The early opening hours are perfect. Drop off your items on the way to work! Fast and easy. Major credit cards accepted.
They do not have any posted prices. Receipts do not show prices. Ive dropped shirts off several times. The last time I dropped off shirts for laundry and when I picked them up they charged extra for two washable shirts. I specifically told them laundry and was told they charge extra for silk (even though it is washable.) I was not told they charge more for the washable silk shirts when I dropped them off. I was told we charge extra for silk and that was that. (I had not been chatged extra befire.) Terrible attitude. I will not go back! It was a wonderful place before Debonair took it over.
Without a single doubt, THE WORST CLEANER in South Bay. I kept giving them so many chances over and over but they kept messing things up. They have already ruined a very expensive virgin wool designer suit that costs me $2500 by pressing the suit so hard literally burned the wool, and now my black Italian suit is shiny and I have to throw it out. Just this week I went back and told them I need my 3 pairs of dress pants dry cleaned but very soft press. The clerk told me he’s aware of my problems in the past and he will personally hand my items to the manager and she will make sure it will be soft pressed. Today I picked up the pants and they are hard pressed, all 3 have razor sharp creases that the inner material pressed through making very noticeable ugly creases and my pants are also shiny now. UNACCEPTABLE at any level! Will not go back, and take my words if you don’t want to have your clothes ruined by these idiots. Being in this business and they don’t understand anything about heat and how to apply the right amount.
I dropped off a pair of jeans with one drop of blood stained on them. They did not get the stain out. I could have washed them myself at home and saved myself $5.50.
Nothing debonair about debonair cleaners
