Not a fan of this DG. The staff is not friendly at all. They literally never greet or wish a good day, like standard customer service. One lady got the worst attitude with me because I said I didnt want to use self check...there were 2 employees standing right there at the registers.

Staff is always courteous and professional. You are greeted when you enter the store.

After shoping at this store #09800 fir 30 yrs..my wife and I had the worst service today 2-27-21. An employee named Eugene, when asked if you still carry cold coffee international Delight he began arguing with my wife until I had had enough. As a manager if 20 yrs.one this I do know YOU NEVER ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER..Other customers heard him getting loud and other employees took notice..I have contacted Dollar General Headquarters.You lost a true customer. Never let a employee tell you theres not a manager there and that hes the manager Which limited PR skills.. We are now shopping at kroger. LMr Neighbours

Clean place. Very well stocked not cluttered. Most staff is friendly.

Not sure what the normal people here are use to, but lord that is a nasty dollar general. For this to be located in the same area as their headquarters is pretty shameful.

I love DG...just make sure you ask before you get overwhelmed looking for an item.

It was very plesant. They have a team that comes in the store regularly and removes items and they sanitize thw whole. It was very comforting to know that.

Very nice for a small store. Things are a little crowded and it could be a little neater, but having all the new amenities of Dollar General is very nice! My only complaint was that the cashier could have smiled just a little bit or at least acted like she was trying to smile instead of looking so mad! She couldnt even smile at me after me complimenting her hair wrap. She still looked like she was mad at the entire world! Ill definitely remember her in my prayers and hope that her night gets better!

Lady works there is annoying and is slow

I Love this location. The workers are Always Friendly.

Im glad the store got an update. Still issues with uboats all over the store with freight piled up blocking shelves or entire aisle completely. Boxes unpacked in aisles that are already too small to have traffic flow in both directions. Music blaring causing your ears to ache. Love the location and all, but it just always seems to be something in this store causing inconvenience to the customer.

Always a mess in this place. Looks dirty and dark when you walk in. Employees are not very friendly. Very small, items in the middle of isles, things are just not in place, and several items are outdated.

Long lines and only one register open ever. Lord forbid another worker has to get off their phone in order to open up another register. Good selection but poor service. Customer service otherwise is nice.

Not enough help during busy times. Friendly and courteous staff though.

I literally could not get through one single isle. They had boxes and dollies in the way down EVERY ONE yes EVERY ONE. I even took pictures because I couldnt believe it & knew nobody else would either without pictures & I thought cooperate should know that the manager when asked about it gave no descent excuse for why it was like that. Absolutely no common sense. It made it so miserable to shop that I left.

Dollar General are large scale convenient stores, they have most everything you need and the staff at the one in Hendersonville is very friendly!

I go here first before any other store. Fair pricing and usually quick check out.
