I was treated very well at Montrose Nissan! I was approached by salesman Brandon who was very informative and was able to easily find and recommend cars that matched my specifications! After test driving a car that I really liked, I noticed some minor exterior damage (no rust, but a few somewhat significant scratches). Brandon was able to mark down the car a little bit because of the scratches, which is not a professional courtesy that I have been treated to a lot. Furthermore, the paperwork process was thorough yet quick. Special shoutout to Terry, Tara, and Bethany who made the final sale very easy. I definitely recommend this place!

If I could go lower than a one star I would. I bought a 2018 Nissan Titan from this dealer and live an hour away; I’ve schedule two appointments to get anything and everything I’ve needed done and they failed to complete both times. The second time the truck didn’t even move from the spot that I dropped it off at around 8 am - the time I went to see it was done at 4 PM. I love my Titan as a truck; I will never own another after this experience at Montrose Nissan.

He went the extra mile to find what product would best suit my needs. He offered different avenues to find the vehicle that worked for me. He earned my trust by his honesty and effort he showed through the process. I would recommend him to a friend or family member and certainly go back to him for my next vehicle.The questionnaire I received from Him is misleading somewhat. There are a few issues with the car after the sale that I have concerns with. The questionnaire does not ask questions in regards to satisfaction after the sales and actually driving the vehicle on the road.

I bought a 2017 Nissan rouge sport here about two weeks ago and absolutely love it! It’s a fantastic suv and does amazing! My salesperson Emilio was wonderful to work with and made it extremely easy finding the right one and was patient with me while I considered all of my options and continued to give me different options that fit better in my budget. My only complaint about the car is that when I picked it up the retailers were either smoking inside the car or around the car. Opening any door to my rouge that’s all you can smell is cigarette smoke and it’s probably the worst part about it because I’ve been spending hours and my own time trying to clean the smoke smell out of it. But other than I’ve had no problems with my rouge at all and would go back to montrose again!
