So sorry Hendersonville store is closed.. I want to upset grade my phone and dont want to go to another location.

Best store in town, honestly when you speak with them there she will explain in detail everything you need to know and will answer all your questions. She and her new employees are very nice and you can see they are very educated. If you need help just go in and they will out of their way to help you in any way possible. Love this place I am so glad there is a cricket in Hendersonville now!

Best store to go to here in Hendersonville, their costumer service is over the top and they make you feel welcomed! Prices are great, if you need a cell phone I totally recommend this place, you’re in and out super fast! Definitely my favorite store to go to from now on!!

The young lady Diana was a great help. Very patient and good at getting answers.

We decided to switch our phone plan to the Cricket Unlimited plan that provides 4 lines of unlimited data for $100/month. The offer included a free phone for every phone number ported to Cricket. We did not receive the free phones per the Cricket contract. We tried to contact the owner about obtaining our free phones but he/she was never in the store and would not speak with us directly. We could not determine the owner’s name even after directly asking the employee for it. (Beware the Cricket store in Madison on Myatt drive is owned by the same person.) We contacted other Cricket stores nearby and all those owners were available and agreed to talk to us. We were very disappointed and disgruntled with the service provided at this Cricket store as they did not honor the contract. We found it unprofessional and dishonest that we paid for this service and did not receive everything we paid for.

I have had service with cricket for over 15 years. The customer service is great, the coverage is great, I just would love to see the coverage area include Gainsboro, Tennessee!

Manager didnt let me pay my bill saying I coukdnt make a bridge pay till payday I asked please I need a working phone... they ssid no. Very disapointed.

Go to the zoo and try to talk to a monkey. That is what it is like to go into this cricket store and speak to the employees. They knew nothing about phones and just didnt care about switching me to their network. COMPLETE TRASH. Think about your hopes and dreams before you enter this store.

I would never go here again. Use a different Cricket store.

Went after work to get a replacement phone yea I know it was 6:53 but they were supposed to be open were they no the doors were locked and the reps acted like the didnt see me and said were closed and started laughing what kind of service is this I call bull -------😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 this is unacceptable

Very good service and the people there are very good they know what they do and they help you in what I recommend.
