Clean. Stocked shelves. Friendly staff. Offers groceries too. Full size Walmart with garden and outdoors. Ample parking plus Walmart services. Optometry, pharmacy also included. They have auntie Ann’s pretzels and subway to order food. Has a salon next to customer service in the front.

These people here are so rude I tried a pair of work pants on but they were to small so I asked the four Walmart associate standing outside of the dressing room to assist me in finding a size that fit they rolled there eyes at me and said to order them online... That they didnt carry them in stock... So after walking back to the mens department I found a entire rack of the pants that I wanted but none In a 36x34 just my luck 😤😤😤😤

Found everything I needed. Place was packed with people. Covid not scaring anyone away from stores. Dont care for self checkouts.

Went to check out... Self check out with conveyor belt just as I was scanned my item a guy came up and said, this register is closed you will have to use a different one. And he wasnt polite about it either. So I went to the other self serve check out with conveyor belt wouldnt take my card or money so again I went to another self check out scanned my item my granddaughter had money in her hand now her money wasnt to pay for the item... I had my card out for that... But no here comes a employee who takes it upon himself to cancel my order and informs me the check out is card only ( no kidding thats why I have my card out) he says come with me rings me out at his little podium register... And takes my granddaughters money... And says I have no change heres 2 dollars. Just WOW... By this time I reach my boiling point and told the guy my experience of checking out from beginning to end... Did bat an eye... All he said was good night. What a terrible experience for one item...

Went to grab a pair of pants for an important occasion. I thought Id have trouble finding anything stylish in a larger size, but I was pleasantly surprised and ended up getting more than I planned. The store was very tidy, fast help at the fitting room, and despite only having a few open registers, the checkout was done quickly.

Always good to shop at Walmart. Just wished they reinforced their own mask policy and I was floored that the price of bacon has gone up again. 3 lb. pack started at $12.99 just before the Pandemic. It now cost $20.99...wow that is quite high. Last month that same item was $17.99...smh

Its Walmart. Typical positive experience except the check out lines are huge around rush hour.

The selection of products was extensive however the wait in a checkout line of 20 Items or Less took 20 minutes. The other lines were longer. *Self Checkout does not take cash.

The largest Walmart Ive been in yet. This Walmart has food items for allergy impaired persons to cook/bake with.

Brought my sons vehicle for new tires, got a text almost 2 hours later to get the car. Was told that the car had a has leak and they couldnt do the tires. There was no gas leak, the car was never even moved or looked at the whole time we were there. Waste of my time.

Made a quick trip. An associate was able to look up something and direct me to where I needed to go. I got most of what I needed. Some items were sold out.

Did an online order of party supplies it just got done raining they told me I had to come into deli to pick it up because it was storming (it was not) well having 2 kids with me I just left ill have my husband run after work which he did and they had no order for me because I got a confirmation stating I picked it up which I never did! convenient for them not for their customers as I cant pick it up at the tower anymore like I normally do so I have to do curbside overall poorly managed and thought out and definitely not organized as they said I picked it up and I did not.

Its a walmart. Customer service on the actual floor of the store is almost non existent. Customer service desk is always crowded and the workers there in that department are not very pleasant. I guess what you should take away from this review is that walmart employees are not very helpful or friendly at this location. The store is generally clean and has a decent selection of products. Checking out is always a hassle there are either too few lanes open or you can use self check out, but if you use self check out be ready to have about 100 stoppages because of the programming of the registers is I guess is really sensitive. This store is okay and I shop there when I must. If you need something walmart most likely has it but be ready to wait to check out .

Absolutely horrible shopping there. At 8:00 pm only two checkouts open, extremely long waits in lines. Several self checkouts open which I rarely use, and all of them are credit it debit only, very few using them because of that and the rain for long lines. Service desk and jewelry registers wouldnt help anyone either. Everyday I hate Walmart more and more for these reasons. Also shelves were at a minimum of being stocked. Over all very poor, spend your money elsewhere if you can. Dollar General, Aldis, Giant Eagle.

Its Walmart. Everything you need for around the house and they even provide free entertainment. One of my favorite places to people watch.

The store is well maintained and they are not forcing, but they are asking to wear a mask. They provide sanitizer and wipes for your hands and buggy. They are doing what they can

This Walmart is well stocked, employees friendly and helpful. It is a Supercenter so you can shop for food as well. Clean and well organized.

Shelves empty or last item on top shelf and cant be reached, nobody answers phone when you call, clerks dont know anything about the store or were things are if you can even find a clerk... Only shop there when absolutely have to.

Not a bad selection of items and supplies honestly not a bad place to shop

The store is frequently out of items, so you have to shop early in the day. The associates are friendly and helpful, which is a plus. Overall, it is okay.

The shelves have been very bare lately not finding everything I normally buy. It gets very frustrating when I have to run to another store to get it . But Walmart is one of my favorite stores because I can go and buy for my grandchildren and I can buy milk and bread and what I need so that makes it nice. And I dont understand why you can buy something in one Walmart and not in another. I buy certain candies we like at the Bradford Walmart thats Bradford PA. But the one here at my home in Hermitage PA they never have them Im looking for the large bag of gummy nerds. Even though I get frustrated and disappointed I still will shop at Walmart its very close to my home and thats a big plus.

Walmart is Walmart. This was a Supercenter so I was able to get most of what I needed. I find it very disappointing that they are trying to force customers to use the self-checkout. In a Supercenter there are only two regular registers open in the lines were very long. One to beam up

Really filthy and absolutely smelly store. And i do not write this on one time experience but its like this every time i go there.

Its WALMART - they have *just about* everything you would need in both grocery and home goods. The store itself is always clean, however, that is sometimes compounded with pallets of stock sitting in the middle of aisles during the day and shelves that are bare... seems their ordering system is not preemptive. This is a SUPER Walmart - so they have a large selection of everything and an auto tire center. The also have a vision center and other services. Shenango Lake Campground and North Star Marina is nearby.

This is the second time I have gotten fruit from there and it has tasted like rubbing alcohol/ nail polish remover.. not just on the outside so it’s not the “wax” they spray on the fruit to make it look pretty either it’s on the inside of the cantaloupe and inside the apple.

I shop late due to working late. Stop closing down your cashiers. By the time Im done shopping Im beat from working all day. The last thing I want to do is play cashier. I dont get paid to do Walmart work.This needs to stop. I will make other arrangements for stress free shopping and it will not be Wal-Mart

Hermitage pa only had one register opened at 8 AM that accepted cash everything else accepted credit card debit card or Walmart gift card. Said shortage of change but a Walmart 15 miles accepts cash at all registers.

Need to open more registers! No matter what time of day, its always backed up into the aisles. Bought a 6 pack of Bavarian filled donuts and the donut was hard as a rock. The cream inside was chunky! Called the store to let them know, and they let the phone ring for 5 MINUTES then they picked up and hung up on me before I could say anything! I didnt even want a refund, just a simple heads up! And dont get me started on their cashiers they do have there! I have had items double scanned on different occasions. Its been big high priced items. Id rather scan my own items but there are never enough bags at self checkout! This store has gone to hell!

It is terrible not to have more registers opened. People spend their hard earned money at your facility. Have the decency to have people wait on your customers. Not all will use self check out!! I for one will find another place to shop, if this is the case.

Never any lanes open. Even the self checkout had 4 buggies waiting to get in. The 1 lane that was open had 8 buggies lined up. Employees standing around everywhere, but none if them could do anything apparently. This place is a joke. Now i k ow why I havent been here in over 6 months.

Its Walmart ice noticed the selection has been getting less now that they are focusing on Walmart.com and delivering orders as well but overall they have pretty much whatever you need decent service like I said its Walmart

Since your employees at curbside pickup make such a mess out of orders now with tons of substitutes that are not even close, and at 5pm tonight most decided to go on lunch break and leave cars sitting outside waiting, I will be done with this store for a while now. What I got was not worth my half hour wait outside.I ordered 4 of one frozen dinner, and was not even told I was getting just one. Regular cream cheese was apparently all out of stock too.

It was 6:40pm on a Saturday at the Auto Center. I park by the auto center to go buy 4 jugs of washer fluid. Im thinking I can check out here quickly. I press the assistance button. No one comes. I walk to the garden center, again no one there and I press the assistance button at register. Again no one comes. Remind you, Ive walked with 4 heavy jugs of washer fluid in my hands. I then proceed to the front of the store and have to wait holding the jugs. I then walk back to the auto center after paying because I parked over there. Still no one at register, I then see 4 employees and 1 of them is the auto center manager all goofing off and playing around. I realize it was close to quitting time, but you think some effort would be shown in customer service. I thought about leaving a $20 on the counter with the upc tag and a note. That wouldve been much easier. Im glad Im an honest person. Some people may have just taken the items without paying. 😕 You can do better. Please do better Mark Falsnik. I recently visited one of your corporate store in Bentonville, AR last week. The owners of Wal-Mart that shop there locally would never put up with anything like that.

Need more registers open with real cashiers especially if not taking cash. I was just there 2 isles open with actual cashiers lines running to the clothes people cant get through since they have to wait to pay with money. 🤦‍♀️ causing unnecessary chaos and clustering.

I normally do pick up which is always good but I went in with a friend. Always wait way too long to get waited on at the deli! I am on a walker and finding a motorized cart is difficult. I know the cart thing is hard to control but the deli needs more than one person most times. I have never waited less than 15min no matter what day of the month it is. I dont blame the employees but I do feel very bad for them!!!

Im really tired of going to the Hermitage Walmart to do my shopping and leaving because they dont have the shelves stocked with my items that I need! They NEVER keep my creamer Coffee Mate Coconut Creamer stocked!!! They have tons of French Vanilla which is totally uncalled for! Take some of it away and put more rows of the Coconut then maybe you could keep it stocked!! Then again we are talking about Walmart! Im about to take my business somewhere else!!

The guy at Walmart shut the door on me and refused to let me in at 5 minutes until closing and I only needed a phone charger. Idk if that was his choice or management but I was unable to get to my destination and was very angry at the time

The women at the front of the store LITERALLY almost let me die in their store! The people in the electronics department are very sweet knowledgeable and efficient. They need more cashiers up front. Also, it wouldnt hurt to get more Pioneer Woman stuff in there.

Unfortunately Walmart is the only place in our area to shop. They are usually sold out of what I am looking for or have discontinued items.

Don’t bother calling because most likely they won’t pick up! One of the most poorly run locations I’ve ever been to! If you use pickup for groceries take the time to check your items before leaving. They don’t pay attention to item sizes! Ordered 32oz received 16oz. Was charged for 32!

They had everything my friend needed, and then some! People left food around a couple times as my friend and I were looking around, but other than that, the staff is nice!

Wow the best experience Ive ever had at this Wal-Mart not only are they well staffed and friendly. Shelves are well stocked Definitely the go to place for Easter shopping

Went early on a sunday morning, one register open with two customers in front and three behind, while four employees standing around the auto-machines waiting for something to do. Stopped at the deli, meat and cheese cut so thick its like chewing on cowhide. It makes you wonder whos hiring and managing this place.

Never enough registers open. Only damn big store around this area and they dont care enough about their customers to not make them wait in long lines to pay for their items.

Umm yah ok, well they need to learn how to slice lunch meat. This was cut from the bottom, should be cut from the oval end to create lunch meat. Who has bread the size of a flour tortilla? It is so big they had to use a gallon zip loc bag that they use to put whats left of it in there. Unreal.Then they couldnt find the plu to price tag it. And as usual, shelves were a mess cant find anything.

It was just a quick stop as they didnt have what I needed in stock however the store was very clean.

So ya, its just a Wal-Mart. The inside is cleaner than most, the parking lot, not so much. I notice it at this location tho, some of the online order pickers do not seem to care about the in store customers, were in their way apparently.

Despite being in the midst of a pandemic, I personally have never experienced anything but professionalism, courtesy, and kindness from the employees here.

In-stock always seems low although usually much better than the Greenville location. For whatever reason they decide to restock during business hours. This along with the employees pushing around those big carts filling online grocery orders makes it a bit of a challenge to navigate the aisles. They are certainly not conscious of giving in-store customers the right of way.

As usual Walmart was over crowded, unorganized and overpriced. The grocery section is reasonably priced and organized but the clothing and other sections forget about it. I miss Kmart. It is a shame when you get better prices even with shipping from ordering online. I much prefer shopping in person but unfortunately our options are no longer very appealing. Sad truth 2021!!!

Walmart is Walmart they do everything from car to groceries. Ive personally never came across a Walmart employee with an attitude or just rude they have always helped and been nice.
