They are a decent place to go and get tires. I had a flat with road hazard. Took a week for them to get a replacement tire in. While I waited I picked up the rim to have it checked and recoated. When I finally picked it up I saw the service tech persistently wiping 2 spots on the wheel while the service writer was standing next to him. When he came back I asked if it had gotten all scratched up again while installing the new tire (like last time) he said no and explained their complicated machine made specifically for low profiles. Thought it was curious that he didnt roll it in there to give it to me. After I paid the tech rolled it out to my car and sure enough, scratched all over again from the machine. Follow up: In their canned response below they asked me to contact them. I did, received an email saying a district manager would contact me in 1-2 business days. That was 2 weeks ago and no word. Demoting to 1 star.

Choose this location for all of your tire needs! Extremely helpful and kind staff (ask for Jared; hes the man). I came in for a tire rotation and left knowing my car was a much safer vehicle to drive. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Ill definitely always return to this location. Not very friendly. They were backed up and when I asked if they knew anyone that could help he said no that I would have to wait till they had an opening in a week( I had a flat tire). Do not recommend if need fast immediate service.

Everyone looked like they were dragging and did not want to be there. 30 minutes after they opened one guy went next door to get Waffle House. There were alot of cigarette breaks as well. The guy quoted me an hour for 4 new tires and an alignment (it needed an alignment bad). They put my car up on the lift and took all the wheels off. It then sat up in the air with the wheels off for over an hour while no one was touching it. Finally they put the wheels back on, pulled my car out of the bay and pulled it infront of another bay that already had another car in. One guy told me it was ready to go and took my payment. I asked him if they did the alignment and he said I actually think he still has to do it. 5 minutes later he said Youre actually good to go, he already did the alignment . So I walked to my car (parked infront of a bay) and I drove off. They obviously never did the alignment. Its just as bad as when I pulled in there and never saw it go in the alignment bay. Ill go back to Discount Tire next time...They are on another level with being professional and knowledgeable.

My son took his truck in for alignment and they said he needed new tie rod ends but had to buy whole assembly due to being seized. So we replaced them and they had messes up the boots by using hose clamps and damaged the boots.I contacted them through the Facebook app and they said that’s not the kind of work they want to be known for and would order new boots and realign.It took me waiting 2 weeks and having to contact them to get the job done( manager had taken off and other manger didn’t know what the parts were for and sent them back). In the long run they fixed their work. Only statement I have is I shouldn’t have to call and remind them they need to do it.

I wanted to buy tires for my utility trailer that sits in my garage most of the time. The manager found me some new great priced tires that would be all that I need. I appreciate his help in allowing me to have no worries while occasionally hauling items.

My first experience with Jesse and the crew at Tire Discounters was some tears back with my 2006 Honda CRV. Then about a year ago I bought a 2016 CRV and had a tire issue. There was a nail in an odd part of the tire, and Jesse repaired it at no charge! So, of course I returned to Jesse and his crew for a new set of tires. Great guys! Jesse is really awesome to deal with, and I will remain a Tire Discounters loyal customer!

This Tire Discounters location was extremely helpful. I had a few questions about my tires and brakes and they did not try to haggle me or encourage services that I did not need. Specifically Jesse Allen (Service Manager) answered all of my questions and identified a timeline for me to consider getting certain services done. Jesse Allen was extremely professional and the maintenance team was expeditious in checking for things while I waited (maybe all of 15 minutes). I would recommend you taking your vehicle here for service!

I set an appointment on Sunday 2/14 for Saturday morning 2/20. This included ordering 4 tires and receiving a phone call on Monday confirming the order and Saturday appointment time. Received a follow up email on Friday confirming my appointment time Saturday at 8:00 AM. Arrived at 8:00 and the store did not have my tires. The general manager indicated they did not arrive as expected. He said the tires would be in later that morning and would give me a call. Needless to say, I was frustrated.The general manager did call me around 10:30 and indicated the tires I ordered would not arrive. He did offer me an upgrade on tires for the same price, if I was interested in completing the transaction today (or waiting until Monday or Tuesday for the tires I ordered to arrive). I accepted the upgrade and was called into the shop around 1:00 PM to have the tires installed.It was a decent ending to a frustrating start to the day. I was disappointed that no one called me on Friday or even early Saturday morning to advise that my tires had not arrived. I do give credit to the general manager for identifying a solution and making it happen. Would have been a 5 star grade, but for lack of communication, I give the store a 3

Made a 9am appointment to get brake pads, around 915 was told it would be about 20 more minutes before they could get it in the bay so I decided to go have breakfast across the street. Came back at 1130 only to find out it still hasnt been looked at but its next... I called headquarters and told them how disappointed I was. I made a 9am appointment because I needed my vehicle early in the day (I work out of it) I was told the message would be relayed. 30 minutes later I was called and told I needed right caliper, rotors and pads I say okay how long to do it?? I was told 2 hours but it wasnt done until 3pm. I lost the whole day of work and spent hundreds on brakes... oh and never heard back from headquarters either... no big deal but I wont be back!

Darrell was fantastic! Made the process as smooth and easy as it possibly could be. He was friendly and professional and provided great time estimates and got the car back earlier than we even requested.

Personal Vehicle Mangers Aaron and Darrell were super nice and punctual. Would absolutely recommend their pick-up service. Additionally, Jesse is usually who I have my interactions with inside the store and on the phone, and hes always very polite and responsive. E Main is definitely my favorite TD location.

Took 2.5 hours to do oil change and tire rotation. Had i quoted at 110 but wanted to charge me 140 when I got there. Told them I had a nail in my tire but they couldnt find it.

Very pleased with our services! The young man that took care of us inside was polite, kind, and honest about some service that other places said we needed.. We had gone to two other places for quotes and recieved about $600+ what Tire Discounters had quoted. We were on the fence on some services that may or may not have been required and they were fair, upfront, and honest about the things we did not need. They will most definitely have our return buisness! Working on getting our second vehicle into them soon!

Bunch of clowns. Ive been there twice and they have completely wasted my time both visits. First time they said a part on my Jeep was bad and needed to be replaced, and that part didnt even exist on the Jeep! The second time, I called and got a quote for some work and when I arrived the price was totally different. They quoted me an hour labor for something that would take them 15 minutes. This place is sorry as hell and I wouldnt trust them to clean my windshield.

General manager Tyler couldnt have made it a more enjoyable experience. By far the best customer service I have ever received at any mechanic in my adult life. Great communication with me about any issues found, but no pressure to upsale or have any add-ons. I actually felt like I could trust what was being told to me, and that very rarely happens with most mechanics. While waiting for tires to be mounted on my truck, I did notice that the customer service didnt end with me but was also given to everyone there.Facilities were clean and very customer friendly. Seemed like the customer was taken in mind when preparing and laying out the lobby and waiting area. With everything done to my truck, I was there for a couple of hours but was very comfortable waiting.As far as pricing goes, I shopped around with several tire mechanics before choosing tire discounters. Theyre prices with all of the benefits, specials, and warranties were the best by far compared to the rest of the other business I received quotes from.I live about 45 minutes away, drive a diesel truck and a gas suv. I will only bring my vehicles to them to be serviced. Its worth every penny paid in fuel and the time driving to know Im in good hands. Couldnt be happier with my relationship with tire discounters of Hendersonville, TN.

Was getting 2 front tires had a minor gas leak in a rear near gas tank. Waited over 2 hours to be told that they was scared to change the front tires becuase of the leak in the back after being told it wouldnt be a problem before I handed them the key went to the next closest place and they changed them no problem also for around $80 cheaper. Dont go here if you have anything leaking at all.

Jesse/ Jay checked my 2019 toyota camry tires which were originally supposed to been pluged rotated and balanced by toyota dealership technicians. Upon their inspection they found errors that the dealership made and also noted that they didnt balance or rotate my tires because my tire would not balance in the machine after the toyota dealership told me I had a bent wheel they were extremely honest and patient now days its hard to find buisness and people with good integrity so when I see it I am extremely grateful I am a buisness owner myself and thats my number one rule . DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Had 2 brand new tires installed on the vehicle and the 1 tire has a slow leak. Every couple of months the tire will be down 10 psi. I have had the vehicle back multiple times and the problem persists. Also, I have started to have a Tire pressure sensor fault. This will occur if they damage or do not reset the sensors. I took the car to the dealer to have it fixed correctly. Will NEVER take a car here again.

Every time I take my car there to get my tires balanced it’s always more out of balanced when I get it back. They are bad with my vehicle no respect for my car at all. All they do is rotate the tires and claim they balanced it and done a wheel alignment. Horrible technicians that definitely do not know what they’re doing.

Josh and Kelly were very accommodating. If your new to the area and need 4 new tires this is the place to go. They even let me check exactly what tires I wanted before they were put on. The wait was 4 hours, but you can leave and come back.

Dropped off my van at 10 this morning for an oil change, and told them I would come back in a couple hours to pick it up. Was told by Sean a couple hours would be no problem to get it finished. I go back 3 hours later and am told will be 2 more hours before it is finished because we have had a lot of big jobs and you have 2 more in front of you. That is code for we were doing other things we were making more money on. I understand an oil change is not profitable, but I was going to buy tires from them that they insisted I so desperately needed, not now. No one apologized, suggested or offered another time to come back, nothing.

Recently I was in town on business and unfortunately experienced a flat tire. While I was able to change the flat myself roadside, I was unable to patch it. Luckily, I was staying nearby the Hendersonville store. I dropped my damaged tire off to Kyle late in the evening after a very hot day. Kyle took my tire and assured me he would have it repaired in 20 minutes or so. I told him not to worry, I would be back the next morning and pick it up. When I arrived the next day Kyle greeted me with a smile and my plugged tire. I asked how much the repair was going to cost and he replied, no charge. Have a safe trip and get home safe. These days we just dont see service like this! So please, the next time youre in Hendersonville, TN and in need of ANY kind of tire service, stop by Tire Discounters and see Kyle. He will accommodate you and treat you with the respect you deserve. I know I will!

Had an 8:00 am appointment time for a simple tire rotation and didnt get out of there until almost 9:15 am. Entirely too long for a set appointment for simple process.

I called in to ask how long a tire alignment would take to get done and I was told only 30 minuets so I showed up at 2pm and I was told that if I left it there it would be ready around 5:30pm after closing time so I went outside to call someone to come pick me up so I could leave my car and I went back inside to give my keys up and the man at turned around and looked in the window and after turning back around said that it would be done around 7:30. No one had gone inside the store in the time I had walked outside to make the phone call. It sounded like they didn’t want to work on my car. Now I understand it if you are busy but that’s not an excuse to randomly jump two hours after giving me a 5:30pm pick up time. I would rather have been told that they were filled up for the day had that been the case. Needless to say, I walked out and I’m not going to be getting an alignment there.

I went in for a rotate and balance. They told me I have a small bent wheel 5 of 10 which sounds more than small but regardless, Im looking for a new rim, yay. But the staff there was polite, kind and quick. Will go back. Get there!

Took way too long, 4 hrs, when they said 1.5 hrs. Didnt balance tires correctly, had to take truck back. They should be more honest if they need assistance hire more trained installers. Atleast Im honest.

I would leave 0 stars is that was a option. Ordered tires 1 week prior to appointment showed up for appointment no tires had been ordered!!!! There was never a ticket created, took the day off from work to get tired put on and there was not even a apology for THEIR mess up. Went 1.5 miles down the rd to Discount Tire and had a brand new set of tires within 2 hours, thats AWESOME customer service. I will recommend Discount Tires to everyone as for Tire Discounters you should take some notes from them.

Have got decent deals here but the downside for me is even though you set a appointment you still end up sitting there for hours until they get started and finish your car.Could be from lack of much needed employees but the company is very picky about who they hire if you have any kind of checkered past even from long ago they will not hire you at all. Some ppl think thats a good thing but ppl do change for the better and telling someone there past is why they cant change tires is very frustrating and deflating.(Obvious personal experience of mine)I had the background and training and skill set they needed but none of that mattered because when I was younger I made some bad decisions

Decent tires at a decent price but for me its all down hill from there. I knew that my alignment was out and thats the reason I chose TD well 2-3 visits and I thought it was taken care of. Have taken advantage of free rotation went back last week for a rotation and had a leak in one tire was told I had two nails in tire and fronts were too worn to rotate couldnt patch tire either. Bought a plug kit plugged ONE hole ( screw) the other nail ( looked like small needle) had not penetrated, and rotated myself. Ive also had some drive belt work done there and they double dipped me on the labor for that. I realize I still have an alignment problem but they aligned it. Ive been in the automotive industry since 1979 (ASE CERTIFIED Master and Chrysler Certified Gold). Anyway I guess Ill have to find a good alignment shop and then buy a couple of new tires. It just wont be here.

Called at 7:30 am day after Thanksgiving Black Friday gentlemen answered greeted with a please good morning can he help me.I then told him what I was looking for and do they honor price match. He said yes we do has long has we have it in a competitive price. He then said bring the add from competitive store and he could work it out. Got there told the gentlemen that I called to talk to someone about a price match very friendly and professional he said might have been Tyler which he then called for him . I showed Tyler the add he then said no problem have estimated price and I agreed ask for my keys and questions and I asked how long he said about 30 minutes...sat in waiting room it had complimentary coffee and bottled water in a mini-fridge and before I new it my car was pulled to the front and gentleman walking to service desk with my paper work. Young lady Melissa said sir your ready.gave me a extra perk when I paid and overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!! THANK YOU MELISSA AND TYLER !!! AND GUYS IN THE SERVICE AREA!! WILL BE BACK. If I could give them a zero I would. I took my truck to get an alignment ended up buying a 1 year unlimited alignment. They come tell me I need ball joints Im like ok how much they tell me 1600 so I call and get a quote from Christian Brothers they tell me 1100 so I go get it done there. I go get in my truck to leave tire discounters and noticed after they did alignment there were ring around face of wheels on front of truck these are like 3day old fuels 20*10. So I get ball joints replaced at Christian Brothers take it back to Tire Discounters to get alignment since I already paid for 1 year alignment. We get there its 5pm they close at 7pm they tried to tell my wife they may not be able to get to it tonight we said we can pick it up at 7 that night. So we get a call its done at six.We pick it up take it home when we get home. My wife notices caps missing and the ring around our wheels is back along with scratches on our brand new wheels. We call them said they dont have cap I said it was on when we dropped it off. So Sean says the alignment machine does not touch the wheels. Thats a lie. So they dont offer to replace so we talk to store manager he says same stupid lie. They do did nothing for us besides lie to us. They are very unprofessional they have guys walking around with hats on and vaping while walking to cars. This is not professional business at all. Contacting regional manager and corporate. If discount tire made this mistake they would fix it and make sure I was happy. Its called integrity get some guys. Sorry if my spelling is wrong and grammar is bad, but I am mad.

I started buying tires and services from Tire Discounters before they even moved to Hendersonville. Josh always takes care of me and I feel the prices are fair, so I dont even shop other stores.

What Service?I walked in to get my free rotation and purchase an oil change. Thats my first mistake, not making an appointment.I was greeted as always and told that the oil change had a 3 hour wait, but the tire rotation only had a 20 minute wait, so I stayed to have the 2nd service performed.I waited for a 40 minutes where i was told twicr through that period of time, that my car was next.With no time left as I had an appointment coming up, I asked for my key back and left feeling VERY disappointed. My second mistake is that I chose Tire Discounters for my tires.Advice. When you have such a nice building and claim high reputation, PLEASE plan your staff accordingly so your customers ALWAYS feel taken care of.Thank you.

Update: Quick to call and follow up with our complaints.Sean Refused alignment services of my tires due to low tread when I changed my mind and decided to do the summer special rate when seeing the coupon after I had an appointment set for 5 DAYS. Funny though, I drive right down to Goodyear tire and my car is up, being serviced now. So out of curiosity I ask how the tread was on my tires, and they said They are in good shape, but not perfect. In which I understand. SO after the struggle with them refusing my services, I call the customer service line and had to leave a VOICEMAIL. IT IS ONLY 4PM. I am extremely disatisfied and highly UNRECOMEND their services!!!!!

Sat here for two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They lied and said they rotated the tires and I let them know I watched and they had not...I wont be back.
