Great overall experience. Came in with an idea of what I wanted and left feeling fully confident in my purchase. The people there took good care of me and my wife. After 10+ years of being a Jeep owner, I was in the market for something different. Based on my research and several consumer reviews, I decided I wanted a 2018 Nissan Rogue. I came across the Montrose Superstore while performing a search on KBB.com. They had the PERFECT Rogue for a great price. It had low miles, every bell & whistle I wanted, and the interior and exterior were immaculate. The only downside was that they were 4+ hours away! I initially spoke with Karissa who was great and put me in touch with my salesman, Emilio. He sent me a video of the car inside and out and was super knowledgeable. I (along with my husband and friend)decided to take the drive and I am so glad we did. The Rogue was everything I hoped for and more. Emilio was absolutely awesome to work with and I can honestly say, I would consider making the drive again for a future purchase!

I recently took my son there to look for a car. He found on, test drove it, and put money down for it. We were told that the vehicle had 1 owner. A 70 year old lady who traded it in for a new one. We were also told that it wouldnt be serviced the next day and whatever parts it needed would be replaced. The next day came around and after 2 phone calls made by us to check on the status of the service...we were told that it needed transmission work and he could get his down payment back. Even though the deal had been made the evening before. After all of this, we came to find that this car had 2 previous owners and 2 accidents. I give them zero stars. I had to give them at least 1 or it wouldnt let me post.

They were able to take care of my service quickly and washed my truck when finished.
