Got 4 wheel aliagnment done very reasonable & dine right !

This is really a great place to get your car repaired. Ive come here 3 times and each time I was met with courteous knowledgeable people that dont pressure you to have work done that is unnecessary The receptionist was very good about taking my transaction over the phone and I especially like the door to door service for people who cant get anyone to help them. Keep up the good work. I would recommend this business at anytime

They do excellent work on vehicles... But the owner is not willing to be held accountable for damages that his employees do to your vehicle while in their possession. Especially if you are of a minority descent, he will come off at you as if you want something for nothing even after you have paid for services rendered! All the while accusing you of being just like all the other people that come through his doors. ( Whatever that was supposed to mean)... And then have the audacity to call himself reputable.. Until the BBB contacts him about the situation at hand where they broke my door handle inside my driver side door and severed the weather stripping around it as well... Then charged me about $48 to fix something they damaged while assasinating my integrity all in the same breath. If he was reputable, he would have been glad to respond to the complaint to show he was right and stood on his convictions...but he hides and runs because he is not all he is cracked up to be... This man didnt even introduce himself to me as the owner before insulting me! In my opinion, he needs diversity training to learn how to communicate with people other that the Caucasian community...

The Family owned business keeps me safe and on the go. Dont know what I would do without Sackettes Sunoco Station in Hermitage,Pa.

Love this place! They have taken care of my car and truck since they were new! The staff are friendly and go above and beyond all the time!

Management is the reason for one star. Loyal customer 6 years however when they fix something and it goes bad one week later, they should not try to charge full price to recheck.Ill be taking my business to black shears.
