I’ve been a member of this location since 2012 joining when I moved to this area. At the beginning Mike was a great guy but as the political atmosphere began to change I noticed a switch in his demeanor. The one melanin guy ended up quitting (Phillip or something) and Mike began to display a bit more disrespectful tendencies.I was told today that he was revoking my membership because I kindly and politely asked him NOT to fill my water up with the pre-filled jugs he has sitting on the counter tops (they sit there over night meaning 2 things. My water is sitting in plastic jugs and it’s not as fresh as I’m paying for it to be). However, bc I refused to allow him to do so he got very upset claiming it’s the same water. But his actions made this interaction super sketchy and it made no sense for him to get belligerent to the point that he wanted to end my 9 yr membership.It doesn’t matter if it’s unicorn water, if I’m paying for services I should be able to get the water the service is providing at the highest ph level available. As you can see (and like I told him) from a consumers point of view the machine water seems to be a lot more alkaline than the jugs he poured in.

We have been getting our water weekly here for a few years now. The owner is informative and so sweet. We love our Kangen Water!
