Love our local JCPENNEY store.

They are always great with me...if you know what you need or want..just ask..i never have a problem when i go there..

Still has nice clothes and hand bagsbut their womens selections of Skechers tennis shoes leave a lot to be desired. Half the boxes on the shelves are empty. Need more shoes.Will be back again to see if this has changed.

Looking for something dressy but not too fancy for an upcoming wedding. Selection was not very good. Styles either for younger women or old lady styles. Very limited on sizes as well.

We found ourself everything we wanted it would have been helpful when buying a suite to have someone that knew what they were doing I guessed then we went to mens shorts and found few size 34 but bought what we found we spent 500 then went to jewelry lady was helping someone else we went to ladies and left went elsewhere for both what we got we liked and the check out girl was wonderful even with a cast on her harm very friendly very good customer service from her no one else spoke to us that worked there

Its a store with very expensively apparel. $45 for two pa pages of underwear. One was even half off. I saw jeans o. Sale too. About 38$ to 55$ a pair. That is just hideously expensive to my wallet. Why did I shop there? I dont want to shop at wal.art.

Escalator was broken. The heat was broken too

Everything in the store basically on sale and only one customer service area open. Asked for GPS at the jewelry counter and was dismissed. Only had one item. She was just standing there talking l to 2 other associates. Based on their attitude and rudeness will not return

JCPenney always had a large selection of mens shoes. I went there after work and was shocked that your mens shoe selection was literally 1/4 of what it used to be. Besides the limited pairs of shoes for sale I was appalled at the empty boxes on the shelves. You should be embarrassed.

JCPenneys been shopping there for years but theres selection isnt the greatest especially for women who are looking for cute little things to wear out for an evening a lot of older outdated looks and got to watch the pricing unless you can get some good coupons.

Decent shopping experience. Not very busy due to being in essentially a near Dead Mall.

There selection is always great. We visited today and using a birthday coupon we got 3 dresses and 2 pairs of shoes for less than $75 which surprised us 😄👍

JCPenney Photo is a rip-off! (1 star)1. Let us pick the pictures we are stuck with...2. Pictures were blurry and you cut people off in the photos. Lighting wasnt right either. What more could go wrong? (I asked why the pictures were blurry and the manager blamed the computer screen. SMH. The digital copies were the exact SAME!)3. Get off your backside and do your job. Stop being lazy. [This is for the grossly obese manager.]4. Not worth the money you waste. Do not go here! Get a friend who can push a shutter button. You will save hours of your life and $200 - $400.Updated:The JC Penneys store manager was apologetic and promised to look into it for me. (+1 star)

Wow the girl at Sephora picked us out Exactly what we needed. And we got a super cute gift too! Everyone so helpful and the one girl definitely has style!!

I was able to return a Christmas present that didnt fit. Although I wasnt able to exchange the gift the salesman tried to find the item.

Christmas Eve shopping at JCPenney is a joy. Customer service was fantastic and helpful. They had most everything I needed to buy. Do not hesitate to patronize this store.

Got a great big n tall section. Support it and keep one of the last options in the valley to actually look and try on clothes.

One of the cashiers was helping a particularly difficult (and clearly hard to please) customer. She remained so friendly, helpful, and didnt seem flustered at all! Its rare for me to run across a rude employee there.

I am a little disappointed in the quality of products that I am seeing at Penneys. I guess I am just used to the yesteryear store from back in the day. I bought a Oster blender not long ago, the glass picture part was extremely heavy, the plastic base was very very light and cheap. Trying to do a little mixing was terrible, the noise was unreal and the base could barely hold up the glass container.

There is not much left in our mall, but Penneys is still there. When Im looking for something special, this is the place I head for. Nice clean, friendly, well stocked store.

JCPenney is a great store to shop at they had a lot of good Bargains when we were in there a few weeks ago and appreciated the quality of the clothes to and my grandson really liked it hes a teenager now

Didnt have anything I was looking for

Spectacular selection of activeware for summer at amazing sale prices! By utilizing coupons Im able to increase my savings even more. I also love their selection of bathroom towels, shower curtains and rugs. Spring is a great time to overhaul color schemes throughout the house. A fresh coat of paint will complete your look.

Long lines and they dont call for extra cashiers. The cashier needed an override and the manager Amanda took a look at the long line and just walked away. Theres a reason department stores are closing left and right. Train your people to take care of the customers

Has lots of clothing and accessory options for all ages! As well as shoes and a prescription glasses store! I only wish it was bigger!

This is a huge jcpenney although when I was visiting the air conditioning was not working and it was a very hot day. Not having ac made my shopping trip short.

I went there for great deals as last yr. but, not a whole lot of deals. Not like last yr. No womans pjs or men. The jewelry wasnt all that great either. I did however find cookie sheets at a steal! Kohls was super packed! & had really great deals!

I had a wonderful shopping experience here, Im picky about my tennis shoes and they had an ample selection to choose from. I also found other things on sale that I hadnt even planned on buying. The sales staff were courteous and helpful.

I had a return that was an online order. The merchandise was fine but I wanted a different size. The customer service department in store very nicely accepted and credited the purchase. When I told her what I was looking for she immediately directed me to the exact area for my purchase. Great service! JC Penney is Soooo needed. Thanks for being here.

Purchased frig, stove, and dishwasher. We were never told the dishwasher would not be installed. Only the stove and refrigerator. On top of that, two weeks later they offer a $700 visa card for multiple appliance purchase. I think we should have been told of the up coming promotion. I see why store is having problems. I think they have lost me as a customer.
