Brigitte Cantrell was courteous and helpful in making the appointment, following up (left a message that the tires had arrived), and getting the service started upon my arrival. The mechanic (sorry, did not get this name) did a terrific job on the service. New tires are well-balanced, the ride is smooth, and the tire noise gone. Just one note: Nobody was wearing masks as advised.
Andrew Gosnell assisted us in buying my husbands new truck today and we found him very friendly and knowledgeable. As far as car buying goes, it was reasonably painless with low pressure tactics and a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend seeking him out at Hendersonville Mitsubishi.
Notice how theyre the ONLY dealer that doesnt show their prices online? I saw a truck by the road and called to ask the price and info, they refused to give the price unless I come sit down with them. This is a tactic used by predatory dealers that overcharge people and add hidden fees. They want to sell you on a payment and not show how much youre actually paying. If a company wont show their price there is a reason its secret and its never a good reason. You wouldnt shop in a store without seeing prices, so why would you buy a car without knowing the cost.
So sorry to correct you Mr. Egolf, but the tie rod did not break, it was the wheel bearing that you probably didnt install correctly on Wednesday that was replaced on Friday the 22nd, right before they took off in my van and said they were taking it to Bryan Easler Toyota for an airbag scan. Once they returned, they told me the problem with the airbag system was the steering column airbag itself. But once my husband called Bryan Easler they informed us that Egolf did not bring the van in for testing, not sure where they took my van. After all this my husband took the van to Bryan Easler and they tell him that the van is not safe to drive and the Egolf did cause the damage to the airbag clock spring. Please admit to the lies, own up to your mistakes, and make this right.

Second car buying experience with Egolf. First time they had me sign papers for a vehicle tryout. Little did I know the paperwork was for the sale of the used car. I went back after a weekend and told them I didn’t want the car after all. Only after I threatened to go to TV news stations and radio did they “find” a different vehicle that better met our needs. That was years ago, why didn’t I learn? Second time was the summer of 2019. We were interested in a Jeep Patriot. They convinced us that we needed a brand new 2018 Jeep Renegade Sport instead because of all the rebates. Two days later we realized we’d bought something we didn’t want. They wouldn’t talk to us about any other vehicle. We went to another new car dealer, traded in the Jeep, and got a vehicle we actually wanted. I don’t recommend Egolf. UNLESS you talk to Heather! She’s the only one I’d trust there.
City Tire was awesome!! Rick, the Manager, was very helpful. The staff was professional and friendly. I ordered tires and they were available in two days. I was able to get an appointment same day and when I arrived Rick got my car in immediately. Their tire prices are competitive and I was very pleased with the staff and the service.
I have three year old twins and an eleven month old baby. We were on the way to Atlanta and found a nail in my tire. They got us in and out super fast because they knew we were close to a meltdown. I highly recommend these guys. Super courteous, fast, and fair. They only charged me $10 for the patch.
At my age, being a great grandfather, I had never experienced such an amicable and gentle salesperson and manager in my life. Trying to buy a car was for once, a pleasant experience, and that is after having bought 21 cars in my life. the trust the people there showed by even offering to take the car home and bringing it the following day was something NEVER experienced in my life. Recently purchased a BMW 328 IX at Egolf and my experience could not be better. From my first inquiry to the final transaction Josh, Lee and their team made the transaction easy and efficient. Josh assured me of their detailed 120 point check. Everything from new breaks, tires and oil change was included. When my wife and I took it for a test drive we found some minor things needing done which were taken care of promptly.When we pick up the vehicle it looked brand new!Service didnt stop after the sale. While driving we noticed that one of the rear speakers was not working. Josh and Lee at Egolf were under no obligation to fix the issue but when I brought it to their attention they immediately told me they would take care of it.NOW THATS SERVICE!THANKS GUYS. ...I guess you know where we will be shopping in the future! We had a good first experience with Egolf. They gave us a loaner car, which is not typically something they are able to do, due to where we live and the nature of what was wrong with our truck. They were honest and did a great job with our brakes and rotors! They also did a great job with their diagnosis and were able to advise our next steps.
Had a recall on a part on my Mitsubishi and had to find a dealership liscenced for servicing exclusive Mitsubishi parts. Found them in a Google search. They were friendly and explained everything that had been done when they finished.
We had been looking for a truck for quite some time. No trucks or dealerships had clicked with us, they didnt listen... with Lee and the entire Egolf team they not only listened but responded. Our salesman was very helpful and friendly and we have no complaints about our salesman! And everyone in the service and detail department was great! How ever we purchased the vehicle a week ago and it needed new tires so they said they would replace them at no extra charge so when we went in to have them change the tires they said they had changed who our lein holder was and we needed to sign a new contract meaning our payment went up and so did our intrest rate this was all because the used car manager messed up and put another customers income on our application and our income on their application so when they sent the bank our income they wouldnt take it. This was a huge hassle and I really wish our experience had been better! We will go back to have vehicles detailed and service done to our vehicles because both service and detail employees are great but we will not buy another vehicle from here.UPDATE: We got a notice saying that the payment was late on the vehicle we traded in so we contacted the dealership to ask when they mailed the payoff check and they said they would be tomorrow. This was almost a month after we traded the vehicle in. Then they proceeded to tell us that they needed a copy of our drivers licenses to get the tag work done so that the tag on the truck could be transferred over to the new vehicle. So for almost a month after trading our old vehicle to our new vehicle they never had the tag transferred over and hadnt payed off our trade in. On top of that the manager Robert Odem was rude to us and asked me to leave his office and we tried to reach him for days to ask if the payoff check had been sent off with no answer so we called the higher up management and even they refused to answer or return our call after calling for four days. I ended up calling the company we had our old vehicle fianced through and they were able to tell me that they didnt even request a payoff until August 25th when we traded vehicles July 27th. Finally on September 4th they paid off our old vehicle and we are done dealing with that place and will never recommend this dealership to anyone and will let everyone know how bad of an experience we had here!

Recently bought a car here after I was involved in a DUI/Hit & Run, resulting in my car being totaled. Awesome service! Dropped off my tire and rim; they called 15 minutes later that it was done! Replaced the faulty valve stem and I’m good to go! I use them a lot and always have a good experience.

Truck was a good price, that was the end of the positive experience. Employees are inept, one tells you one thing another tells you something else. They lost my tag and didnt act like it was a big deal at all, meanwhile my temp tag expired. Dont go, it will bite you in the end.
I was on a trip that carried me through Hendersonville when I hit a pot hole on the interstate, which blew out my tire. I drove into Hendersonville and City Tire Service took care of everything. Unfortunately, I had to replace the tire, due to the damage to sidewall, but the service was quick, the waiting area is nice and comfortable, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I went there on a recommendation from my brother, who lives in the area, and hes been using this tire store for his cars for years and years and has always been satisfied. I definitely recommend this store.

I called at 4:30 with a flat tire (it had a screw in it). They said “come on!” I was in and out in 20 minutes. They were very respectful (even put my spare and jack back in the proper place) and friendly.

For over two decades my family has used City Tire for all of our tire needs. I often enjoyed reading the letters of appreciation and thanks on display in the waiting area. It seems that under new ownership this is not the level of service.A couple of weeks ago, family members took their toyota van to have repairs. At 4:30 they were called and told it was ready. When they arrived the van came in from the road and was placed back on the lift. After a few minutes the van was lowered, the bill paid and everyone walked out. My sister-in-law loaded the kids and backed out. She noticed the airbag light was on-this was not the case when the van was dropped off. She went back to the door and the place was closed. On the ride home the same noise was occurring again. So the next day she returned to City Tire. She explained that the family was going out of town and it needed to be repaired. At the end of the day the van was still not repaired. The following day, the family was told the van had been taken to toyota for a diagnostic but this turned out to be untrue..Imagine the fear, when the family took the van to toyota and discovered the new piece had not been installed correctly and the airbag sensor had been broken. Toyota told them if the piece had come loose they might have wrecked. No airbag. The family- mom, dad, 3 kids and grandparents were headed to Charleston. When Mr Egolf was approached, he did not offer the money back, he did not offer to pay for Toyota to make the repairs and he did not offer a loaner vehicle. He did offer to sell a new van. Now the family has missed several days of work, had to rent a vehicle and the van is still not working. It is a shame that City Tire is not the place it used to be. We will take our business elsewhere.
Would loved to have bought a large amount of parts from them today but after trying to reach them on the phone for 15 minutes i gave up. Time is money.
I had a very unpleasant experience at Egolf about a month ago. I visited the dealership to test drive a car that I was extremely interested in. I had started discussing my interest with my sales agent, but explained that I had an appointment later that day to look at one additional car. My agent told me that would be no problem - that I would be able to put a deposit down on the car and they would hold it for me until I made my decision later that day. I was happy to put down as much as they asked for. However, my agent then left the room to talk with her superior. When she returned, she told me that they actually would not accept a deposit, and that I had to make a decision right now because another potential buyer had expressed interest. This in itself was strange because I had seen this car on the website for the last 2 weeks, and only now was another buyer interested? When I spoke with my agents supervisor, he explained that they do not pressure their customers while in the same breath telling me that I had to make a decision right away. I had to walk away from the deal because of this added pressure, when really the car would have been an excellent fit for me.
Went to get oil changed in sons car but didn’t realize I needed appt. They worked me in and was out in a flash!!! Super nice crew.Will probably bring my other cars to Egolf for service so I can avoid the headaches I get from Asheville Ford.

I bought a 2005 f150 in January of 2017 I had numerous problems with the front end and 4x4 system. Egolf did fix those problems but now the transmission has completely gone out so now its in the shop again to the tune of 3000 dollars. Out of 12 months of ownership Ive maybe gotten to drive it 10 months. In addition I sent a Co worker to Egolf when I first bought my truck because I thought I was dealing with an honest company with integrity. The engine in his truck blew up this past weekend. Now I know why they push those aftermarket warrenties so heavily!!!Do yourself a favor and stay away from this establishment. I never received any correspondence from the GM. Just the sales manager and he just basically tried to sell me another vehicle.

I originally went to (what I thought was) Skyland Automotive in Asheville to get my first oil change on my Mitsubishi. Turns out they sold the company along with the Mitsubishi part of the business. This being said, I had to travel ALL THE WAY TO HENDERSONVILLE in order for Mitsubishi to honor their “first oil change on us” policy. Okay, not that it really matters that much, but as soon as I get to Egolf, get my car checked in, and sit down to wait.... I hear the man behind the service desk talking about me and how outrageous I was and how unbelievable that I traveled so far to get my oil changed. This wouldn’t be the case if “fields” (used to be Skyland) would have gave me the oil change.The sales team at Egolf is very nice and helpful, but after sitting here waiting on my car, and hearing the remarks the man has made to multiple customers, I’ve concluded that the services team is a complete joke.Also, they drive customers cars around with no respect, speeding up and slamming on the brakes. Don’t bring your vehicle here. Not even to get your tires rotated. That’s all!

Not just because of that sweet Corvette they had sitting out front but because of the staff and salespeople! They are really upfront and probably the most honest people Ive ever purchased a vehicle from! I rarely write reviews but my recent experience with Dan Coach Essenberg at eGolf Motors warranted one. Dan and eGolf are fantastic in every way. I was looking for a used Ford Shelby GT500 and eGolf had what appeared to be the perfect car, the only problem was I was 500 miles away as I am in Fairfax Virginia. I spoke with Dan over the phone and right off the bat I was comfortable, which I have never been with any car dealer. He was very sincere, down to earth and forth right. I was buying the car sight unseen other than a local friend going by to look at it. The car was actually better than any others I had seen in my search. From the first phone call to Dan meeting me with the car at the airport the entire process was flawless. I was so impressed with Dan and eGolf that I will most likely buy my next F-150 from them and take a long weekend in Brevard / Asheville to pick it up. It is a pleasure to deal with folks who walk the talk.
