I recently came into this location to switch over from T-mobile and had the pleasure of being helped by an associate named Ashley. She made switching over extremely easy, I got a new iPhone so she helped transfer all my info over to the new phone . She was very helpful and patient throughout the whole signing up process. 10/10 recommend this location .

I recently purchased phone lines from this location and I have to admit it was a great experience. The customer service given by Yanet was outstanding. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions with confidence. I was also, very satisfied with my purchase due to the amount I spent. Thank you At&t for your great service and for hiring a great employee like Yanet. I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

Unfortunately this was an overall terrible and costly experience. Derek sold me a hotspot while we were waiting for internet to be installed. The entire process took several hours. Derek failed to mention that there was a $200 fee that would be incurred if canceled. Derek also failed to mention that it must be canceled during work hours, and when I called AT&T I was put on hold for hours, transferred and disconnected, told old get called back and was not, told I had to dial 611 from my Verizon phone and basically had hours and hours and hours wasted while I kept incurring charges.

Justin and Derek were friendly and helpful. They patiently answered my questions. Justin helped install my screen protector flawlessly.

Derek was extremely helpful with my bad situation. My phone was stolen and I had no way to function without my phone. He helped me get a new phone, some additional discounts and made the entire experience a pleasure. Thank you again!

Answer youre phone and stop sending my calls to the att company. One of your associates messed up a payment of mine! I need to speak with you guys at the hermosa beach store, the operator already told me the point of fault lies on your store that took my payment and never processed my payment.

I love this new AT&T store! Its very convenient for local customers and business customers like me. They helped me switch my account to a business account which is more beneficial to me since I am a business owner. First few times I came in I didnt know what was wrong with my phone, they were able to diagnose my Samsung phone and they found that the battery performance was bad. Since I was out of warranty and was eligle for an upgrade, I ended up getting a new Samsung Galaxy S7 active and a free Samsung tablet and I got my third accessory for free!Management Marlon and Dora were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient throughout the whole process. I usually expect to wait 30 minutes when I come to AT&T store, but I didnt have to wait. I got helped right away and I was out in less than one hour which was impressive to me. I am definitely going to recommend this store.

I live in Los Angeles, and I travel to this store in Hermosa Beach because of the attention Yanet shows me. She helped me bring my 2 t-mobile lines and even gave me another line for the same price that I paid with T-Mobile and with a free phone !! Yanet is very attentive to her clients and I am very happy to have her as my AT&T representative. More than anything she is always smiling and always makes me and my family feel welcome. I recommend this store and Yanet attend them! They will leave there very happy, I promise you.
