Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and plugged a tire(which I brought up when I got there). I waited there, but for 2 hrs. They were waiting on my oil filter to be delivered... We had scheduled this 2 weeks prior and they didnt tell me when I in got there that that was the situation. Better planning and better communication wouldve given a better review. The people were very nice though and the waiting area was top notch!

This was my first time here...and it will not be the last. They do quality work, and the bill I paid was less than the online quote I received! That was a pleasant surprise. The waiting room was comfortable. They even have Roku ! The staff is friendly. I felt that my business was appreciated. Thanks Bangor Auto !!!

Great shop, great people, great prices, they were super friendly and helpful when I walked in, they explained and went over everything when I came back in to pick up my truck. I would definitely be back if I was staying longer, but Ill definitely refer anybody and everyone I know in the area to these guys, I can not thank them enough for getting me in and fixed up on such short notice.

This was my first visit to this business. For twenty years I have gone to Sullivans. Well, my daughter told me about Bangor Truck and Auto and I decided to give it a try for my new to me car I just bought. I received great communication from the first call. I received a call while I left my car(my choice) to let me know that I did not need certain things done that I had asked for. Thanks for being honest! I did have a couple other things that were needed and they communicated with me before doing the work to ensure I wanted it done and the expense to expect. Prices were fair and I was very pleased with the quality of work. I met the mechanic who was nice and thorough, and left my car without grease stains as I have had at another business. Shout out to TJ at the counter who had excellent communication with me and made the process easy. I will continue using this business and recommend it to others.

We would give 10 stars if we could. We were going to Bar Harbor (from WV) and something hit the radiator on our Winnebago RV near Bangor. After a couple of days searching for help, we found these guys. They were super to work with, reassured us that everything would be ok, let us stay in our RV in their lot while ordering parts and then did outstanding work actually doing the job.

My camper brakes were not working nearly as well as they should. After the dealer spent 9 months trying to figure it out, and failed, I took it to Bangor Auto & Truck. They quickly found the wiring issue. Its not necessarily the work that impressed me though. It was the communication. Now I did come right out and beg them for their best effort as far as keeping me informed with any new developments. But they were all very understanding, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. From the manager, to the mechanic, to the man and woman at the front of the building. I hope they see this and realize how far customer service can take you. Its one thing to do the work and do it right, but customer service and proper communication goes a long way with all of us pain in the butt customers. Thank you for the effort!

Great place! The people who work there are so friendly and efficient and the customer service lounge is incredible. They serviced my Fiat 500L quickly and the price was much less than the dealership charges. I highly recommend them!

We needed an oil change for our RV while traveling through. We had difficulty finding a place that could get us in with 1 day notice. They got us in and were very nice. Let us bring the dog in, offered to drive us to lunch when it was taking a little while, and were overall very courteous. Nice waiting room. Very reasonably priced...if we lived in the area, we would go again.

First, I only give 5 stars after several experiences with a business.2006 F-250 SD w/6.0L Powerstroke.Scheduled an 08:00 appointment, they took me in promptly at 08:00, great. I described the problem to the mechanic and about 45min later they gave me the diagnosis and estimate. Gave the go-ahead for the work and a few hours later it was done. It was a time consuming repair and they preformed the work in a reasonable time, great.Have been driving the truck for about a week and repairs have fixed the problem and the work done appears to have been professional.I will upgrade to 5 stars after a couple more visits that yield the same results.I dont trust repair shops and usually do my own work but Im already planning on having more work done by them this summer. That says it all.

Compared to most places of their size, they are pretty good. Once in a while they want to change a part thats not quite ready yet, but that happens everywhere.
