This is a great shop. I will continue bringing my vehicles here. They are very courteous over the phone and in person, they offer competitive rates on vehicles and don’t try to nickel and dime you. Their attention to detail extends from the cars they work on to the organized shop and even to the waiting room.It’s hard to find good service these days and this team goes above and beyond.
CarCare was available to get my car in immediately for an oil change when my sensor came on and the dealer said it would be over a month before I could get in - they were super professional, extremely courteous, and had me out of there in less time than originally quoted. They will be definitely be my go-to going forward!
Someone had cut up my exhaust system and messed up one of the catalytic convertors in the process on my Audi. The guys at CarCare took care of this quickly and worked with my insurance company in doing so. They also did a safety inspection and found that my rear brakes were dangerously low and called me to confirm that I wanted them to replace them. They were easy to work with, took care of my car quickly, and at a reasonable price as opposed to the dealer. They answered all of my questions regarding the repair and future work that I am looking to have performed. I will definitely be using CarCare for all of the work on my Audi and highly recommend that you use them.

Everyone was professional and courteous. They quickly found the problem to my engine performance and recommended necessary services. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of detail paid to my cars needs. Although I have an older car that needs refurbishing, they treated it like it was brand new. They did not take a crazy amount of time, despite the extensive repairs needed. Furthermore, they asked that I bring it back in two weeks of driving time to make sure their work was solid (no charge). The reception room/waiting area was clean, and their communication throughout the whole process was fantastic.
I love this place because they are friendly they do great work. They take their time on your car to make sure things are done right. It is the cleanest car shop i have ever been inside and the cleanest setting area also. They have fish and a TV you can watch while your car is getting fixed. They did a great job on my truck. I took my vehicle in for a check engine light and rough ride. They found my shocks and struts needed replacement and issue with the engine air. The suspension problem caused uneven tire wear. So since I was needing tires anyway I had them replace those as well. My only complaint is that the technician had told me that it would take a few days. He gave me the information I needed to get a rental car. My rental car was approved for up to 4 days. The rental car agency had to upgrade me to a brand new Cadillac. The next afternoon the technician called me and said my car was finished. I really liked that Cadillac.
I have been to this shop a few times and have been impressed each time. The people are transparent, helpful, and show integrity (which is sometimes hard to find with mechanic shops). I will definitely visit this shop in the future for any repair/diagnostic needs.

Since theyre so called import experts, theyll charge a lot more for basic services. Received a very expensive oil change and was told my vehicle had an oil leak and recommended a repair in excess of $1,000. Took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and there was no signs of a leak. Lesson learned....always get a second opinion! I had them check some other issues and was charged a very expensive diagnostic fee for something they didnt have a solution for and did not attempt to fix. To top it off, theyre not the friendliest group of guys Ive ever encountered either! I certainly will not be back!

I purchase my vehicle in 2019 and had some not so good experience under previous managers but the current Mgr is attentive, relateable and knowledgeable. I went in for non working AC and was told when I arrived that I would be waiting for awhile. However once after 15 mins of waiting the technician came out and gave me an update, after that my car was ready in 20 mins so I was in and out within an hr tops.Happy returningcustomer 😊

Reached out to several car shops and Car Care gave me the best price quote to fix my left rear tail light and bumper. Pricing was great. And dropped off my car Sunday evening and it was done by Thursday. Then, I picked it up Friday morning. The owner and general manager were very communicative, even though I probably asked a million questions. Will be back whenever or if I have any problems.

One a trip from Florida to Oregon via Nashville, TN we had a wheel sensor go bad. Things were not running well. Called the two MB Dealerships in Nashville, neither could help. One even said drop off your vehicle we will see if we can get to it in 5 days or so. I needed a place to help me install my new MBRP Performance Axle Back Exhaust on my 2019 Mustang GT. Every shop I called told me they couldn’t get me in until days later or told me to come by and then ended up closing early before I got there. I called CarCare Import & Domestic Service and they told me to bring the new exhaust system by so they could check it out and see if they could do it. They were obviously busy (they had a lot full of cars and some in the garage) but told me they could still install it for me that same day. They were really friendly and gave me the best quote out of the three shops I had asked. Quality service and people. 5 out of 5 stars and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs pretty much any type of work or service done on their car.

This establishment took good care of my car. The customer service was awesome. And they completed the job in a timely manner.
I had service done on my ML350. To start they way overcharge for their parts and charged me $150 labor for changing my cabin and air filters. I also had my tires rotated and balanced. After they rotated them not sure if they actually balanced them as my tire pressure for all 4 tires were not set to factory specs. So overall they overcharge and did not complete some of the work I paid for.
Highly recommend! All the guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. Had an unexpected car issue and they were able to get us back and running way quicker than expected. They have been so great and I will always be going to them.
Car Care is a great place to have your car worked on. They do a good job they treat you right, very friendly, most the time they work your right in and get you right out. They always let me know whats wrong ahead of time and the cost so I have no surprises. Been with car care for over 4 years, gotten to know them like family, and they treat me like family. I recently bought a beautiful and very clean Lexus from Car smart dealership, same ownership as Car Care. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. Very honest people to deal with.

Been to Mercedes dealership as well as BMW. Much more reasonable and excellent work. Oil change and Brake flush job in less than one hour and half the price. Awesome. Tommy was very helpful. will be there tomorrow for a detailed job on my car. Have bought four cars from them. Nice place Guy

The service I have received from CarCare has been of a good quality. Personally really like that they will drive you home and picking you up when the car repair will take a while.I am not the best person to ask how well priced their service is compared to other repair shops. I grow up with my dad doing nearly all our families car work unless a car was on warranty. Thus I dont have a real history to compare the cost of the repairs fairly.But all it all If your looking for a good repair shop, I would give them a chance.

In the last 45 days I have used CarCare 4 times for service on my 2018 Colorado Z71 Duramax 4x4. The first two visits were to change the OEM fluids in the transmission, transfer case and both differentials with specialized fluids at 7400 miles. The 3rd visit was to have an air/oil separator installed on the diesel motor, and the last was to have some adjustments made regarding some installation issues.At my request, all the work was performed by Rcky Webb. He did an excellent job, and he was very good at communicating with me before, during and after the work so I was always aware of what he was doing and why.From the young receptionist to Rocky, I was always treated with respect and as a valued customer. The price was reasonable, and I highly recommend this shop in general and Rocky in particular.
Easily the best auto service the Nashville area has to offer, and the best Ive done business with anywhere. The service is impeccable, and everyone from the owner to the techs to the people at the customer service desk make sure that Im satisfied. Ive been going there since they opened in 2014. Its a drive for me to get from Kingston Springs to Hendersonville (~40 miles), but the quality of service is worth it. I drive a 2005 BMW X3 with 277k miles on it. I take good care of my car, and its very important to me that its done the right way. Ive never been let down by these folks. Theyre every bit as good as the dealership, but the cost for repairs is significantly less.Rocky does the work on my car, and hes a super straight shooter. Hes let me know when something I thought may be needed wasnt - he couldve done the work, but hes honest, and hes always that way. Its saved me money, and this is on top of his fantastic work maintaining my car. Efrens customer service is also stellar, and hes helped me out a great deal. Not to mention his detailing work is amazing. He made my car look brand new - which is incredible given its age and mileage.I have absolutely zero hesitation in recommending these folks. If you need service, go here and youll be very glad you did. Im a customer for life.
I cannot say enough positive and wonderful things about Guy ( the owner) and his service managers Mathew and Don, Kevin and Xach the service writer and Tech. They figured out what was wrong with my car and let me know quickly my options to get it fixed . Not once did I feel pressured to get extra things done. Being a woman I feel you have to be extra careful with getting your car fixed . My car was fixed correctly, quickly and detailed and cleaned for me. Customer service has improved tremendously over the past year. The male person working behind the counter probably needs some customer service training. But Lorri made up for his lack of customer service skills. But other than that one negative observation I couldn’t have asked for any better service.

I’ve been well taken care of by this business for 5 years now, but it is time for me to move on. I just got taken for $150-ish dollars to change an air filter during an oil change!!! You’ve got to be kidding me!!? I would have purchased and bought it myself if I had known that!!The people with the Porsches can have this place all to themselves now. This working woman and loyal client has just been kicked out. Sucks.

The only place I trust enough to service my 500 Abarth! CarCare is always extremely kind and provides excellent quality work for the price. I came in with an entire list of weird stuff my car was doing. From my hatch not working to my blower motor needing replacement. Tiger was extremely helpful with my indecisive self of what to fix this time and what not to, and in communicating when my car would be ready. I look forward to seeing these guys again soon, you know, since I own a Fiat.

Living in Memphis at the time, I took my wifes Subaru to CarCare Import& Domestic Service in Nashville for a new timing belt because I didnt like the price and didnt trust the technical ability I found in Memphis to do the job. Well worth the trip! CarCare replaced all the pulleys, the tensioner the belt and even the water pump ( a prophylactic measure). A five star service but my rating of 4 stars is because they are not within walking distance of restaurant. Its a 3 hour drive from Memphis to be there at 8am, 4 hour repair and I got a little hungry with nowhere to go.
Jermaine at CarCare went above and beyond to help repair my daughter’s Jeep Grand Cherokee through the extended warranty we purchased. We are very happy with the excellent customer service and communication along the way.
My week started off bad but these guys turned it around! I called first thing in the morning and was told to come in within the hour and Id be taken care of and it would only take an hour. I decided to try Car Care based on several good reviews but I couldnt be more disappointed with the service I received. I made sure to wait about 6 weeks after service to write a review so I wouldnt write a knee-jerk reaction review based on how I was feeling. Here was my one (and final) experience with Car Care.I brought my Mazda 6 in to have them look at an issue I had with the car stuttering on acceleration and rough idling. They said they would call me back that day after they looked at it so I waited all day and had to call them 10 minutes before they closed to see if they knew what was wrong. They said they would check with the guy who looked at it and hed call back. Well he didnt call so I called back the next day and they told me what they thought the issue could be and recommended that I try new spark plugs to see if it helped. They quoted $468 total for new plugs and labor (I dont know very much about cars so I told them to try it). Picked up the car the next day and they said the problem was better. That same day I looked at a receipt I had from a previous service at a different shop and I found that the spark plugs have been changed 10,000 miles prior to going to Car Care so I called to ask why they changed them again. When I called, they said I dont know Ill ask the guy who recommended the service and have him call you. He didnt call so I called back the next day and couldnt get ahold of anyone after calling 3 times. I gave up cause I didnt have time to fool around with them so I brought it to my old mechanic who told me that there is no reason they should have had to change the spark plugs and on top of that he laughed when I showed him my Car Care receipt cause they charged $19.99 per plug and double the labor for the same spark plugs that I had changed 10,000 miles ago. The old shop charged $4.99 per plug.I wish they had just said they didnt know what was wrong and recommended I go somewhere else cause now Im out almost $500 that I cant afford and my car is in the exact same condition. Also, they never called me back when they said they were going to.2 stars because the guy I talked to (Adam) was really good on the phone and easy to talk to, I think there is just a giant gap in integrity and communication from what I can tell. Hope they improve!
Brought our 2013 BMW X1 in with a check engine light and very rough running. Originally took the car to another european auto repair business that had advertised being a BMW specialist and that shop didnt even have the proper equipment to fully diagnose the issue. Had the car towed to folks at CarCare, who had the problem diagnosed and fixed within a couple of days. It was not an inexpensive fix but definately less so taking it to the dealership. What impressed me was the knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism of the staff there. Only one experience there, but well be taking our vehicles there from now on.
Service is warm and friendly. They will oblige you in anyway possible. Prices are better than most and their work is thorough. Very happy with their work and work ethic.

Driving back down from Indiana to Florida and our transmission went. Our car we got from CarMax and had extended insurance max care and this shop was in network with the insurance. The poor guys worked so hard with my car and had some issues with receiving the wrong transmission twice from LKQ and the third transmission they got had a couple issues. They are easy to work with and did the best they could do to get my car done and fixed and to top notch running condition and cared about me. Best shop I have ever been to and cleanest. I would literally drive all the way to Tennessee from Florida to get major issues with my car done. Thank you guys for the best service and thank you for being so patient with my car and all the problems that came with it. You are the best.
I had a situation where as my sensor light stayed on on my Bmw. I took it to CarCare and they knew exactly what to do. I was serviced, my issue with my sensor light was resolved and I was happy and on my way. Thank you, CarCare.
Even though I live all the way out in Brentwood, I will always make the drive out to CarCare to get my car serviced. I had recently taken my car into Firestone where they charged me $110 just to find out what was wrong with my car then gave me an estimate for the repair that would have cost me over $500 total. I took my car to CarCare instead where they found out what was *actually* wrong with it, got the part I needed AND repaired my car in HALF the time that Firestone had estimated, all for $190 after taxes. Not only did they save me a ton of money, the staff was super friendly and the facility was great! Im so grateful/relieved to have finally found a service center that I can trust.
Friendly, professional, fairly priced. My Jetta had 2 problems. They listened to me with respect and answered all my questions. They diagnosed the problems and repaired my car at a fair price. They even have coupons!! I saved $25 on the repairs! One of 2 fellows answered the phone when I called, no long waits and getting transferred around! Later, when a check engine light came on, gas cap not closed, they took my car in ASAP, popped it on their computer, and in just minutes I was on the road!! Think this place is my new go to car care place❤️

I took my minivan in to have the water pump replaced. They told me on my specific car that its a good idea to go ahead and put a new timing chain tensioner on while they are already in there. So I said go ahead. On the way home my check engine light came on. I had the code checked and it said timing was advanced with a slew of other codes. Took it back to them and they said I needed a tune up and all my coils replaced and told me they could do it for $900. I took it back to them twice telling them that the check engine light has never been on before they worked on it and they just kept saying it wasnt anything they did even though they did mess with the timing chain. So I took it somewhere else and had all the spark plugs replaced and the one coil that the code said was bad, had the vvt solenoid replaced, and a few other things and was finally told I still needed the timing chain fixed. The last shop i took it to said whoever put the tensioner on messed up and got the timing off. Needless to say, after all this i have spent about $2000 on a problem i never had before i took it to them. Dont go here.***UPDATE. The new owner contacted me and told me that he was very sorry about what happened. He informed me that the technician that worked on my vehicle has since been terminated and he would like to give me a full refund for the work they did on my van. A couple of days later I received a check in the mail for the refund amount. I am still out a couple thousand dollars because of all the other repairs I had to make because of the mistake, but I am very thankful that he had the integrity to reach out to me and try to make things right. The new owner seemed like he really cared and wanted to try to fix the situation as best as he could.
