I was very happy with the phone company/plan transfer service from this T-Mobile store. Brenda was very helpful and created a smooth and efficient transition process. Would not take phone out of display to see hold or touch phone! Spending over 1000.00 on a flip phone and they don’t take it out for the customer, Terrible Customer Service!!!!

Friendly and helpful team. Came in because my iPhone was frozen. The staff helped me trouble shoot and get it working. I appreciated their help so much that I felt like I should buy something. They cared more about my needs than just trying to upsell me on products. Living close by and being a T-Mobile customer for over 15 years they made me feel like I’m still choosing the best cell phone provider and location to visit. Thank you Oscar, Brenda, and Luz.

Excellent location since the only T-Mobile in Hermosa, but unfortunately service went downhill. Not friendly to existing customers.Update on 6/4 Emailed the address given in the reply, and unfortunately no response after 3 days :(

Amazing service from this Tmobile location all reps were so attentive and kept up with sanitizing every single time a customer would leave.. had to explain to me like what i felt 1000x times because i wasn’t getting but not once did the rep brenda loose patience. Very good customer service. New Manager and staff here is very professional and welcoming. Brian is the new store manager here and he made sure his reps were taking care of us and was also checking up on us to make sure we were being helped accordingly. Guy changed my phone number without telling me and didn’t properly set up my phone. It’s seems it was and accident because he had no clue what he was doing. Train your staff!

Sonia and Stephen are truly professional and super nice phone engineers. I gave them the most complex cell phone bills you can ever imagine and they came through I have both T Mobile and another carrier on my phone, not by my choice but because my company force me to have another carrier. I’ve been an AT&T customer for at least 12 years, I finally had it with their high fees and poor customer service. After much research I decided that T-Mobile was the move. I went to the store today to get clarification on some questions I had since switching four phones over was a large chore. Stephen was in the store today and he helped my husband and I turn a large chore in to a simple task. The store was clean and socially distant, and He helped us get in and out as quickly as possible. I am very satisfied so far with the quality of service have received from T-mobile thanks to Stephen‘s help. He was very knowledgeable, personable and attentive.

I bought my daughter’s iphone8 plus atT-Mobile Hermosa Beach 2 weeks ago. And, I was very happy with the service we received. The staff took care of everything we needed as fast as they could and answered every single question we had very clearly.They were very professional and attentive.A total stress-free and pleasant experience!I would highly recommend them.

I have been given a loaner phone, free sim. Most places charge, they know my child, and in fact I need to go get some new phones for my work, hopefully I can get another great price on my new phone next time I go in, I got a McLaren last week and a kids tablet greatly appreciated!

I have purchased 3 phones from this here at different times since this location opened...the employees there have always been very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond what they are required to do this weekend when I lost my phone and someone returned it to the store. I had a screen lock on it so access to any info wasnt easily available but instead of leaving it in a drawer to be forgotten about. They pulled the sim card out of it to get some numbers out of it to call from my contact list to say my phone was there. Now I have my phone back with all my pictures that I thought may be lost forever. Thanks again for making the effort to get me my phone back. Anyone that lives anywhere near this location...dont even bother going to another one.

A verizon phone I wanted to use wouldnt work right with the access point information I found on the internet. I went in the store and they fixed it all up correctly. They were happy to help even though I wasnt buying anything from them.

Just the worst. I had a problem connecting to the network, which the dimwits at this store couldnt seem to diagnose. They told me to call customer service, but wouldnt let me call from their store because its a personal call. Really not at all helpful. They manage to make Sprint look good by comparison.

I visited this store to find a new phone after my Verizon contract ended. Im not the most smartphone savvy person, as I mainly use my phone for business, but Richard and Andrew very helpfully outlined the differences between the many smartphone models available. I ended up walking out with an iphone 6s+ and a phone case 30 minutes after walking in.So far, T-Mobile has been keeping its end of the bargain -- Ive had reception comparable to Verizons, and LTE is blazing fast. Moreover, I get 10 gigs of data for an additional $30 per month, compared to the 2 gigs Verizon gave me. The only thing Im disappointed about is that I didnt switch over to T-Mobile sooner.Overall -- fast service, courteous and knowledgeable staff, and convenient location.
