up costing me an extra $100 from the dealership to put everything back so that they could even begin diagnostics. Do NOT trust them for anything more than a tow.

They showed up at a wreck I was involved in and were very difficult to deal with. Would not tow to my body shop until I threatened to have them remove my car from the tow truck. Shady people to deal with.
