We were visiting from out of state and had a check engine light come on and they were beyond helpful and kind and thorough and helping us get back on the road. With two small kids with us they were fast and so helpful to still give us time to do our hike Dow the afternoon.

I used to take my cars to back to the dealerships for service, even after they were out of warranty. I had one vehicle in Presley Automotive for an inspection, he said he could fix my car for less than the dealer. After the dealership could not repair my car, I took it to Mark. First try, it was done. I never looked back. I highly recommend using Presley Automotive.

Wow!! Great folks who know car repair. I felt comfortable from the first time I walked in the door. I always feel comfortable even sending my daughter and my nephew to them for ANY repair work. They replaced a head gasket for my nephew for $350 LESS than 2 other quotes. That car is still running fine almost 2 years later. Honest and fair and reasonable !!!

Came into the shop for an NC inspection. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Service was very quick. As I was just backing up to leave one mechanic noticed something dragging under my car. He stopped me and asked me to pull back in for him to take a look. He dropped onto the ground without any hesitation to look at what the issue might be. Figured it out and solved it in no time. Offered to pay him for the extra time and he refused. I would DEFINITELY come back for more than an inspection. Great shop. Great people.

I was 2 hours away doing an out of town job for one of my clients when, just inside of Hendersonville, my brakes went out. Alarms going off saying check brakes. My client finds out whats going on, and calls me and tells me to call Mark Presley. I then get my truck to limp over very carefully to his shop only a mile away. Mark quickly diagnoses an airhose connection to the brakes and fixes in with a brand new clamp. Then, get this: No charge. So I said here`s 20, get your guys some lunch. He was just super to deal with, knows his stuff, and is beyond fair. Thanks again, Mark, for an assist to an out of towner who needed some help.
